after reading William Bodri's article something really clicked i suppose - watching a documentary on the tibetan book of the dead last night probably didn't help. i was considering volunteer work previously, as it would be a good way to both travel and help people around the world. that being said i found out about the peace corps while googling volunteer work here in miami http://www.peacecorps.gov/ due to the fact i don't have a college degree i am not yet qualified to apply but i thought that it might be a good idea to get the name out there. peace

yeah my knees don't hurt while i'm sitting in full lotus but they do ache after; what makes me get out is usually my feet (from being all folded up) and my legs fall asleep too. edit: i wanted to ask you does it matter which leg you put on your lap first? ie. left over right or right over left? and after finishing my session i have the following input: full lotus hurts like hell
