Awesome, thank you Sifu Terry. John

I've done it for about 4-5 years now, specifically holosync. It seems to me to be like a jog for your mind, like I'll do it while going to sleep and I'll wake up rejuvenated and emotions cleared. As far as sitting and doing it during meditation, I'm sure it works well, but I don't know what happens when you drop it. In my experience of it when you stop using that stuff it seems like the effect goes away. I say worth it as a tool, but not a fix all end all. Clears out issues only as you bring them up during the meditation and focus on the emotion. John

Terry, I've been doing monk holds pearl when I have some freetime and as a meditation, because it seems to charge me up and give awareness and insight. Like I'll sit in a chair and instead of doing vipassana or the like, I'll do monk holds pearl for an hour. What I heard from a master is I have weak kidney chi and it seems like this helps with that a lot. Is this alright to do just this meditation? I'm asking because it almost over charges me sometimes... like I've got tons of sexual energy and can get angry really quickly. Thanks, John

And this guys is why this thread is worthless. He didn't make it to actually discuss and think about new ideas. He posted this to confirm what he wants to think. So there is nothing to gain here by discussing this with him. He will argue with anything that doesn't fit what he doesn't want to believe, and applaud what he thinks is right. The biggest mistake is to take him seriously... Just to speak to Chidragon, both mjjbecker and baguakid have tons of experience with apparently many masters. Becker has seen John Chang. It's worth your time to take their experience into account. John

And I'm saying it's incomplete or wrong. Just because its on a website or in a book, doesn't mean its right. I let my experience dictate my conclusions. So I practice practice practice. And sometimes read. John

I think you develop that out of qigong practice, but not the other way around. John

Sure and thats one source, not the only source. If it were, it would be a very limited place to get qi. Lomax's view. What I want to know is did you create this threat to actually look at this and be willing to accept a new view on it? Or do you just want this to be true, and are looking for validation through others? John

According to Ya Mu, Qi is not breath. Him and Terry Dunn, and maybe others would be worth while to ask this. And it's been my experience that it isn't either, in doing practices like FPQG, the breath will naturally open up and my body do what it is supposed to, without my direction. That the mind will just mess it up. You could also ask Jenny lamb through email. John

Ohhh shiiiii vmarco laying down some insults in this Hiiiizzzyyyy You guys are making the mistake of taking this kid seriously. Cause after all she's leftside up, not right sidedown like the rest of us. John

2 1/2 years - Healthier body sharper mind More insight and intuition Faster recovery from hurts/working out Haven't been sick in... a long time. John

OMG! You used to be rightside upsidedown? But now are wrongside downsideup? So whichside whatnow? And isn't picking a position, nondual... and if this free book knows so well, then wouldn't it not know, since the tao you can point to isn't the tao? And meaning is what you make it mean right? Or is it what I make it mean? I mean.. I like cereal.... Man.. I just don't know... but I think I'm ok with that. John

Is the only reason not to commit suicide - Fear-based, shame-based, or guilt-based?

BTW, Lomax has been able to help with this tremendously. Look at some of his case subjects. John -

Choice. If you want to commit suicide, do so. If not, don't. Continue on the journey, or keep learning here. John -
1st chakra: men: Tongkat ali - MAJOR one, most awesome. Very good for the balls. Eucommia bark -very good one, opens up and warms lower burner (heals genitals) Women: Dhong quai (balancer) Chaste berry (balancer) Both: Deer antler velvet (kidneys specifically) - so maybe second chakra.. 2nd chakra: Cinnamon - increases insulin sensitivity - may also open the 4th chakra.. seems to make me more emotional/caring and feeling Astragalus - ?? heals lungs though as well.. 3rd chakra: maca root - maybe 5th chakra milk thistle(liver cleansing) Dandelion root 4th, Heart chakra: 5th chakra: Kelp, iodine 6th chakra: ayahuasca Melatonin? - supposedly created by the pineal gland There is tons more... Only if you actually have herpes. And the arginine/lysine combination only works if they both aren't l- because then they compete for the same receptors. So use Arginine Pyroglutamate with l-lysine.

1. Different for everyone. 2. they vary from body type to body type.

If your taking the precursors to hgh, you'll be fine, as your body will use them to create hgh and balance your hormones out. While if you take straight hgh, you can fuck your shit up and start to look weird. (insulin issues, liver issues, kidney issues, acromegaly). That said deer velvet is an amazingly bioavailable form of hgh. It causes your body to produce your own. http://www.southerncrossvelvet.com/ - these guys I've bought from in the past, are great. John

This. And the point of the 'you are manifesting' stuff is an attempt to take responsibility for your sicknesses and where you are in life, rather than being a victim, which some people get into. Some of it is valid, some not so much. But a balance of, healing yourself, and living well (manifesting). John
