Is there any red dragon nei gung involved? Personally I'm skeptical that these session's will achieve the true goals. It just might wake up Bruce Lee's karma's. I'm sure that Sifu Chris Chen would love to talk with Simu Jenny Lamb. -
DID YOU KNOW THAT MOST SALMON FIND THEIR HOME WATERS BY USING IT'S SENSE OF SMELL? WHICH IS MORE KEEN THAN THAT OF A DOGS OR BEAR! ARRRH WHICH WAY TO THE COVE?

A quote from the secret art of war Befriend a distant state while attacking a neighbor To understand the methods of the terrorist groups use this proverb. But don't ask me where I got it from it's a secret.

Captain Ginyu! I'm Lovin It. The comment on mudra is essential. The lock lotus asana (hands held behind back and grabbing toes) is a powerful tool of a Yogi/ni. Once the Yogi/ni in union with that which is required to be bound and the knot is tied what will the Yogi/ni do?

Where at the Cities of Gold in Pojoaque? War isn't nice.

Once again any talk of war is a very heavy Karma. A Burden that one shouldn't take up casually. I was discussing this topic with a nyingma yogi/chi gung artist last night over dinner. He has always been of the opinion that the most direct understanding of Taiji has been through the martial applications. We usually disagree and I've never seen him fight...just dance like the fool yogi that he is. Dancing is so much better for all that are concerned. The use of this classic in modern days prepares the mind with the real masters of war being the enlisted men that control actual militaries. The World Honored One was walking with an assembly of monks. He stopped and pointed to the ground and said,"This is a good place to build a sanctuary." Indra, King of Gods, took a blade of grass, stuck it in the ground, and said, "The sanctuary is built." The World Honored One smiled. Does anybody know how Arya Nagarjuna died?

Who are your opponents? Isn't it better to help them than to harm them?

One man with his feet firmly planted on the Earth and head suspended by the Heavens is the Commander of all the He sees. His View is centered by the Moral Law of what he is required to do by the Law. The Virtue of His Command is carried forth by the Methods and Discipline given to Him by Heaven. This is the Tao of a Commander. How great his duty is. Some logic training comes to mind from sutrayana: A General that thinks of himself as a General can never be. Likewise a General that doesn't think of command can never be. Furthermore there are no orders that a General can issue, nor are there any orders that can not be issued. This includes the officers that will receive the orders that are issued. They do not exist and as such there is no command of an army that the Heavens of the Taoist can perceive. This logic can be applied to modern chains of command as well as historical generals. Next we can do some logic training on the 100 families. Sarva Shunyata!

Marblehead When you were in USMC what was the name of your platoon and how are your team mates? I am assuming that your tour has ended. Irregular warfare is what is occurring in the middle east. Regular warfare is what the Art of War describes. At a modern college of defense studies these four questions are asked; 1. How does the world work? 2. What military capability do we have at our command? 3. How do we create that capability? 4. How do we deploy it? The talk about the hundred families is to get an idea of how heavy the Karma's are of starting or responding to acts of aggression by foreign powers. If you can create an actual list of a hundred families that would support your business in this day, in this moment then you would begin to understand the simple ideas that are conveyed by the art of war and how the world is working.

When a list of the 100 families is presented and a representative of each family has visited the Imperial city then preparations can start. After the Emperor has spoken with the representative of each family the state shall proceed with collecting the monies for support of the five armies. Once the collections are complete then the five armies shall be assembled with troops being draw from the counties closest to the territory in conflict. If it is not harvest season then the military officer in charge of collecting troops shall enlist all able body men. If it is harvest season then the military officer in charge shall leave a small detail to collect harvest. Such is the mandate of Heaven. (This can get really complex and usually involved several disputes between the Buddhist and the Confucians. Meanwhile some sneaky Tao shih would be hanging out with the Empress talking about his elixirs and using his Nei-gong postures...the quick quick path)

Whoah! I know that white horses still have the right of way in the Imperial city and the 100 families have yet to give their approval to the Huang Di. It's only after the rights have been followed that the five armies shall be sent to the field. If the rights have not been followed then we'll have to rely upon whats proper. And properly speaking we haven't even come up with a list of the 100 families. If the General thinks that he can take control of the five armies with out fulfilling the rites then the mandate of heaven will remain in the court of The Jade Emporer. BTW I'm wearing a hat with a dragon on it.(neo confucianism and very mysterious)

anyone know meditation relating to time-future/past ?

There are three parts to this circle of cosmic proportions; The one who imagines, the image that is seen, and the process of the imagination. And no part of these three ever touch. -
The 100 families is from another ching (classic). I think it's Tai Kung's six secret teachings the book is one of Thomas Cleary's translations and has six different ching's in it. But essentially they would be the wealthy families that provide supplies to the government to keep the military moving. As times have changed the problems that these 100 families face have changed as well. The succesful government is comprised of families that are socially active and have wealth. Simply stated the military needs support and the role of the government is to provide support for the military. Recently I've had to study the Qing empire from rise to fall. There are some real lessons to understand about how a nation responds to acts of war and the eastern empires provide large scale examples. And the politics of Buddhism are recorded in the east as well.

Om Ah Hum Ho Yes.... You could ask Yeshe Tsogyal for some advice. Also write into Brian Greene a professor at Columbia and ask about string theory. I do mean write via email or call his office. It's a really good practice to do. You might not get an answer but then again who knows. And you get the chance to write an educated individual and clean up the misperceptions. Then there's Lisa Randell of Harvard. I've meet her when I was younger and recently have been writing to her but have yet to recieve a response. So don't get discouraged. Between these two teachers is a correct view on time. Prof. Greene teaches at Columbia not Canbridge. http://www.iscap.columbia.edu -
A...A... How to use the 100 families; When the General is in the field and has the favour of the 100 families his might is greater than that of the emperor. When the state is at war and the General of the five armies is in the field, He has the mandate of heaven. I suggest that the mandate of heaven is stronger in the 100 Families than in either the Emperor or the General. From the Kun lun forum they have a technique for dealing with a "Mind Gone Madness General" in their red dragon nei gung. Mind Gone Madness General is a poor translation of the archetype of a military leader that is intent of wholesale destruction of a region. More on this later.

I've had to think about this for awhile now....I wrote into the Dalai Lama's Office and Tenzin Taklha (the personal secritary) responded briefly. So now I have to keep doing my vows and talk with Geshe Roach about how to proceed. But in the meantime Taiwan has been hit by a typhoon. One of the Lama's is visiting and China is up in arms about a Buddhist helping other Buddhists after a natural disaster. I think I see something emanating from this enlightened being...,if I see something then there's light. -

A simple introduction to ship design or "Living in an enclosed environment and drinking yesterdays coffee." The systems have to add up and support each other with out breaking laws of thermodynamics. System1+System2+System3...+SystemN=Total Power consumed The total power in a enclosed system is equal to or less than the maximum output of the powerplant over time. (Scotty I need more power! I'm given all that she's got captain.) T.P.=dO/dT Power consumed must be regulated so as to not exceed the maximum output available from the power plant at any given moment. The output of the powerplant is based on the type of plant being used for generation of e- Examples: A fuel cell has higher efficiencies if it is used to create heat and electricity. But the storage of the fuels is bulky. A nuclear battery will create a constant source of electricity. The amount of electricity decays proportional to the half life of the material being used. Solar power provides electricity in proportion to it's efficiency rate and the amount of sunlight that is available. T.T.F.N.

Aqua culture. I'll have to think about it. Some SOFC can use potassium which can also be used for the distillation of Biodiesel. There's something there but I don't know what it is yet..... The system that I was working with was a starting point for living on the moon. SO if your tools make you breath then you had better start doing your work. The more work you do the more you get to breath. Not very pleasant but the view is nice. Aidan

We were calling Hydrogen produced by solar power free range white hydrogen. Black hydrogen is what the oil industry produces to distill oil at the refineries. Solar powered refilling stations are possible. A new infastructure to support the new technology that isn't harmful to the environment. But fuel cells that produce water should be used in environments that are closed and can use the exhaust to support life. Like a space station or living labs on the moon. Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFC) are the type that can utilize CNG as a fuel and produce heat as well. I haven't had any hands on experience with them yet. Permiable Electron Membrain(PEM) are the type that recombine hydrogen and oxygen to produce e-. This type of electrolisis is an interesting use of water. Power(wattage) is consumed by several units to distill then deionize the water. Then this water is run through the PEM to get hydrogen and oxygen (consuming more wattage) and pumped to storage(yet more wattage). These products are then stored. But the storage tanks have to coated in carbon fiber and will need to be replaced because of hydrogen embrittlement. Then the hydrogen and oxygen are run through a different PEM to get e-(measuured in watts). Problems: AT what scale does the use of this technology become feasible? small personal use is currently costly. Then there's the use of drinking water for fuel. I should get out the schematics and figure out the efficency. Aidan

I'm still working on expanding the Hydrogen Highway here in New Mexico. While living in angelsnest(www.worldsnest.com) we had executive members of Ford Motor Company and a little later Sanco Drilling Company visit. These people were very interested in creating the Hydrogen Highway and introducing the technology into the companies. The Governor of New Mexico has his ears open for ideas on developing this technology. It's not a simple process and takes time. The executives of these companies know this and have recently added these technologies to their business plans. Auto companies think about things in twenty year segments at least. Lessening the need of oil will happen but it's going to take time... a generation or two. As for water as a fuel source Imagine that a household receives a 3 Gallon pitcher of water each day. How much water does the house need to use for driving? How much water does the house use for washing?.. for bathing?...for using the toliet? That three gallons is going to get used very quickly in a family of six(mom dad son daughter daughter dog). But Natural Gas as a source of Hydrogen. Much better and the math is very simple. CH4 versus H2O That's twice as much hydrogen in natural gas as water. And you get to drink! Aidan

That's what was poured into me. "Mao shan teaches Thunder magics. Kunlun shan is the stuff of Myths." The dreams last night were quite interesting I was on a train full of people during the ethnic cleansing of WWII. Then images were blended into a amphitheater of people holding hands but facing towards the top. They were looking up and out, not down and in as usual. Two large groups of people heading somewhere. Then into consciousness carried by meditation and seeing others with lightbodies searching for things in the dark. Much like fish in the deep sea that bioluminescence. Deep sea...much pressure... very cold ......totally foreign
