  1. has anybody had any luck leaving their body or experiences with the maoshun traveling hands technique in the Kunlun book? I just can seem to get anything to happen.
  2. maoshun traveling hands

me too, did feel like something was happening once... should we start a maoshun traveling hands challenge?
  3. Sifu Jenny Lamb on learning Kunlun

Great advice if you have access to a live teacher. Unfortunately at this point the book is the only option for me, living in Australia. From my limited practice from the book, it is a very powerful and profound practice, and I am very concerned not having a teacher to guide me, but what the hell I'll give it a go anyway and see where it goes! I can see if I didn't have a foundation in energy work this practice would raise alot of questions for me and possibly be harmful due my lack of understanding of the process. This would be completely fear based, as I don't see that there can be any harm in going wild on a chair for an hour a day

  8. If any practitioners of Kunlun can help.I've just received the Kunlun book yesterday and will begin the first set of practices today. On question for anyone out there: Max said after the first 2 weeks you should drop all other qi practices. Now this is a little bit extreme for me as I'm in a transistion from a very intense hatha yoga practice of 20 years to learning Qi Gong from a teacher here. I'm learning the 8 treasures and white crane style. So would this really cause problems energetically for me? I don't have any experience with the energetics of these systems, but my understanding so far is that the are benevolent and not very extreme. Also does anyone do Hatha Yoga here as well as Kunlun? My sadhana includes hatha yoga practices as well. If these questions have been answered before in the forum, my apologies, please direct me to the thread. Thanks
  9. Thanks everyone, I don't think the book on it's own really is enough without some reflection from practitioners I am grateful for this forum. They won't let me access the forums at Kunlun Bliss without doing a workshop, which is a little wierd as the book is certainly opening up a whole can of energetic worms and surely putting this kind of informatioin out there for people to practice should have a dedicated support forum. Well thats my opinion. Can you point the direction to Sifu Jenny?
  10. The best and ultimately the only way to avoid this problem is to find the right frequency of ejaculations for you personally and don't go over your limit. You will lose energy if the frequency is too high and you will get too "hardcore" if you don't do enough. It's a personal journey with no fixed formulas (although the manuals have some advice). Don't ejaculate for a certain amount of time until you REALLY feel the need to let 'er blow. Then monitor the result. If you feel relaxed and energized it was time, if you feel depleted you shot to soon. And retain until you feel energy again, repeat the experiment until you get a feel for it. I've dealt with this problem by really seeing clearly with experience that sex with ejaculation isn't even close to where you can go in sex without ejaculating. Then you give up the much lesser joy of a squirt for a whole energy dance that blows you and her away. Good luck
  11. thanks freeform, when you say "keep it between the belly and the heart" is that something that you found in your practice or is that teaching from Max? is the idea to put the energy at the heart? It seems like this energy is impossible to contain, it just wants to do its own thing and I'm there for the ride. This seems like to powerful a practice without guidance. But I have no choice yet but to just use the book and help from members who have actually worked with Max. Does anyone here practice on the floor crosslegged? or is everyone using the chair? Thanks to everyone.
  12. Thanks Scotty, Yes it seems that something so simple has so much depth. What is spontaneous qigong?
  13. strange...like the posture creates the energy flow but is quickly let go...there is magic in this
  14. Thanks! another question: When the spontaneous movements start to happen and sometime the hands and arms come out of the ball mudra, do you go back to holding the ball or once the kunlun starts activating just let the posture go? I have kept returning to the ball position when the waves of wildness start to subside and my body is calm again. Then a short time later another movement set will happen. this is amazing stuff....
  15. Thanks yoda. I was completely blown away the spontaneous movements and energyl..kinda like magic! Do you know What is the standing version of Kunlun 1?
  16. wooooooo!! Just did the practice and in a few minutes I felt like a voodoo priest in some sort of wild shaking trance!! This is totally amazing. I stopped it after a few minutes because it was getting a little wild and I want to take it easy. I can't imagine what will happen after months of practice!! I'm so inspired by such a simple technique. Where is this going?
  17. has anyone seen these DVD's or recommend them? http://www.amazon.com/Understanding-Qigong...2776&sr=8-1
  18. The Tantric Mongoose

    sasha, are you still around?
  19. Hello everyone, Just joined the forum. I found this forum via a connection with the tantric mongoose, and some sort of divine intervention to help me on the journey. I have been a long term practitioner of yoga and now am integrating chi kung into my practice as it seems to be more suitable for my energy as I am getting older. I have a very deep connection with Tantra and am keen to expand this deep practice.Recently I came across the kunlun thread and am intrigued. Although these days with so much information out there, you have to be carefull mixing your food! Any Kunlun enthusiasts or Friends of the tantric mongoose. I would love to hear from you and anyone else.
