I came across Mantak Chia's teachings last week, which in turn led me to this discussion board. Just browsed through some of his books. His whole Taoist system seems to promise to improve a person's physical health and all the way to achieve enlightenment. I was with Zen Buddhism in last four years and practiced sitting meditation. I found I didn't get any benefit from the practice, so I am interested in try out Taoist methods. I would like to hear your opinions about Mantak Chia's methods or any other methods which you think are better.
