Nice personal share on your perspective. Are you escaping inside? Cause it sounds to me like your looking for emotional resilience in the moment, and if your escaping is that what you want? Cause it sounds to me that your looking to to stay in the moment with the fire/goodstuff regardless of what it is. John

1.There is nothing like family to help you find where you are really at. Sure it's easy in a vacuum... but family is the test of years of built up social masks, patterns, etc etc. 2. Boy you sure sound like you know the 'right' way. Which must be better. 3.Remember you only have control of you... sounds kind of like you want to change some one else so that you'll feel ok with the situation. A few options, some that I see, is you be so present and strong, that you bring them up. Not by instruction and pissy temper tantrums, but through example. Another would be to acclimate down to their level. But know that any movement causes movement in all sides. If you move down it would be an exchange unless they refused to give up their patterns. A family is like a knot. If one string moves, they all move. Remember that presence causes everyone involved to grow. Both through their not being reacted too, and you not reacting. Showing that everyone is ok/good/love worthy as is. John

When you breath in fully does it rumble more? I think mine does this too, and this shows up most when I do a bunch of energy work and the like.. John

Yes your right. Your only option is not to pee. I've been retaining for 3 years now. Based on Chia's nochipee methods.

Sounds like he's knowledgable and can see the future.

If you don't like people hearing about it, you shouldn't be doing it. The only good government is a small one. Wikileaks keeps people honest and the government in line. John

Does anybody have any recommendations for couple practices? Books or the like? I'm just got internal alchemy for couples from Chia. Is it any good/bad? Thanks, John

Maybe. You don't know that for sure. They line up in name. John

Jenny seems extremely solid to me. I really like her philosophy and style. She encourages everyone to make the path on their own. Emailed her and she was pretty cool. She's supposed to be making a book John

It matches what is taught in the kunlun book, at least in description.
-
Got it. Is level 2 and 3 what Jenny lamb teaches or what Max created? Thanks, John
-
What I've gleamed about kunlun is that what max talks about it may be 100% bullshit. That the practice is from Jenny lamb, and she is the only person qualified and able to speak about what it does and how it does it. I still practice daily for an hour, and have been for a year and a half, but I've stuck with level 1 because my gut says so. Regardless it's been very powerful for me, and I've moved into deeper and deeper awareness about conciousness, connection with self, and just in general developed a ton of awareness. Like that the thoughts are just a by product of the emotion, let go of the emotion, and the questions and issues clear. That all suffering is by choice. To be more present at all times. That knowledge is great, but doesn't matter so much as your connection to your self, like it's just something to placate your self so you feel comfy in doing what your about to, wisdom being the key, etc etc. And when I hold it my eyes naturally look to that inner spot in the mind or whatever... the pineal gland I guess. Like all those things the meditators talk about I've come to through the practice of it. It seems like vipasssana super powered. Regardless, if I'm hurting emotionally, or hung up about stuff emotionally, I practice and it clears up. I like it a lot. John

Flying phoenix qigong is definitely not bullshit. Very beneficial over here. John

This. The words you use speak to the world from which they come. And frankly what I read is someone who is a massive victim, looking for drama and attention. Not meaning to be harsh, but I'm saying, really look at whats going on for you. All these things you create and are responsible for. You have a choice in everything, down to the very last bit of where you are, what you are doing and if you don't want to be there, LEAVE! You are not trapped, you are not helpless. You don't need a spiritual anything IMO. You need to just get a good therapist or counselor, and get your life on track. And that may mean challenging the beliefs and ideas that the world is a shitty place and there's nothing you can do, etc etc etc. John -
www.authenticmanprogram.com For creating deep and profoundly loving relationships. While I don't like how they present presence, in it's like some 'power' or someshit, when it's not. Over all the quality and the theme is really solid, in my opinion. It's more the examining of beliefs and insights and ideas into how you relate to your self, women in general, and the world at large and how that is all based around yourself etc, that have you attract the kinds of people/situations in your life. I'm biased though, as those guys are my bros. That said they are focused on the spiritual side of this in regards to the interactions between men and women. Very tantra path. I really really recommend one of their intensives. Great for deep deep emotional clearing, and getting clear in your life. And their coaching and the like is helpful. John

It is certainly inspiring me... maybe we can get a 'inspiration' thread...

Path of fire and light

The only experience I have like this is of kundalini, which feels like heat, and sexual turn on going up my spine. Does it feel like sexual turn on? Or just a fire in your ass? You could try the microcosmic orbit. Good luck bud, John

Sifu Terry, Does it activate the lower chakra's as well? Continually impressed with this qigong. Thanks, John

Agreed. Somatic psychology is all about this, as well as subluxation in chiropractic work. Google subluxation and you can see some charts that map out really well with chakra theory. John
