  1. Dissolving in Watermethod

I think that some people have mentioned not doing anything when lying down because it prevents flow in one of the channels? But I don't know if that's fact or just what people have passed on. The pulling of gravity helps the sinking of chi in the standing mode, which then makes it also easiyer to dissolve downward. Anyhow I would think that the downwardflow of chi through the body is maintained while lying (preferably on a not too soft surface. The mind does it then .The difficulty for me is not getting distracted when the mind wanders to the alignments, which always creates a break in the dissolving process. When this happens there are two ways to handle it:the first method is by always start again on the crown of the head,or above at the edge of the etheric body. the second way is to come back to the spot where you spaced out and continue dissolving downward from that spot. Both are possible, the second is necessary for me when I want to arrive the bottom of my energy body,to dissolv right down under my feet, which is important to conclude the process.

  3. Opening the Energy Gates of Your Body

Hi there! I found that in standing it goes through long periods of plateaus where there seems nothing to be happening ,for days and weeks. I just kept on practicing, not looking for results, taking all the experiences kind of not to seriously. Then came really strong experiences, especially with the releasing downward energyflow, new kinds of energetic experiences and a sense what the sinking Chi could feel like. Find it very important to keep the space in the body well opened and thus let the energy sink through those opened spaces. Sometimes standing for me is a drag, sometimes its a smooth wonderful experience. Never mind, just persevere without straining your body, your energy, your mind... the 70% rule What I really find tricky is dissolving into the space around my physical body, seems my awareness don`t reach this far. But maybe thats on the next level. I really can imagine now that a continuous standing practice can make one v e r y strong, and be t h e great help to find ones internal connections. After practicing B.K.Frantzis`Neigung for awhile now I can only say I love it. An addict.

Can anyone tell me about the 5 tigers of the Xingyi-system? How can this be compared to the practice of Piquan as powergenerating tool? I`m really thankful for insights
  5. A Warning

Everything is perfectly well the way it just is,so there`s absolutely no need to spend your money if you dont want or have to. If you want to learn special things from special people you have to accept the modalities. Is this right,is this wrong,it`s simply the way it is. But we can be dreamers.
  6. reversed sleep pattern over long periods

I did jobs as nightwatcher,so I do now,and I feel it is right to say that its not the healthiest way to stay up nights. I found the explanations of MakTin Si quite interesting, what I try is to minimize the declination of YangChi by doing some ChiGung when I have to stay awake. Spiritualy I try to stay away from negativity, hoping to not generate bad karma. In a long term perspective I will arrange my life in another way ,because I feel it`s best to go to sleep when night comes! Peace&stay wake
