How humans are not physically created to eat meat
mantis replied to Jedi777's topic in General Discussion
thats pretty interesting, i recently started substituting toothpaste with baking soda to brush my teeth, we already have a shower filter here . i was doing some searching and apparently the Borax they recommend is 20 Mule Team Borax i believe the dose is 1/4 a teaspoon for a liter. -
what James McNeil teaches is "shih shui" which is the genital weightlifting system. i'm on his mailing list and he sends newsletters of upcoming seminars, i could keep you updated if you're interested in learning (way too expensive for me personally).

i read about this article on another forum that i post at and have been reading it http://www.illuminati-news.com/00363.html it is VERY long and i'm probably not even half way through reading it but the ideas the article presents are very interesting, to say the least.

this is your reply to a well thought out and articulate post regarding diet. of course, however, you have no problem being on the vegetarian bandwagon and "saving the animals" when your own race is killing itself. ae-dlHOmwk4 -
i've heard of both Maca & horny goat weed but my sperm count is fine, i just have a lower libido. i also want herbs/treatment that treat the cause, not the symptoms (as western medicine does). yeah i completely understand what you're saying, i'm going to try to get myself to a western doctor asap and get some blood work done to see where i stand.

i'm the opposite when i was in middle school i was literally going nuts (no pun intended) but now for the most part i don't really care. another thing i've been looking at is hypothyroidism, which is possibly the western equivalent of the TCM kidney. some symptoms for hypothyroidism include: i either currently experience or have experienced the bold ones. despite the fact i have been working out for almost a year there are people who haven't touched a weight and look fitter than me. i also found this from google this happens to me all the time, i think the western term for it is "swamp ass." even if i'm not hot i'll just start sweating in my groin region for no real reason.

if you got two average males, put one on a vegetarian diet and the other on a flesh diet, there is no doubt on my mind that the flesh eater will have a much better physique. is it possible to do it? that is, build a physique being vegetarian, sure, why not. but is it worth the hassle? not really. as for the "look at all the unhealthy flesh eaters" argument, that is simply because there are more people who eat flesh than people who don't; only 4 to 10% of americans are "vegetarian." at the level of iron man competitions it's more about getting calories in as steroids have already come into play at that level. if you could back this up though i'd be interested in seeing your vegetarian "friends" videos or any photos he/she may have available. -

so you're saying a guy who traveled around the world studying cultures & their diets is "disinfo" and "silly" but some long winded article that is extremely biased and has many unfounded ideas & views must be accurate, right? if you want to keep diabetes in check go on a ketogenic diet and drop carbohydrates. i've gone 3 months monday-friday eating well over 100g of fat with little to no carbs and did not suffer health wise. it is possible and it IS healthy. you may argue "we don't have claws" or "we don't have reptile eyes" well those are both dandy & OK because our weapon is the ability to think. i have yet to find an animal that has lived after having a confrontation with an armed hunter. -

i've been vegan before and i don't see what the big hype is, it's mostly propaganda. i think the real culprit is carbohydrates, not meat. -
sounds like you're adopting that born again christian attitude. all this "spiritual stuff" is a very personal and people usually come to it on their own when they're ready.
