http://www.americarx.com/Products/30521.html i've been using this for a while, keeps me as fresh as you can be in the gym

wrong almost every major us city has tons of crime

i really, REALLY doubt that is true. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ram_Bahadur_Bomjon he meditates all day and has been for months (maybe even years now), wouldn't he be "ill" according to what you say? i think qigong is good because it 1] makes you become aware of your body (slow movements accomplish this) 2] keeps your body in shape (to an extent, i think static postures are better) whether it "builds" qi or not i don't know, it might make you more sensitive to the qi you have though?

anyone here a veteran? i'm strongly considering joining the army as i don't want to go to school as of now (college) and the benefits and physical & mental training you receive are to put it blandly very attractive. i can now sign up on my own as i am 18 years of age but i still want to talk this over with my mother before signing anything.

that's great, did any of them achieve the small heavenly orbit?
-
thanks a lot for that smile, it feels pretty good when i "mingle" with my soft palette
-
sean denty also just posted that it is eventually required for wang liping's students to sit in full lotus
-
fantastic post sean d. is it true they had wang liping tied up and sitting in full lotus for 4 hours?
-
who to trust your guru vs the opinions on this forum tough decision
-
patrick brown, who are you to tell who is enlightened and who isn't? maybe it's just me but you come off as some textbook spiritualist who really knows nothing. and i think it's funny people say "attachment to technique." have you been able to detach yourself from anything? if the answer is no who you are to judge any other. got to love this guy "it is serious" hahahahahaha because you'd be able to tell right? through what he writes on the internet?
-
depending on individual abilities, obviously full lotus being the best so he does have high regards for it
-
several people on this forum have had experiences similar to drew (including myself) so i'd be reluctant to call it bullshit. not everyone on this forum is looking for enlightenment, i don't care about enlightenment and if i don't "achieve" it that's fine. drew has said he's just trying to have fun and i'm sure a good majority of the people on here would use it the same way he does if they could. wife: please honey go mow the lawn husband: relax i'm watching the praying mantis kills wife: you're useless husband: "O at a D" wife: ^ _ ^

notice he's sitting in full lotus in the photo
-
sitting in full lotus is no big deal get the "secrets of stretching" dvd by tom kurz to help you open up your hips (thanks to Trunk). i downloaded it off a torrent website, i'm sure you can too.

i'd love to see people who do isometrics do this and in case you're wondering, yes, a full body workout consisting of dead lift squats & bench will give you that type of power

looks like she was a porn star in a past life

here's another old bagua practitioner, he's the one interviewed in the blog mjjbecker posted

about 16, i'm 18 now

you are talking about killing or maiming someone while this topic is about strength. bill kazmaier was the STRONGEST MAN IN THE WORLD. can the 110 indonesian pick up stones off the ground that weight hundreds of pounds? no, he cannot and that's that. i don't know why you took it in the direction of "who can kick who's ass" when obviously someone who trains to fight will be better at it than someone who doesn't. no one ever said internal martial arts where not effective, but in terms of who is stronger there is simply no comparison. you said it yourself you can substitute tenga dalam and the rest for just about any effective martial art
-
what does strength have anything to do with being stabbed by a knife dipped in urine? if death is what you are trying to achieve purchase a gun
-
i'd love to see that same 110lb indonesian fuck with this guy you are trying to mix up martial arts with strength, obviously if you lift and aren't trained to fight someone who knows vital points to hit is at a greater advantage but please, the guy in the above video could dismantle a 110lb guys face
-
i squat, dead lift, bench, overhead press, pull ups, chin ups, dips, a routine for REAL strength.
-
i would too no need to get all defensive edit: scratch that, i won't be getting hung from a noose anytime soon
-
you cut out a vital part of my post you aren't doing just isometrics, you just said now you do mantras and special breathing and tons of other things that people who do isometrics normally wouldn't no matter how you word it isometrics isn't going to get you lifting 300lbs + on your bench press.
