being very slow to adopt technology i have just discovered(took forever to get a cell phone and com-pooter) mpr players and hi tech ear buds--- i dont remember Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin sounding sound so good!;almost floated through the roof when i again heard "Wish You Were Here" and "Kashmir" as i did the first time I heard them. Maybe, I am reverting to my childhood ,to cruising the springs in my 66 chevelle malibu wind in my hair(long gone), tunes on the 8-track , a peace-full grin on my face and not a care in the world. Could reaching the end be a journey back to the begining; back to the moment i became a human being who realized the path of life? If so did Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin try to tell me so all those years ago?

Thanks and thanks for the quote. Interesting that this phenomenon occurs so much that someone is noted and quoted for his observation of it. Perhaps its that we(humanity) can learn from what we have done. Aren't we human beings something to behold?!

Perhaps there should be a special place for those who post adolescent humor or deride other human beings. The nazis are getting closer;beam me up Scotty -
isn't this site provided to be a place where we can discuss(which does not mean agree) and share. Ban someone who is sharing his knowledge? Should I start looking over my shoulder for nazis'?

So, someone buried in rubble or a child lost in the woods if found/rescued by a dog can't be a taoist? Someone disabled ,who is empowered to live in his/her own home by the aid of a dog, can't be a taoist? An epileptic who knows to get to a safe spot just before a seizure arrives because a dog warned him/her can't be a taoist? MTS, Can one who is insulin dependant be a taoist since the insulin he/she uses come from animals?

I hope you do not mean that domestic dogs can take care of themselves in the wild; that people should discard thier dogs. (as was done to many service dogs in ww2) We(human beings) have a responsibility to care for the creatures in our service. Before they were pets they hunt alongside us and gaurded our families and homes. Dogs are still a great service to us and a true human being will treat his friend as a friend. For example service dogs to the disabled(do they have bad luck from thier friends poo?)Dogs can even smell cancer and predict a seziure in epileptics. From my experience all dogs I have met are more humane than most humans I have met.
