Urban Practitioner

Hello everyone, this is Urban Practitioner I'm new to this web site, I heard about it from a Buddy of mine. I practice Mi Zong and Bagua for about 20 yrs, does anyone practice Bagua? let me know.

I just practice in my back yard pretty much and I wouldn't call myself a Master either, Ive been tournament of couple times, that it, a couple of weeks ago, I bought a mat for bagua that about 9' in diameter because of the mud-walking that I do, I think its called baguamats.com

No, but I do Fu bagua and cheng Bagua I was trained by Master Laing and a Women for Cheng bagua in Northern CA, teachers are hard to find.
