your body does not want sex, your lust does. giving into it is one of the worse things you can do. we are humans, not animals.

cameron just fully proved himself to be what i said earlier, a stubborn brat.
-
cameron is going to seriously screw himself up. as with anything that is not used for such a long period of time (3 months) it begins to atrophy. i do not masturbate or have sex but i do practice the vajroli mudra carefully - which provides minimal sensation to keep the orgam in health and to move the energy up to my brain.

Notes from my search for immortality

wow how have you maintained celibacy for so long ? -
celibacy is trash. if you don't attempt to circulate the sexual energies they will explode on you unless your mind is for the most part free of lust. chastity is what you want, sexual activity without indulgence.

the world will always have it's problems - there has been death since there has been birth. if you are reading this that means you are not dead and have the ability to practice - and should do so.

this is a movie i found while messing around on youtube. from my understanding it is that the kundalini can only be risen when a man and women are together in coitus that does not include orgasm (ejaculating). according to this film it is recommended to never spill the seed. yQoJRhqAWQo 64h5PDpL1b8 8P8_ZWUE0JQ LTWAw1PWZyg HDEwsW5M6qs _ArwOLu5W4Y qFvmY5d6rqk pyq4tTNlkuE AbL4333LbU0

just today i finished my 3rd blood donation and i was thinking about it. in theory, wouldn't it help with stagnation and help circulate both chi and blood? it removes old blood that is simply recirculated and forces your heart to create new blood, if you have adopted a healthier life style, more nutrient enriched. thoughts?

i do practice ham-sa and yes, sometimes my body feels hot and begins to get humid, almost as if to sweat. i am going to begin practicing the vajroli mudra as well however, as the ham-sa method alone was not enough to prevent nocturnal emissions. sexual energy isn't called fire for nothing, ;p

Dietary changes for those attempting celibacy

it's sad because all of the people on his ignore list usually have a strong mention and something to say that could help him greatly. -

as far as i understand, the orgasmic diet consists of taking a high amount of fish oil daily. this is a very basic statement and you should check out zaneblue.org for more information (marrena's website). -
it's not lack of open mindedness it's simply i don't want to get into a debate about what is better over anything else. if there is one thing wrong on this forum it's that the people here don't dedicate. this is probably why a lot of eastern traditions that actually get you places are so reluctant to take western students. the discipline usually isn't there; it's the "i want it now and i can't wait" mindset. there are people on this forum that i bet had they stayed with a path for all the time they'd been practicing would've had either a totally awakened consciousness or a large portion of it. that is why i comment like so. i am getting ready to dedicate myself to one thing - which is what you should all do. instead of saying oh one month i'll try tai chi but the teacher smells so i'm going back to qi gong but it's to hard so i'm going to kunlun. nothing on the spiritual path should be achieved without hard work - as it is indeed hard work. you're going against possible entire lifetimes of being asleep, you cannot expect to just zap and you're awake. i apologize, wayfarer64, if you where offended by the comment, i simply did not feel wasting the energy to try and make you see it my way i suppose. my opinion is to find something that clicks for you and stick with it. xenolith is a perfect example of it. for a decade he did the same system and guess what? at the end he achieved everything he wanted - the crown chakra orgasm. it is possible to attain enlightenment - in this life i'm sure. all it requires is discipline and hard work - traits not too many people have.

cameron, i suggest you take agharta off of ignore, he really is giving you good advice. putting everyone on ignore who in the end only wish for the best for you really isn't the way to go. you're behaving like a snotty kid who doesn't heed the warnings and puts his hand in the fire. the result? he gets burned. -

it is said you should avoid garlic and spicy foods. -
had a nocturnal pollution. my advice for everyone - don't oversleep. get your 8 hours and get the hell up. almost all of my nocturnal pollutions are on saturday, because i don't have to get up and sleep until a lot later than usual.
-
mikaelz, inhale, visualize energy leaving testes up to head while mentally saying "ham" quickly and sharply exhale "sa" i don't bring the energy back down. to bring it to the front channel i simply keep my tongue on the roof of my mouth all day, it's a habit.
-
only one of the techniques i practice stems from a system, and it's gnostic in nature. ham-sa pranayama (create & move sexual/creative energy upward) still meditation (just sit and look type of thing) wall gazing (focus on one point on a wall) the ham-sa pranayama was added, my original practice was still meditation and wall gazing for 6 months, of which i have completed 4 on this day. i only added pranayama to ensure that i have no nocturnal pollutions.
-
ah no sorry i am not practicing kunlun nei kung. mikaelz, yes, i have. i feel lethargic and my vision is somewhat blurred. however, i have read these are common and signs that the egos of lust and desire are dying off as you cease fornication. just to pitch in about sexual repression, it's not repression if you dismantle your desires and lust for sexual intimacy (especially masturbation) at their root and truly wish to be celibate. this requires a lot of thought monitoring and behavioral changes.

tomorrow will be my second week of celibacy ; )
