I'm prepared to accept that a sausage and egg McWaffle is some evidence but I don't see how you extrapolate from that to a whole country and a whole country full of people. What if waffles can exist independently by means of a kind of discrete waffle particle?

Nungas, I salute your bravery. cos you know what people are going to say don't you. Here's another crackpot who actually says he has met a Belgian. Not that he thinks they may exist in some kind of inter-dimensional shape shifting sense. But they actually exist here on earth in 2014 walking around, speaking, breathing, eating just like you and me. When I say speaking of course you will note that there is no such thing as a Belgian language! They all speak French or German or Dutch ... though some speak Walloon which suspiciously, rhymes with balloon. The person you met might have been Walloonian had you considered that? The universe is infinitely large and infinitely diverse ... so as Stephen Hawkings might say Belgium must exist somewhere on all those uncountable stars and planets. But theory is not enough we need proof.

UFOs certainly seem to exist but are we sure about Belgium? France, Germany, Holland ... yes ... but that little bit in between can we be sure its not just some kind of cartographic illusion ... a map makers joke? I think I need more convincing proof.

Hope your pets are ok with the move. Just took my cat to the vets. She's feeling a bit sorry for herself. The vets were very nice but the only thing I can't get my head round is that they look far too young to have fought in Vietnam.
