  1. This topic made me re-evaluate the Taobums. I realize I do have many good abilities but I might not be what a teacher needs to pass on extra teachings to.

I realize I will never be as good as I want to be, and there are many people who are still stuck holding on to old ideas and concepts. I must move on. It is not helping me or anyone else.

  2. The relationship dynamics of the younger generation here in the US is indeed quite bad. I think that many of those who reached adulthood in the 1960-1980s period have a hard time understanding what it is really like.

Personally speaking, I feel like I'm trapped between different worlds and don't fit into any specific group. I hated the conservative, stuffy patriarchal "all sex before marriage is a sin" environment I grew up in among the Jehovahs Witnesses as a child. However, I have just as much contempt now for the promiscuous thug worshiping culture which exists among people in their twenties and younger.

I understand. I spent a lot of time "dismantling" what I originally believed and even dismantling what a lot of people believe.

One of the reason why I sought out forums like this. In the end it seems people like us realize certain things... sometimes it becomes so much more blantantly obvious to people like us when people become so trapped in their thoughts... There is no advancement then and it seems the only choice is that we must deal with trying to fit in or unfortunately continuing by ourselves which is not an awesome path because we have no secondary feedback.

  3. Absolutely! See how even women are sick of feminized men now??? Even though that's how men have gotten brainwashed to believe it's what women want? Goonis38 should be commended for her brutal honesty here..

Indignation lacks observation... the heart of real spirituality.

Seems to be an unknown part that people tend to overlook.

  4. Edit:

Summed up politics sucks and leave it in the toilet. Dont bring for the other children to share.

    Reason:

The original post seemed lacking and the purpose of it seemed lost, so it will be immortalized for all time as such forgiving if backups dont preserve it.

  5. Thanks for responding, guys. The reason I haven't replied is because I am "digesting" any information very slowly.

Someone on the AYP forum posted this very interesting link.

    http://www.vrilology.org/runic_physics.htm

Very good. Work with it and find out what feelings and impressions you get from any of the symbols. Then do a research on history of the symbols then reevaluate the sysmbols and how you "recieve" them as messages and what they mean to you.

That is the old way, just like tarot if you ever choose to dabble in that you have to deal with your own feelings twords the symbols. In essence you have to realize what your demons are and what does hold you back. Many rush into the system and go but it takes time to get a feel for it so that is why it takes a while to digest. You are right to post that.

Once I even did a material on correspondancies in chemistry... you can do the same but try to see each symbol as a shade of grey instead of an extreme. Death can mean rebirth of something and so forth... it keeps you from becoming frustrated when working magic with the system.

    Good luck!

  6. Quite a few people believe they will return on the 23rd of December of 2012.

Something to consider. Even though I have made "dimensional" type travels (i cant do it for a long period of time yet) Made contact with these frail looking beings who once looked like water spirits to me... Even I have a hard time believeing this stuff.

If it happens great, a new epoch and that means 99% of the population can stop telling everyone their religion/politics is absotutelyposolutely right. Maybe not. I can still dream.

I am glad to see people starting to take some what of an interest in this type of thing. It will expose to to some of the origins of Daoism and specific rituals that honored them actually came from the Pleadian Spirituality-Science. The pleadians dont have a religion as we do but they regard it as "just existing" which means they are past the need to believe in things they cant see.

  7. I didn't see the movie, I saw the owl when I was 11, and I read about consistent and multiple reports of owls in alien encounters in a book published in 1991.

I'm not going to watch the movie, I don't know if the book published in 1991 was the basis for what they put in a movie, and I don't know what the owl I saw was. All I know is, I didn't get the owl story from a movie. I don't jump to conclusions, and don't pay attention to statements along the lines of "aliens exist" or "aliens don't exist" or "greys are hostile" or "greys are peaceful" because people who make these statements are giving me nothing to work with. I don't take anyone's word for anything... I watch the patterns grow... once it grows you know what it was, that little green sprout, an alfalfa or a baobab.

Fair enough. My experience with people talking about an owl is their experience with seeing the specific movie.

I would be interested in knowing what book it is of which you speak, the bogus movie tended to derive some of its concepts from real material which I found to be an irritation because the movie didnt have continuity from the original material.

  8. The owl story is from a movie that is a fictional work that claims to be connected with a real event that easily collapses once you start doing research into trying to find out who the people were that interviewed the said individuals.

The small grey frail looking aliens are the pleadians. They are peaceful.

There is another race that is aggressive, but I am not going to talk about it right now just because I dont like thinking about them. Most commonly misunderstand or associate the aggressive aliens with the pleadians. I havnt helped the matter much, but thought it fitting at the time to let it alone. I cant possibly correct every single thing that happens to be wrong, it would require way too much effort. Plus with trying to meditate and work I hardly have time to post. Peace out.

  9. I familiar with the phenomena... it happens when a psychic is given too much information about the target, or in the case of spiritual experience sometimes it happens due to someone previous beliefs in a particular subject. Its like an auto hypnotic suggestion... Same thing happens when someone uses hand seals or other "cues".

So if Jim bob goes to XXX church and believes XXX church is right then his vibrational level will raise accordingly.

However not as much if one realized the ease of raising ones energy in its own respect.

  10. After checking some of these sources it seems that the Brazilian government does seem to have factual information and accounts of UFo sightings and is unafraid to publicize them without U.S. Permission.

Although I was barely privy to some knolwdege of the Pleadians from people over the years it may be that the general population may very soon have to come to terms with an actual visitation within the next few years.

Remember 'if God is so smart, Why do you fart?' Or any Taoist related perspective you may have.

As time goes on it seems things become more and more bizarre. How strange is the spiritual reality I wonder...

  11. Lei Gong was a Demon immortal then progressed and reformed to become a heavenly (god) immortal according to the texts.

The key to understanding is to be able to creatively use ones creativity without anger and use calmness. Only that has been my experience and perhaps a misappropriated spoiler for some to be put to the test.

yeah its for zapping *laughs* kidding.

  12. :lol::lol::lol: maybe - he's not alone of course.

I would buy a book on your stuff apepch7, seriously.

Mak Tin Si = Herman Mak

Herman's Daoism = My way or the highway.

Personally you might find more relaxing quiescence from smoking a pack of Pall Mall Menthol light 100's on a power drag than using his methods.

  13. If you're going to do it yourself, at least know what you're doing: lay it down and get Deadman's Manual of Acupuncture

...errr...at least, "know where you're sticking yourself" because "knowing what you're doing" is a subject as deep as the ocean...

the manual contains all the needling depths, contraindications, "dont needle here or you run the risk of puncturing *insert internal organ*"...

Yes the condition if you incorrectly needle any part of the chest cavity is called Pnumonuthorax.

It is an extremely painful irritated condition which can be fatal. This is just to add to Joe's warning.

Training is usually essential as needling technique is better than complete knowledge.

  14. Thanks White Rabbit,

How did you use them in this way? How did you learn that way? It's all good if it's too private of info to share, just curious.

Rather than say I learned from this and this teacher, during the time on the old "Direct Magic" forum I brushed shoulders with many people who had their own ideas about the runes. Some feel they are all connected to different gods, other principles of existence. After that whole thing, I ran into someone in 2002 who learned Asatru practices in California. I did not have any negative experiences in fact he taught me what I was doing wrong with how i understood rage/anger. He also told me that the more i flung myself into it there was the possiblilty of loss of control. But back to the runes. Some used stedgardhr which was kind of like a runic yoga to send runes. Mine the nature was to see it in my mind to feel it and make it real and emotionalize it to manifest. You can use them to attract thing like attaching a string to it. Depending upon the meaning of what you are doing it is best to look inside oneself and FEEL the appropriate way to use them in a situation it is good to not intellectualize things, but it holds true that all rune combinations in formulas are always odd numbers AND prime numbers. Anything that isnt is like a voided key.

It sounds intellectual that way but most magical formulas with the exception of ones that add up to 24 are all prime numbers. Thus its like a password.

Reversing.. the balloon you set out to attract things, the other rune you sent out sharply to accomplish something... all have their dissolution point to which they are no longer useful. It is merely a statement or dissolution of intention before something becomes negative. Just like an emerald, sometimes luck can become too lucky and eventually backfire. You dont want to wear an emerald all the time.

Grounding is another thing and though there are a few different ways to do that, I dont somehow feel comfortable discussing that here all of the sudden. Not that I am not confident its just that it is understood differently than the eastern mythos. I believe in "keep em separated entirely" now.

What do you think is a way to reverse it?

Oops wrong place. Well now I pack up the computer and off I go. see you in a few days we can share more.

Interesting. Could very well be true! I know it is for berserkers.

Ah dangerous indeed, but it teaches us that what energy albeit emotions we send come back to us. Rage begets more rage imho.

  15. I can tell you a lot about the runes myself. I worked with them for a number of years until i changed my practice of using them in January of 2009 when i phased it out. Today I mostly Practice Stillness-Movement.

I dont use them as a part of my current practice, but a lot is left to be said for what each rune causes in the deep subconscious mind. It is far from what surface feelings or ideas one has.

I used to use runes for magic more than divination, but since my run in a few years ago with an asatru group that liked to "exchange memories" or "imprint memories" I steered clear of it for quite some time.

I found that runes in magic tend to create some form of imbalance which should be reversed once you are done, otherwise there tends to be some type of backfire reaction.

But just like trance magic, seidhr or odinic magic (usually based upon rage and fury i.e. the root of woden est "furor") They all create emotional and psychological trauma and imbalances leading to various nervous disorders when done correctly.

Today I may use them for divination once in a while. But like voodoo ones connection with the Archetype concept and sometimes deity each one represents teds to make all the difference.

If you have any questions about a specific rune I could give you some experiences I have had with them or if you have more complex questions concerning legendary runes or the galdrastafr type runes I would be happy to assist.
