Can you show me a picture of the posture or a guide on how to perform it correctly? There seems to be a few nuances here and there that differ when you learn it from different people.

Sounds interesting, where did you hear this?

I switch the water to cold after I finish my testicle massage to disperse the heat, feels pretty good.

lol, you really confused me, I'll try to explain it the best I can. Basically, I feel a fuzzy ball (I guess my dan tien?) and it spins forwards constantly. When I can no longer hear my breath and focus on it I can make it reverse it's direction, making it flow the opposite way, or backwards. When I first did it I got a semi-erection which I thought was pure chance but as in my original post I repeated the experience and got another; could be a sign it's working with the energy down there.

Oh yeah of course I've meditated before.... And yes, from the little I've experienced so far with the method it usually flows to the front.

There was a study a while back about how effective some multivitamins where and a lot of high end brands did really poor on the test. http://www.docstoc.com/docs/405307/Multivitamin-Guide I just ordered the Source Naturals Multi which you can get online for $10 for a months supply. It was ranked 4th out of over 300 multivitamins evaluated. http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/source/life.html

In my experience the breath normally flows to the front and you have to gently guide it in order for it to flow backwards. If I lose my concentration it'll usually go back to flowing to the front. I have only been meditating for 3 or 4 days and I had the experience I wrote about the first time trying the meditation.

lol, I guess nobody else is having success with this method.

Does anyone know of any?

OK. I just realized I should add a little more to this topic, here is some background. I have always been obsessive about things, my whole life. I can remember when I was just a kid and I was completely crazy about pokemon cards - just like every kid was. God forbid a single one of my cards had a deformity, whether it was scratched, bent, had dirt on it, etc. To me it was completely unacceptable - it always had to be in mint condition. I never saw this as odd but now looking back I can see it clearly. Food is something else i'm extremely obsessive about - I don't even like when I have two different kinds of food and they mix (ex. beans + rice, I'd have them both in separate bowls.) and I inspect all the food I eat to the T. This followed me into middle school with girls and probably explains why I haven't had much success in that department despite having an above average appearance (from what i've been told). I'd always over-analyze girls, look for any little error they might have and I could never just look and appreciate somebody, which I have gotten over now as I am a little older. This is what to an extent led to my discovery of meditation and what not, my obsession with the paranormal. I've always thought that I had a "nack" for this kind of stuff and would watch tons of paranormal shows on TV and whatnot only to be creeped out later - to the point where everything I see in the corner of my eye is strange. In high school I met a girl who wanted to bang me so I came home and looked up methods on how to last longer in which I found Mantak Chia. This led me to dragging my obsessions, which where before a nuisance but where manageable to the sexual realm - where I was driving myself crazy trying to not jerk off or ejaculate etc. Which has ultimately led me to become sexually obsessive in general. How would this problem be approached from the TCM point of view?

What methods did you use to achieve Khechari? Did you snip the frenulum or did you simply stretch the tongue? -
Boston is about a 20 minute drive for me.

My vote goes to both Scotty & Mal.

I guess people nit and pick what is acceptable and what isn't when following certain traditions. I do believe there are tantric/taoist rituals that make use of young girls.. Tibetan to. Not that I approve of them but it is there and has been there for a long time.

Thanks.

although impressive it is by no means "immortal" (as internal arts claim to make you) but it is interesting that he says his skin is regenerating in a sense http://en.epochtimes.com/news/7-9-9/59524.html hmm here's a video of him practicing his bagua form

Yeah they did worse I just found it ironic that we're doing the same thing we have jailed people for in the past. -

Images or not Obama has admitted that we've waterboarded them before - which is something we locked up the japs for back in WW2. -
I don't think retention is good news at all, with or without weird desires and fantasies. I retained off and on for over 2 years and what was the result? A limper penis and virtually no morning wood. After starting a healthier sex life my morning wood is back, erectile health is better than ever and I feel good inside. There IS something to be said about sexual energy, though. I could pretend I didn't notice anything but I did when I was celibate. I was following Bill Bodri's meditation and whenever I hadn't ejaculated for a few weeks my meditation would be wayyyyyyyy more intense than before. I somewhat felt "empty" and like my sessions didn't have much substance, it's hard to find the words to describe it.
-
i think it could create an energy imbalance, which would probably stir things up when you add sexual repression into play.
-
lol, yeah

i agree with some parts of your post. if you've had these feelings or attraction to men your entire life (and you actually want to be with men) then hey, live it up. the difference with me (and the others on this forum, apparently) is that these urges started right when we began practicing retention and are now starting to taper off that i stopped, which makes me believe there is a direct correlation.
-
this is exactly it, i've thought about it before and it isn't for me at all. the fact so many people are having these experiences though makes me think it is just an imbalance but then arises the problem of how to take care of it
-
same thing happens to me, too; and nah, it's not like these urges have always been there, they started right around when i started practicing retention. edit: and i guess it's cool if you've always had these urges, felt weird around men etc. etc. but this has not been the case with me or findley (i'm assuming). now that i don't practice retention they urges are farrrrrr less and i'm feeling back to normal. hopefully they go away completely with time.

i've seen it, good film.
