normally i just walk with my tongue on my palette and every now and then take a deep breath and "tune in" into the moment. i usually do this while walking which makes the world look especially bright.

** NOTE ** : This is a home-made technique. I do it every so-often and I believe that it can help in energy retention in the testicular area. This method primarily sprouted from the idea that arouse during my open-eyed meditation (wall gazing). When you are young and you become heavily aroused (either by yourself or an external force) but cannot "complete" whatever it is you where aiming for, you end up with something called blue balls. This is basically an excess amount of energy in the testicular area that wishes to escape. As most young boys know, this can be eased off by simply ejaculating. For those who cultivate (this is not only for blue balls itself, as I myself have never had that but I believe it can help in relieving the pressure for cultivators to ejaculate over time.) ejaculating may not be the best option. With this technique I hope to be able to relieve some of the urgency to ejaculate; in a nut shell. The technique I have made is basically some external work mixed with some internal and a structural pose which is allegedly preferred for energy circulation. (I believe it's called the tree pose or something similar?) I will explain this further. I perform this exercise while taking a cold shower as it is also rumored that cold showers increase sperm count and is thus suggested to men whom wish to impregnate their spouses. I apply a generous amount of soap to both my hands and testicular area and then with the aid of a wall, put my feet at shoulder width and my spine straight aligned with my head. In order to actually get your spine "straight" you'll have to curve your pelvis in a bit as the spine is naturally curved. Once in the pose with each hand grab a testicle and with eyes closed massage. While massaging, take a deep belly breath and then move it upwards. If done correctly, your testicles will literally bounce. During this breath imagine your sexual energy moving from your testicular area to your third-eye center. Do this three times. Afterwards, take a deep breath and exhale with sufficient force as to make an audible sound. With this breath the energy moves down into the dan tien or your naval. Once finished I generally feel oddly taller and more energized. I believe this can help with avoiding the built up pressure that most cultivators feel when they have not ejaculated for either a few days, weeks, etc. as it directs the energy to your dan tien rather than stay in your testicular area. If you try this and it helps you - please let me know. This is a very theoretical technique but it does seem to help me. I have posted this here rather than in the contributed articles section simply because within time it is possible I wish to modify the technique according to my own findings. Also, I wish to first hear from anyone who tries it and how it works out for them.

supposedly this stuff beats fish oil completely out of the water in both, omega-3's and antioxidants. what do you guys think?

no i wasn't going to buy any but i read (via google and someone) that krill oil is better and has more omega-3's and antioxidants.

well currently my fish oil product is 650mg epa and 450mg dha for 2 capsules, that is the highest i've yet to see.

fish oil has both essential omega-3 fatty acids, dha and epa. you can search around this forum (look for a topic called "the orgasmic diet") as it so happens witch is the author. you can buy the book here if you want to find everything. the religious guilt can have something to do with it and it's common for young religious americans. you're told bad things about masturbating and you shouldn't do it and that leads young boys to masturbate (because it feels good) but then feel depressed because they felt like they have betrayed god (or the clergy). perhaps someone more experienced in this subject can help you.

dha is an essential omega-3 fatty acid. i've been a guinea pig for about a month now and it's really good. the theory is (i believe) that taking fish oil supplements will increase your reserves, making each ejaculation less draining. the first few days on the diet i found it very hard not to ejaculate as your libido will certainly shoot up. it is possible you have some negative emotions or feelings attached to ejaculating (perhaps you have to dig deeper?) i was going to suggest you need to take a longer recovery time but 2 weeks is a lot as is.

it may not be depression you're going into but before saving your sexual energy did you perform that often? if that's the case your body may be on a natural "high" now that you have so much energy and once you lose some it doesn't feel right anymore.

well, this is strange. in the past i used to mess around with prescription pain killers (namely percocet and vicodin) and after a small session of cultivation today i feel as if though i've taken a rather large dose of pain killers. my legs are asleep as i type this but i don't mind although it obviously hurts. music is sounding really good, i don't think i'm unbalanced however i think? i circled the energy into the belly button after i finished. oh my god i completely lost sensation in my right foot. it felt like it was on a cloud when i put it on the floor. have any of you had any of these type of experiences before?

it seems through what i have read through so far there that it is common for one to have problems either having a multiple orgasm or how to have one. i have had a few and in posting how i do so i hope others will benefit as well. here we go! before even diving into techniques i want to make one thing clear: awareness. if and only when you become aware of your present surroundings and your present feelings and or sensations can you have a multiple orgasm or even one non-ejaculatory orgasm for that matter. simply be aware of what you are feeling, your sweat, your heart rate, any clenched muscles, your emotions, be aware of it all. in my opinion this is one thing few books stress enough and can be why people ultimately fail and continue to have taxing ejaculatory orgasms. introduction: the pelvic floor. this is also known as the pc muscle and is a key ingredient in having a successful non-ejaculatory orgasm. there are a variety of techniques for training this muscle, but the key ingredient is continuity. being a weekend warrior will not help you in this case. the pc muscle is easy in locating, and there a variety of techniques for finding it too! the simplest i've found is to stop the stream of urine and become aware of the muscle that is clenched. this is it! after a few stops you will more than likely be able to clench it at your own will. at first i encourage you to do 50 repetitions. if you can do more then i encourage you to do, keeping in mind it can become sore like any other muscle. the pc muscle is in my opinion is a great muscle for two reasons. one, it will stop semen from ejecting from your penis and two, it will develop sensitivity in the area. with an increased sensitivity you will be able to feel the "pumping" action that occurs during ejaculation and when you are too close and need to squeeze. training this muscle should be fairly easy as you can do it anytime anywhere, simply develop a schedule and build off of that. the orgasm. this is by far the hardest part of it all. the actual orgasm. do not fear! i have found a method in which you should find one with ease. it works by doing nearly the complete opposite of having an orgasm! hah! normally during masturbation or sexual intercourse, people run and run until bang they finish. i have made an analogy for this. notice the unexperienced runner, running as fast as he can to reach the finish line, only to finish depleted and fatigued. understanding this will be of a great help. you can run, but you have to run consciously, going at a pace at which you can enjoy and reach the finish line invigorated and full of joy . how to do this!? when practicing solo cultivation, instead of grasping the top part of your penis, try making an "O" with your thumb and your finger at the base of your penis. masturbating like this will feel substantially different and is perfect for become multi-orgasmic. when solo cultivating with the "O" (what a coincidence! hah!) simply become aware of each stroke and the pleasure that accompanies it. you should go at a pace that you can work with and not ejaculate or get to that point within a few minutes. this will feel much more pleasurable as normally, like mentioned above, we run towards the finish line, not taking notice of the sights and people we see on our journey. when closing in on what they call "the point of no-return" (the point in which you either ejaculate or continue, for those who do not know) you will feel a tingling in your penis. at this point i suggest slowing down considerably and doing a lot of deep breathing. as well, you should take notice if you have clenched or contracted any muscles, which you should then relax. bathe in this tingling sensation for a few strokes and then stop, continue with the deep breathing, and voila, you have just had your first non-ejaculatory orgasm!! within time you will be able to stay on this peak for considerably longer than the first time, and every time you climb you will be able to go higher and higher, with no crash! (crash being the ejaculation, which means an end to either intercourse or masturbation.) do not worry if at first you do not feel the tingling at first, but i promise in that being aware of your sensations within time you will and enjoy the fruit of cultivating without ejaculation. cultivation. i do not want to fiddle around here too much as more than likely you know of or have heard of a technique to mentally cultivate the sexual energy. the simplest i find is to simply clench the buttocks and visualize the energy going from your perineum to your crown chakra (or the top of your head), down to the third eye chakra (or brow point), and then using the palette to bring it down to the navel for storing. within time you will notice your erection and arousal rate decline when performing, which is a good sign that you have re-routed the sexual energy. that's it, for now i suppose! i have heard of people (witch comes to mind) or rather read, that can have chakra orgasms, like the heart. this is something i have not experienced but i believe it is best to first build a foundation. you will eventually reach a point where you will somewhat frown on ejaculation as you will find not ejaculating and bathing in the pleasure to be better, which is both good and bad. bad in that you should indeed ejaculate every now and then once you find your cycle and good in that you have realized there is something better than ejaculating i hope within posting this i will either aid someone in finding the non-ejaculatory orgasm path or give them a tip or two to help their current practice. enjoy!

for anyone who was curious - i ate meat and i feel no different, in fact i feel better. i felt somewhat groggy and fatigued before doing so which had been treading me for a few days. i am still going to cut out red meat and most of my diet will be poultry and fish and what not.
