Also meant to add she has hyperandrogenism and sometimes gets hair loss, and increased muscle gains and the like. So, throwing that out there. Thanks for all the replies. John

Do you guys mean breads? Or just carbs in general like fruits and vegies?
-
Alright, so Iodine supplements would help. So fish or krill oil would be good, and then for her to watch her diet. Wait I mean kelp oil.. Could anybody recommend good multivitamins? I heard most of the over the counter stuff was trash, and that there were just a few good ones. Along with a qigong or the like. John

Or maybe Chilel qigong. I've only had experience with those two. John

Hey guys, I was wondering what different types of spiritual lineages? I was hearing about the Naga lineage, and was just interested what else was out there? Whats the difference? Thanks, John
-
Yea Drew is WRONG!!!! Shesh, chill Becker. Drew makes mistakes just like everybody else. His posts are still interesting and with all the knowledge and shit he probably thinks about, I can understand if he gets a bit eccentric or makes a mistake. John

Cool. Thanks you two . Yea, my girl is pretty open sexually, and squirts from clit play. But exploring a lot of this. She's got some vaginal balls to work her kegals and the like. I've experienced feeling bliss when she caresses me after being really close for a weekend, and vaginal play. Also in making her cum vaginally, like I could feel my penis rubbing against ridges at the top edge of her vagina. And... it was like I could feel my middle burner??? heat up when we were fucking. It was like a band of my body got hot. Too just experiencing a lot of this stuff in doing my practice. Really enjoying fucking, loving and being connected deeply with my girl. I dig Deida. I will be reading the rest of that book. But I don't like some of Marnia Robinsons (the karrezza lady) assumptions and positions. Feels half baked and like they are based from shame and shaming in themselves. Like that orgasms are bad, porn is inherently bad and can make people go gay...? When all these things are inherently neutral, and it's more about your relationship to them. As if orgasms are the reason why relationships are failing today.. phhbb. Especially their forum where they have a section for people turning gay because of porn. Pisses me off in a bad way, that they would shame and try to convince people of that bullshit. Regardless a different opinion, and one to consider. John

Cat, Could you speak more on this? I've heard this from other places, but ... how does this apply, what does it mean, how does this relate to love making? Basically I wanna know everything John

Thanks guys for all the replies. Yea it was weird. I am very very healthy, green tea twice a day, dump sugar, work out/exercise daily, and do my practice at least 2 hours a day. So this was like WTF?!?! I went to the doc and got some anti histamines which helped, but for the most part it was like I was walking around with poison in my body. Like if I walked a lot it would move to my extremities (hands/feet) and if I layed down it would be in patterns around my chest and on my face. Coupled with that I was with my girl for the weekend and going to weddings and the like. Back to practicing and it looks like it's cleared up.

Hotness. Alright well that makes me feel better at least. I was like, what the fuck is going on?! Yea the rash is literally in the HT2, HT1 area and down into the pit, to horizontal my nipple on the side of my body. Crazy. John

Alright, Herbs: Agree with Taomeow, and the herbalists. I think it's actually called buetea superba. Also tongkat ali is said to work through your leydig cells, which are the cells that initiate in puberty that cause penis and testicular development. If your gonna snag some go through this guy: https://premium-tongkat-cheap.com/Tongkat_Ali_.html He buys in bulk from a huge distributor in Thailand, and just resells for very cheap. It's all high quality though. Chems: Also if your interested you can check out something called Andractim or topical dht. If you search for it, you'll find tons of stuff and a lot of the chemical penis enlargers use it. It is primarily a steroid, so be aware and do your research for it. Generally though if you do a cycle of it for a month then chill for a month to let your receptors in your penis upregulate(come back to equalibrium after recieving so much dht) you can gain about an .5 - 1 inch every 1-2 cycles. Also the 1 month on 1 month off gives your body time to regulate and keeps you clean. And too if your doing energy work/qigong/ whatever, you'll probably be fine. That said do your research. If you do it in conjunction with jelqing or the like, the results tend to be fairly stable, to dramatic (guys gaining 1.5 inch or someshit). A little bit on dht: It is the primary masculinizing hormone, that is converted from testosterone, and is very important for the male body. It is directly responsible for masculinization, penis growth, and secondary sex trait hair growth (beard, chest hair, BALDNESS) in males. It doesn't convert to estrogen (like testosterone) if there is an excess of it in the body, which is ideal for people with gynecomastia as it can be applied topically to fix it. But this is also the problem for people with hair loss. It starts attaching to the scalp creating a build up that kills hair follicles. Many say it is the cause of enlarged prostate, but I think it only causes enlarged prostate when estrogen is present. In fact people with 5-alpha-reductase deficiency (the inability to metabolize DHT) are genetic guys, that may have any thing from a female physical body, to an underdeveloped male body (micropenis, etc). You could basically say it's hyper yang hormone. This is my theory. It seems to get a bad rap, but in doing my research and reading about a lot of the different science studies, it seems that it's just hype and pharm companies have jumped on the trend to buy dht inhibitors to help guys that don't want to loose their hair. But at the expense of their masculinity, and the hormones that have them act the way they do, and be the people they would be. So... full head of hair, but no sex drive etc... Regardless, do your research, check and decide for yourself. John

DHT is not created by estrogen. It is the primary masculinizing hormone, that is converted from testosterone, and is very important for the male body. It is directly responsible for masculinization, penis growth, and secondary sex trait hair growth (beard, chest hair, you get the idea) in males. It doesn't convert to estrogen (like testosterone) if there is an excess of it in the body, which is ideal for people with gynecomastia as it can be applied topically to fix it. But this is also the problem for people with hair loss. It starts attaching to the scalp. It seems to get a bad rap, but in doing my research and reading about a lot of the different science studies, it seems that it's just hype and pharm companies have jumped on the trend to buy dht inhibitors. I'm just saying be aware, as it plays a large role in male bodies, libido, psychology, and general health. 5-alpha-reductase deficiency DHT John -
Good is required for bad, death for life, up for down. Neither are anything but empty. Neither is better or worse. What makes thinking about it blasphemous? John
-
Agreed. And I've had times when I'd be practicing, then suddenly afterward feel like I needed a nap. The rest of the time, afterwards feel very energized. I read from ZY qigong, that this is the body cleaning itself. John
-
Absolutely dude. And I don't like it when people disrespect others, especially someone who I think has a good intent... I misread some parts and thought he was being a smart ass... reread and it's cool ... woops. My mistake. John

Is it? I just hold the posture and move toward easiest position, till my bones hold me up and I'm not flexing other than holding the position. Like trusting my intuition to auto correct me. Usually held while I observe internally. I've mainly stuck with the holding ball - at the belly and chest and the pushing outwards(number 3 from way of power). Haven't messed with any of the martial ones yet? In fact not even sure the distinction of martial is accurate.. John

Thanks guys for all the posts. Yea I've read opening the energy gates and way of power, kunlun (following Jenny Lamb's style though). Chugging through Eva wong's books, Jade dragon white tiger stuff, and am going to read Monkey. Want to check out ZY qigong, and go learn from Jenny, Wang Li Ping, or other accomplished master. Currently my practice is an hour of Zhan Zhuang a day, and hour of spring forest qigong, and an hour of kunlun/or zazen if I feel like it. Bruce Frantzis was saying that until recently was anything called qi gong. That it was all internal cultivation(nei gong) and external (can't remember the name). @Markern Man, if so, I gotta go to China, learn mandarin and find some masters. It's almost like, how would you know they are accomplished? What if there are a bunch? @durkhrod chogori Yea. It seems the most powerful is the most simple... at least at the beginning? But I'm going to check out walking meditation. It seems we take for granted living, which has a lot more going on than we think... and either that or Taoists made living complicated... or maybe just broke down the miracle of every moment, into whats going on? But yea, totally on the, 'simple is not always what people want.' @styrofoamdog I hear of some, on the forum and the like... at least I hope so. Like: Wang li ping Jenny lamb John Chang Grandmaster Zhang - from http://www.qigongmaster.com/index.htm Robert Peng Sifu Jiang? - who is this, I've heard about him but don't know any info.... Ming Tang from zyqigong John

Bump to Santi, and Tao semko. I just started KAP 1 and am noticing during every meditation I get really hot, intense moments of bliss, razor clear insights/emotional clearing and usually I just have to let go and not get in the way, while I meditate. Don't be a dick Seth. John

In yoga I hear people talk about, as you open the body, emotional trauma comes up... and the same in meditation. I believe that to the degree that tough/challenging/etc emotions come up is to the degree that your uprooting attachments and the like.... which is an opportunity to deal with them. They say that the you have to be the most courageous to be a meditator, because you are facing your fears themselves... not the things that you project them onto in the world. That the physical world is inherently neutral/empty. John

After spending 6 years in the pickup community, knowing most of the guys that teach it, I would tell you that most of those guys teach things that are assumed, or based on their world view that is skewed by their biases and own attachments. And that most of them don't really know what they are talking about, but are teaching as if they do. Furthermore the whole biology/evolution information is largely useless. It's all just debate food, or ways to confirm or deny your way of seeing things. All that really matters is how you are with women and your way of being. How attached you are to things, or how free(childlike) you are. I think Laotzu would tell you to focus on 'inner game', to relax, have fun, pay attention and learn. And he would probably say it in a crazy cryptic and profound way. John

People change. I initially got into meditation, so I could clean up my mind, so I could get women. Now I'm into meditation, because I enjoy it and it is damn cool. I'm actively passionate about spiritual development. It doesn't need to be flashy, but attention getting. If somebody told me to just hold the kunlun position, I'd be like... meh. But in experiencing bliss, I'm immensely intrigued, and have been practicing it regularly for a year. High level masters tend to be walking advertisements anyway. It may be true that some are fickle minded, but some aren't. Does it really matter if the website/marketing is flashy, if it causes thousands of people to become happier and healthier? Does it really need to be plain, modest and simple, so that you can feel good/superior/whatever or so it fits into your student/teacher paradigm?
