HAHAHAHAH so true! my experience is that deep meditation can carry over into sleep creating a sleep state where the qi sensation is tangble and dreams are not unconcious. i've meditated with my master in my sleep, met a freind that passed away, and done some other things. the key was to make the waking state more wakeful, then that conciousness carries over into sleep. one simple thing to do before nodding off (although it's pretty obvious) is to scan your body from head to toe at least 21 times then totally feel and relax into your body.

oh, Hagar, this sounds so nice. it seems to me to be an auspicious sign that your baby is probably a highly evolved soul. i havn't experienced the same thing, but it does remind me of my niece. she has always said things which indicate a high degree of spiritual insight, actually, she' more sensitive to energy and spiritual metters that most adults and shes not ten yet. she meditates by herself on her own initiative, and says things that blow us all away. i tookl her to my master the other day and h confirmend that she has advanced abilities, mostly due to her past life. your story about your baby is so nice, to me, it sounds like he is still connected to the source. great sign, bright future.

"theres nothing like this anywhere out there" Sean, my master can do this. i,ve witnessed him do it and drank the water. it was water from the tap, and after being treated with his qi was the most pure sweet water ever. i felt it go into my bones, some people felt colour and various energetic sensations. the effect will depend on the indicvidual drinking it as the qi will act in various ways according to their specific needs at the time. nice to know other people are doing it.

I agree, unless they were writing in connection with the universal heart. that's why i recomended the hua hu ching - it sings to my heart and my heart recognises it. Hannah, i admire you for seeking to learn more about the tao, especially because you are only 16. an age when most others couldn't care less. you must be a mature soul. Like Taoist81 says, listen to the silence in your heart and you'll recognise the tao within and without.

Intersting you mention the sacrum exercise Trunk. I remember practicing that one based on your recomendations about a year ago. Latelly during my meditations, the sacrum pulsations have been happening on their own. The sensation begins in the proatate and continues pulsating up the sacrum and along the spine on it's own. this is being done with a practice that cultivates and refines and integrates the jing/qi/shen at the same time, while even accessing and transforming the unconcious. it's an amazing practice and one that balances the diffent energies. i hope i can come to the states one day and meet face 2 face 'cause i don't like articulating through a computer. actually, my master may be comming to san fransisco some time this year. if he does, i'll post details. and yeah X i much prefer to refer to the higher center energetic states as something other than orgasm, because they are an internal nourishing experience, not an excited state followed by a let down ala orgasm.

i agree. not safe and it is akin to theft. this is the realm of hungry ghosts and other parasites. no matter how glossed over it may be, it is very low level practice. the best thing to do is transform ones'self into a super conductor, then you can generate all the qi you will ever need, and you can even emanate that qi. if you can achieve this and simultaneously awaken your divine awareness, peace beyond understanding can ensue ................this is possible

" i totally agree that the aneros and other similar devices can indeed cause the qi to leak out. that has been my experience. your account of CCO's is interesting. did it happen spontaneously? if so, that's interesting because from my experience, the MCO can open on it's own during a certain meditation, and similar although less intense sensations can subsequently occur which i can liken to whole body orgasm. although i don't like like the term orgasm because it has connotations of intense pulsations, building up to an climax with an inevitable and rapid ending i prefer to use the description of 'blissfull waves' which is experienced not only physically, but on a corresponding spiritual level. looking forward to your next writing.

" indeed it is a mess, but as you say, "the only paradise is of mind" (i take that to mean our congenital/original pure state.) so, to me, the greatest resonsibility we have toward ourselevs and also to the rest of existence is to REALISE this "paradise of mind" while in a body. actualisation of that divine state, i feel, will act as a catalytic agent for greater harmonisation. may all beings know the divine by knowing the divine being divine

That has been my experience too. I think it is a 2 way street I was going to discontinue study with one of masters for a few months because of financial contraints. But after making the committment to continue for as long as possible, money has arrived when needed and other circumstances have also become easier. This is not only my experience, but also the experience of others within the group. A lot of that has to do with the power the divine beings from within his lineage which directly help and asist us once we make the sincere committment to the master and his teachings.
