"Stillness has no position. Stillness is not a quality, an action or a state of being. It does not even exist in the outer world but behind it. Everything arises out of stillness but stillness is unaffected by whatever is arising. So with this you can understand that you cannot still anything in the outer world. Anything that is arising is not meant to be stilled. Thoughts, emotions, actions are all arising and moving according to their own nature. Any trying to control anything creates conflict. It takes you further away from stillness. Even if you try and still your mind, it only pushes you further into mind and away from stillness. But if you allow everything to move and change by itself, then stillness begins to reveal itself. Because if you stop taking a position. If you stop being involved with everything that is moving, if you stop trying to make things a certain way, then automatically, you begin to experience what you really are at your essence. You awaken to stillness, you realize stillness and then you learn to keep coming back to stillness and to remain there for longer periods of time. It becomes your sanctuary, your home. You do not rest there as a person or a name or as definition at all. You rest there as essence as stillness itself. The insanity of the outer world cannot affect it. The outer world cannot exist outside of stillness. But stillness can and does exist outside of the outer world. "You learn to remain un-attached to thoughts by first watching how attention attaches to a thought in the first place. You can become aware of that action of attachment. It is very subtle and very fast but if you are fully present in this moment you can watch it happen. The thought arises and then there is a knee jerk action of grabbing that thought, of contracting attention into that thought. Attention is free, the thought arises and then it binds itself to that thought, it takes on the identity of that thought. Attention is no longer attention, free and boundless, it has contracted into a something separate from everything else. It is a feeling of stress. By becoming aware of this action of attaching to thoughts, you can learn to let go of that action. You do not repress it, you simply let it go. You are present enough to remain as attention instead of allowing that knee-jerk reaction to happen. It's like the telephone ringing. The phone rings and automatically you answer the phone. There is an unconscious reaction that says that is what you are supposed to do. But you can simply remain sitting while the telephone rings and eventually it will stop ringing. At first there maybe that pull to answer the phone but with practice, you learn to let that go. In the same way, the thought arises and you let it go. That action of attention attaching to the thought need not happen. In this you can learn to simply rest in a state of un-attachment. Everything arises and disappears in attention itself without affecting attention in any way. Attention remains unbound, formless and in perfect peace. This technique in itself is a way to self realization. "Everything in duality is moving. It exists in a constant state of activity. And if you are aware of this constant state of activity instead of engrossed in it, then you experience the bliss of action. Instead of being involved with the objects themselves and their movement, your attention remains on the essence of the objects and movement which is energy itself. Whether physical, mental or emotional it is all energy moving. You enjoy the constant flow of energy as bliss. You remain unattached to the movement and therefore you watch the movement happen as awareness itself as bliss itself as energy itself. You are energy, action arises in energy and disappears in energy all on it's own. There is nothing personal in it. If you can remain in this state of witnessing, in meditation then all action slows down. (If you are engrossed in the action you empower it and it speeds up, but if you remain detached as the witness it slows down.) It is like you turn the fan off and although the fan still spins it loses momentum. Thoughts become more slow and subtle, each burning away in consciousness in a burst of bliss. And then even your heart rate slows down, breathing slows down and may even stop. Any effort to try and do any of this and again you are engrossed in action and exist as ego and separate yourself from awareness. But as the actionless witness it all slows down and even comes to a standstill. That is the point of stillness where you disappear. Only an extremely subtle sense of awareness remains, and everything seems to get reset. When you come out of it, every cell of your being seems to be replenished back to it's natural state of peace. And so when you come out of this stillness even if it was only for a few seconds, everything is fresh and new and alive, everything is radiating peace and love. You can't do it and you can't attain it. But when you rest in a state of automatically giving up everything that arises; in a state of effortless unattachment then it happens. And in this everything stops arising and comes to a stand still. Awareness turns in on itself and disappears into vast limitless consciousness. "The source of all problems is the mind. Thoughts arise, you identify with your thoughts and that defines your experience. So many thoughts arise without you even knowing it. So many worries and troubles constantly arising and repeating and although you are not conscious of them, you are identified with them. You are identified with the stress of it, the conflict of it and so that is your experience. Say you have to get your toilet fixed. You know you have to get your toilet fixed. But the thought repeats itself as a conflict until you resolve it. It sits on your shoulders like a hundred pound weight telling you life is not the way it is supposed to be until the toilet is fixed and then it goes away. And then the plumber says "I can't come until next Wednesday" and that hurts because you know you will have to carry around that thought, that conflict of "I have to get the toilet fixed" for another week. And there are thousands of them arising so fast! Toilet fixed, dentist appointment late on rent, your high school sweetheart dumped you for the school bully. You wake up in the morning from a state of deep peace and freedom from all identity and boom the mind looks for something to identify with and there's the broken toilet, the rent bill the high school sweetheart and the bully and a thousand others within seconds. And that's who you think you are, that is how you perceive life. Sure you get the good thoughts too but then that creates conflict and stress. You want one thought over the other; one experience over the other. And so the remedy is not to try and have one thought over the other, but to stop the identification with thinking all together. Whether through witnessing thoughts or placing your attention on what is here beyond thinking, it is to break that addiction to identifying with thoughts and rest as your natural state of being. To stop allowing thoughts to dictate your experience and instead discover what is truly here beyond the thinking. To realize your natural state. Because your natural state is love, is peace, is bliss. Not some emotional experience on the surface but every cell of existence vibrating as bliss. And if you can taste that once, then you can do it twice. Then you can rest in your natural state for longer periods of time before being pulled back into thinking. And eventually, the duality between thoughts and peace ceases to exist. You begin to experience thoughts as energy. You experience the very nature of thought itself. Which is unconditional bliss. It's like you stop being involved with the lyrics to the song and just enjoy the music. The bliss of the music. The toilet still needs to be fixed but you're no longer wearing it as a hat. It no longer defines you. You exist completely free of it as unconditional peace. "Try this meditation technique: Keep your attention fixed on that which precedes thinking. Normally, your attention is lost in thinking and ignoring what is here behind the thinking. So try the opposite. Ignore the thinking and keep your attention fixed on that which is behind thought. If you give this technique your complete focus, you can very quickly enter into a whole new level of awareness. "It is often said that if you are present then you are blissful. But that is not the full truth. If you are present yes, most likely at first there will be bliss, there will be peace. But if you remain present, if you remain surrendered to this moment and aware, then awareness expands, the Shakti expands. It starts to push out everything that is incongruent with bliss. It widens your energy channels so that even more energy can move through. And the experience cannot really be called bliss. It is excruciating. Not in a sense of pain but intensity. The ego wants it to stop because it is pushing your awareness beyond the boundaries of ego, beyond what is comfortable. And so the conflict between the ego and the shakti creates intensity. Like trying to stick your head out of the window of a jet going the speed of sound. Many people learn that if they surrender a little, then they get blissful and then they can contract back into ego. A little expansion a little contraction. Nothing wrong with this. But the longer you can remain in the expansion, the more expansion increases. And this expansion burns away the separateness. Burns away that which separates you from unconditional peace and bliss. The action of identification, the core stress of 'me' and 'mine' that separates you from life gets burned away in this shakti until you realize that this fiery consciousness is what you are. And that is freedom. I say this because many people reach a certain intensity of awareness and then back off. Because they heard a teacher say that if they are present they will be blissful. And so they were present but instead of bliss there was this intensity so they think something must be wrong. But there is nothing wrong. That is the process. What is happening here and now is exactly as it is supposed to be. Being present does not guarantee a certain experience. But it is the doorway to unconditional peace and bliss. And you feel that opening immediately. Blessings, Kip" For More Free Teachings on Meditation & Awareness Visit the Questions on Spiritual EnlightenmentWebsite

"The very essence of thought is no-thought. The very essence of mind is no-mind. If you try and get rid of thought, then you make thoughts stronger. If you identify with thought, then you make thoughts stronger . So the way to samadhi is through thought itself. By allowing a thought to be completely as it is and being fully aware of it you come to the essence of thought. You experience the very nature of thought which is silence itself. If you separate the two. If you make thought something separate from silence, then you will end up in a never ending struggle to get one over the other. But if you fully allow a thought to be as it is, then you reach the essence. You realize the formless in form. Samadhi is not actually the absence of thought. It is transcendent of both thought and the absence of thought. It is a state of silence that has no opposite. It is unconditional bliss. "Make no mistake about it. Everything affects you. From the music you listen to, to the person sitting next to you, the words you read, the food you eat, the sounds you hear. Everything is affecting your experience. So you listen to music of some famous musician who eventually committed suicide and suddenly you feel depressed and you don't know why. At one level of consciousness you become aware of the energetic of everything around you and begin to choose an environment that supports peace, bliss and love. At another level of consciousness you welcome everything. You allow everything to move through you, because there are no longer boundaries between you and everything else. It is all one. You experience everything as the same energy, the same consciousness and the very nature of that energy is ecstasy. That's the state where you are just as happy to live your life next to an overflowing trash can as you would be by a beautiful ocean. You experience the ecstasy of garbage. You don't just accept the garbage, you are madly in love with garbage. You experience garbage as bliss. No fooling! But that is a very high state and most who experience it have to come down from it and eventually you move away from the garbage. Maybe you do maybe you don't. Who knows. All possibilities are delightful. Blessings, Kip" For More Free Teachings on Meditation & Awareness Visit the How to Become Awakened Website

"The delight in eating chocolate is when you are so totally immersed in the taste of the chocolate that there is only that taste. The delight in playing tennis is when you are so immersed in the action of playing tennis there is only the action of playing tennis. This is meditation. Meditation is when you are so totally immersed in this moment that there is only this moment. There is no you meditating. There is only meditation. As long as you are trying to get something out of it, or figure it out or do it right, you will miss it. You have to lose yourself in it. It does not matter what technique you use. When you practice with such totality that only the practice remains, then that is bliss. When you lose yourself in this moment you are free. "No matter which spiritual techniques you practice, it all really comes down to attention. Whether you are watching your breath or repeating the name of a Guru or God, or are asking "who am I" or witnessing or surrendering, they all require your complete attention. And it is through the practice of attention that you grow in awareness. Understanding intellectually only gets you on to the path. Through practice you experience what the words point to. And through experience, that which you are seeking becomes your reality. But if you buy into the idea that you do not need to practice, then the mind remains in power. You remain a slave to all of the thoughts and emotions. You remain at the mercy of chasing one desire after another, one worry after another until so much time has passed that you wonder where your life went. Attention at first does require discipline. But the moment you give your complete attention to what is happening here, rather then allowing the thinking to control you, there is extraordinary peace. And you will fall in love with the peace, you will fall in love with the practice. In the same way when you fall in love with someone you want to spend all of your time with them, when you fall in love with attention you will want to immerse yourself in attention. You will cherish it more than anything. And because of that love for attention you become attention itself. Fall in love with bliss and you become bliss. You don't leave it in the corner of a room, you give it your complete focus. "Close your eyes and notice your experience of what is here beyond thought. You are not to define it, describe it or use thoughts at all. Simply feel what is here. Experience the sensation of what is here. The sensation of existing in this moment. Don't think about it, just try it. Close your eyes and do this now. If you did this very simple exercise, then you just experienced yourself beyond the mind and body. You experienced yourself as energy, conscious energy, the pure state of peace and freedom completely transcendent of who you think you are. And if you experienced this, then you no longer can play the victim. You can no longer pretend that you are this person, stuck in situations that cause you suffering. You can no longer pretend you are a prisoner of a mind and body. Because you just proved that you can exist completely free from the mind and all of it's sufferings. You can and do exist in a state of formless conscious peace. Whether you choose to live in the mind is a different story. That is a choice you can make, and if you are conscious you made that choice, then that is also blissful. But to keep pretending that you are a victim of suffering is pointless. You can be free of it in any moment. It is your choice. Blessings, Kip"

"I have nothing against self improvement. But meditation is not about self improvement. Self improvement means there is something here that needs to be changed. Something about yourself that is wrong but can be fixed. And if you work hard enough if you try hard enough, one day that wrong part of you will be gone. And then you will be happy. But with meditation, with awareness, you accept yourself as you are immediately. You accept everything as it is in this moment. Because if you do this, you see you did not make yourself to be how you are. You simply are. That you are scared of spiders or you are forgetful, or that you feel insecure around others is not your choice. You did not choose to be these things in this moment. They are simply here, existing on their own, a part of your experience that you are aware of. And because you are aware of it, because you accept it fully, it is perfect. It is divine. You can spend your whole life telling me how you improved. How you used to give someone the finger when they cut you off on the highway and now you only think about giving them the finger. As though a day will come when someone cuts you off and you will have no interest in giving them the finger and only then you will be worthy enough to experience divinity. But you see, the moment you want to give them the finger and you are aware of this experience, then that experience is divinity. I am not advising you to give people the finger. I am advising you to be aware of how you are in this moment without trying to change it. You need not act it out. Just inwardly experience what is there. It is the path of surrender. You are surrendering to what is. And through surrender, there is awareness and through awareness there is unconditional peace. Not in the sense of saying "I am perfectly fine that guy cut me off on the highway." But by being aware you feel angry about it, accepting that there is anger there, and experiencing the sensation that you call anger. If you do this you will come to the experience that everything is just energy. Energy moving through energy. This is bliss. This is freedom. This is divinity. "Even behind your thoughts, emotions, and physical experience, there is still a sense of separation. And this sense of separation hurts, not in a physical sense but energetically. It is uncomfortable. But this sense of separation is not a thing, it is an action. It is something you are doing. You are avoiding this moment. You are constantly avoiding being present in this moment. The irony is, the moment you fully allow yourself to rest in the moment, the discomfort goes and there is an explosion of energy. You find that this infinite power that you have been seeking for so long has been right here the whole time. But at the same time, the moment you allow yourself to be fully here, the ego vanishes. You still exist, but not as an ego. And so through all of your transformation, you free yourself from emotions, you free yourself from the mind, and then you reach this core experience of avoidance, and you want to run the other direction. For some reason, it is too much to surrender. By instinct, the ego wants to survive. You do not want to give up control. So you seek more problems, more solutions, more teachings and knowledge. Anything but surrendering to this intensity of this moment. Just by being aware of this constant urge to avoid this moment, half the battle is won. Because once you see that you are doing it, you can stop doing it. And the ultimate experience is unconditional peace. It is what you have been looking for the whole time. You cannot realize the Self through the senses. You cannot taste it, see it, hear it, smell it and you cannot touch it. You have your eyes open. You see and then label what you see. 'This is my body.' 'This is my computer.' 'I am using my hands to type on the computer.' But close your eyes and be still. From this point of stillness tell me about your hands. If you can't see them, then where and what are they? You can say that you feel them resting on your mouse or keyboard. But what is that feeling? What is the sensation that you are calling your hands? Forget the defining that they are your hands and actually experience what is here beyond the words. With your eyes closed forget the defining of your body and experience what you refer to as your body. Not a part of it but the whole thing. There is the sensation that you are here, but instead of defining it as a body, as a name, simply feel it. Feel the sensation of what is here. Feeling without touching. Feeling without using words. Here you experience something that you cannot define, you cannot accurately describe. Because what is here does not have boundaries, cannot be described by the senses. But there is an experience of existing. There is the awareness of existing. Here, existing and awareness are one and the same. This is not something that you can learn or understand. You have to close your eyes, let go of thinking and experience it. You will see it is not a state that comes and goes. It is what is always here whether you give it attention or not. "There is no end to trying to figure it out. The mind is an endless puzzle that has no solution. If it had a solution, that would be the end of the reign of mind, and the mind does not want that. The mind wants to exist and it gets it's power from you identifying with thinking. And so it continues to grab your attention any which way it can. Just like a TV channel. The TV channel's purpose is to keep you watching. That is what it wants. So you are sitting there and the TV channel puts you on a tropical island with beautiful people, then you are flying an airplane, then you are chasing bad guys. But it has nothing to do with what is actually happening. What is actually happening is you are sitting on the couch, drinking a cup of tea. But in your experience, there is no couch or tea. How could there be when you are flying an airplane? It is the same with mind. The thoughts are constantly grabbing your attention. And so the world you know to be real is made up of your thoughts. But if you really look beyond your thinking at what is here, you would experience something totally different than what the mind perceives. Something that even if I tried to describe to you, you would miss. Because then it would become knowledge, it would become an interpretation of what is actually here. For you to truly find out what is here beyond interpretation, you have to look. It is this looking that is most important, it is the witnessing what is here that sets you free. Whether you are witnessing thoughts witnessing sensations it is all about the witnessing not the objects themselves. Not the knowledge of what you witnessed a second ago, but the looking right here and now. Not witnessing to get something, because then you are back in the mind. The witnessing itself is fulfillment. The witnessing itself is joy. This is the key to freedom. Blessings, Kip" Discover a Unique CD that Can Help Awaken Freedom & Joy Inside You Visit The Kundalini Shaktipat CD Website

"The nature of awareness is freedom from identification. If you are aware of anger, then you are not identified with anger. If you are aware of a thought, you are not identified with the thought. The thought arises, the anger arises but it has nothing to do with you. Identification is always happening at an unconscious level. You are walking to work and unconsciously identification is there. 'My name is Jon, I am a dentist, I am on Main st. where I turn left to go to my office...' Always defining 'This is me.' 'This is who I am; this is where I am; this is what I am doing; this is where I am going; this is where I have been.' So instead of practicing awareness from the perspective of identity, you could try consciously not being identified with anything. You allow the thoughts, body and sensations to be as they are but you consciously disidentify with them. 'This body is not mine, this name is not mine, these thoughts are not mine, this emotion is not mine, this belief is not mine.' Not as words to repeat but to consciously not identify with anything at all. If you choose to not have an identity then awareness is automatic. You will experience life in a completely different way. By consciously letting go of all identity, you exist as energy, as formless consciousness completely free of ego & all the conflict and separateness that goes with it. "I often hear people saying they can't meditate. But what they are really saying is they won't meditate. Whatever reasons they give, the truth is in meditation they have come across an experience they do not wish to experience. Whether they are conscious of it or not, they have felt a sensation that they do not wish to feel. The reasons on top of this are just excuses. The moment you allow yourself to experience those sensations you are avoiding, then you see the futility of your reasons, the futility of your thoughts. The futility of trying to figure it all out. It really has nothing to do with mind. You just didn't want to feel a certain sensation, and once you did, it wasn't so bad, ironically, it was quite blissful. Suddenly you are filled with love and peace until the next sensation you unconsciously resist makes itself known. Once you realize this one very simple point, that the reason you can't meditate is that you do not wish to feel a certain sensation, then meditation becomes very clear. Then you see the power is in your hands. Most people are just looking for the bliss and they don't want to do the work to get it. And that is perfectly fine, a little relaxation and meditation will give you this. But if you want more than this. If you want freedom from this constant conflict of seeking pleasure and avoiding pain and all the stress & suffering that goes with it, then you will be willing to sit through the uncomfortable experiences and enjoy the peace that goes with it. Unconditional peace does not come from feeling happy all the time. Unconditional peace comes by being present with what is here regardless of how you think it feels. "In this moment, you cannot be the person you want yourself to be or others want you to be. You can only be how you are in this moment. Happiness does not come by emulating the peaceful smiling Buddhist monk, or the tan new age guru promising you riches and the soulmate of your dreams. The secret is you are exactly as you are supposed to be in this moment. Your experience is exactly as it is supposed to be in this moment. That you keep turning away from yourself in search of something better is what breaks your heart. The doorway to unconditional peace, love and bliss is through the awareness of you, exactly as you are in this moment. In the full acceptance and awareness of yourself in this moment, you immediately transcend it. You enter into a whole new reality free from definitions, descriptions, and separation. You with your sweaty armpits your cranky disposition and your insanity is the doorway to Divinity. "The mind functions by defining. And through definitions boundaries are created, separation is created. There is this body that is me and everything else that is not me. So you experience something the mind defines as pain in your chest and that pain is separate from you. It is something that is happening to you. It is alien to you and a threat to you and therefore something must be done about it. This is the natural process of the mind. It is how the physical body survives. Most people try and approach meditation from this mind perspective. How can I, as this body get bliss and get away from pain. And so begins the struggle and suffering of frustrating meditations that bear little fruit because you have already separated yourself from your experience. But you can be free of all of this in an instant. Simply by closing your eyes and allowing yourself to experience what is truly here beyond thought. By 'feeling' what is here without defining or describing. Without the mind, all that is left is sensation. An experience of energy, conscious energy, that has no boundaries. What you experienced before as pain is now simply a movement of energy. Instantly you are free of all separation and conflict. All stress and self-importance goes out the window. The mind / body experience becomes something you witness inside you rather than you inside it. So awareness is completely uncomplicated. This simple shift in perspective changes everything in an instant. Simply by removing the mind as the perceiver, what was an experience of incessant conflict now is just conscious energy; An experience of unconditional peace. Blessings, Kip" Want to Feel Blissful? "If you greet someone and ask them how they are, they will refer to the last few hours, weeks or months for an answer. Thoughts of the past are constantly repeating themselves and that becomes who you think yourself to be. You might wake up in the morning feeling blissful, and then the thought arises that 3 days ago you got a speeding ticket. And now you don't feel blissful, now you feel awful. It is like you are getting that speeding ticket over and over! How many times will you get that same ticket in your mind? If your mind was reality, they would have already taken away your license, probably your car too. But it was just that once. Over and done with. It has nothing to do with how you are in this moment. It always come down to the mind. The mind is the troublemaker. Not the thoughts themselves but the identification with them. The attachment to them. If I ask how you are, it has nothing to do with how you were yesterday or the week before or even a minute ago. It has to do with right now. Right now how are you truly? Without referring to your history how are you in this moment? You cannot really answer except to say that in this moment there is the sense of existence and you are aware of existence. not as a person with a history but as existence itself, pure impersonal being. And if you are aware of existence then you are blissful. There are no two ways about it. If you are aware of the one impersonal existence in this moment, you are blissful. All problems solved. "When you feel your chest contracting, when there is stress and despair, that is a good sign that you are trying to control what cannot be controlled. That is a good sign that the best thing you can do is surrender and allow yourself to experience what is there. Thoughts of strategies, justification and even revenge could be swirling around like a hurricane, offering you something to hold on to. But it is best to let them go, to trust and allow, to be vulnerable and humble and absolutely present with what you feel. Such times are tests on your awareness. It is one thing to be blissful, sitting in a quiet air conditioned room with lovely music. It is another thing to be present when all hell seems to be breaking loose around you. There are always two paths in every moment: the path of control, and the path of surrender and awareness. And the two paths take you in two completely different directions. Most people walk in circles: they surrender a little then back to control, surrender and back to control. What would happen if you just remained aware, surrendering to what is in every moment? You can decide that today you choose peace in every moment and it could alter your entire life. "Rather than enter meditation as a person trying to become more conscious, enter meditation with the realization that you are consciousness. Not as an affirmation, but as the truth. What you are exists beyond thoughts, beyond physicality. Take away all thought, what is left? If you like, use the method: 'who am I?' Which is to ask: ' What am I beyond thinking?' ' What is this that I keep referring to as "I"? What is this sense of existing in this moment?' It will take you back beyond the mind, to where there is no answer, where there is only consciousness. Somehow you keep turning your back on this truth. Or you turn it into knowledge, a belief that you no longer validate but hold in your pocket like a lucky charm. And you end up again involved with thoughts, as though the thoughts make up a person, and that person is you, and this person has to find freedom from itself. Rather realize from the start, that you are consciousness. And the way to yourself is not to seek outside of yourself. But to let yourself rest in this moment as you truly are. No need to deny anything, no need to convince the mind what is real. Just be honest about what is here. Whenever you look beyond the mind, the truth exists, naked and pure and absolute. "When enlightened teachers talk about truth, they are talking about the truth beyond the mind. If, from the perspective of mind, you look at your job, your family, your car, your friends, all of these things appear to be very real as separate things. Through the mind you define them not only as separate things but how they are in relation to you. So for you, they are real, there is no denying it. But only from the perspective of the mind do these things have names and definitions in relation to a defined "you." If you look at these things without the mind, what are they? If you cannot define them with words and emotions, if you do not define yourself with words and emotions what is left? Only awareness is left. A sense of all-pervading consciousness. Not awareness and these objects, just awareness. There is not even a sense of you and awareness. It is all of the same awareness, the same consciousness. The idea of you opposed to something else no longer exists. Everything is of one limitless conscious energy. So your experience from the perspective of mind is real. But it's reality is only limited to the mind. Beyond thinking it has no truth. So when you find freedom from the mind, which is to say freedom from your identification with thoughts, this mind perspective is no longer the ultimate reality for you. You can still enter into it, and experience it, but you are not defined by it. You exist beyond it as consciousness. You can step in and out of the mind perspective without ever being bound by it, without ever being imprisoned by it. Your dominant experience of yourself is energy, energy that has no boundaries, no heaviness or conflict. The body is there, the mind is there, but it no longer defines you. "Love needs no justification. You cannot define it, you cannot acquire it. But somehow after intense spiritual practice, when you realize you cannot do it, you cannot get it, you surrender. That is when divine love reveals itself, it arises from your center and shines out vibrating as every atom of existence. Then there is fulfillment. That is until the ego puffs itself up and claims responsibility and then love is hidden again. And then you hunker down again with spiritual practice. Somehow love & spiritual practice are linked. Not in mind but in love. When you truly love spiritual practice, then you see the connection. You do not do spiritual practice to get love, rather, you are love and therefore you do spiritual practice. It is an expression of love. An awakening of what you truly are. The devoted, the devotee and the devotion are all one. When you realize this, it all becomes easy. It is simply moving your focus from this little separate 'me' to love itself. "Once you experience your natural state of unconditional love and bliss, all your ideas and beliefs go out the window. In this state of unconditional love, there is a sense of devotion that cannot be explained in words. You are so madly in love with love itself that you disappear into it so that only love remains. That constant urge to move forward, acquire things and become something ceases. So fulfilled by the scent of the flower, you give up the idea of yourself to become the scent itself. That is the greatest joy. Blessings, Kip" Spiritual Awakening on CD?
