I'm not sure what your health challenges are specifically, but you are very under-nourished at that weight.Do you have gut problems or are you slowly starving yourself intentionally? Read Nutrition and Physical Degeneration and start eating copious amounts of the highest quality animal products that you can find.Grasses, herbs, fruits and veg have there place but you need serious calories and building, not cleansing, foods.Eat the animals that bio-accumulate the nutrients in the vegetation for you. You may have to invest in some testing, thyroid, adrenals, testosterone ect. good luck

It seems I've come to a stall on my progress for MGM and MHPearl/Peach. I went from building up to an easy, relaxing 12-15 minutes to feeling like it takes great effort to reach 5 minutes and leaves me feeling slightly irritable. Is this the indication to move to the next set, volume 3?

I plainly stated that looking at the clock at certain times is a program of the subconscious. Noticing patterns in numbers or having synchronicity is a different phenomenon altogether IMo.

I'm reading a book right now called 11:11 Time Prompt. Part of the looking at the clock deal is that you program your subconscious to do so. But the clock thing is nothing compared to several months of mind blowing synchronicity revolving around a number.

from another thread on IBS Paleo Diet is a great start/framework
-
Between my wife formally having Chrons(100% cured diet only despite Dr prognosis of lifelong meds and possible part of bowels removed)and my IBS I've tried every proboitc including very expensive ones from the compounding pharmacy and that one...probably spent more than 500$ just on proboitics, down the toilet literally.I've also spent a few hundred hours researching. If they work for some people then that is great. I think of it like this...the bacterial ecosystem of the gut is unbalanced but that doesn't necessarily mean that just taking probiotics will fix it.Dysbiosis is a symptom not a cause in itself. I wouldn t go plant a veggie garden in the middle of a pasture because the weeds will just overgrow it unless the terrain is prepared first.Once the gut is healed, the bacteria will take care of themselves IME.

Here is what I tried and what worked for me with IBS. -gluten and dairy free-big help with everything(sinus, allergy, general health) but IBS -probiotics-total waste of money -raw goat milk homemade yogurt-ehh not really helpful at all -high Raw veganism-made me at least 4x worse -blood type diet-minimal improvement -Paleo diet-now I'm getting somewhere but still have IBS and reflux what worked for me- spent $500 out of pocket for a Mediator Release Test from L.E.A.P- 4 tubes of blood drawn, tested for 150 food SENSITIVITIES and allergies....started eating from the list,2 weeks later no more lifelong IBS,that was 2 years ago.I never thought my most allergic foods would be things like cherries, mangoes, almonds, plums, carrots, tuna, chicken. Also I had candida pretty bad as indicated by a different test and had to eat low carb for like a year while taking Oregano oil. I've literally never been this healthy my entire life.I sleep great and haven't even had the sniffles in 2 years,I used to get sick about 3 times a year and suffer insomnia. If i eat something on my banned list,I get constipated or diarrhea every time.

this is working amazingly well on my decade old back(torn trapezius in 2 places) and shoulder injury! Even my chiro/massage therapist was surprised at my improved condition. On the 3rd seated exercise with palms facing I added turning palms, after the static hold for 10 minutes, like in the first seated because I felt that my shoulder needed it,I can really feel it working.

The China Study is utter rubbish and has been extensively de-bunked as an exercise in extreme confirmation bias. http://www.proteinpower.com/drmike/cancer/the-china-study-vs-the-china-study/ lack of exercise-how do you think people will feel like exercising when they are metabolically damaged, endocrine system unbalanced and 40 lbs overweight?proper food-metabolic recovery-then exercise plant enzymes are for the metabolic functions of the plant and have absolutely nothing to do with human digestion except in rare instances like papaya and pineapple

I've spent hundreds of hours studying nutrition and it really boils down to 2 things. 1-refined carbs (cereals, pasta, bread, sugar, flour)for obesity,auto-immune,diabetes,eczema,gout and other metabolic diseases of civilization 2- "vegetable" oil (canola, peanut, corn, cottonseed, sunflower, safflower) for heart disease, stroke and inflammatory conditions. these were actually used for paints before then of WW2 when they decided they could feed them to people for great profits after demonizing butter(lower profit margin on butter) pesticides and sickly factory animals aren't helping either. Conventional big AG is all based on industry of war and oil refining by-products...petro chemical nitrates for bombs became ferts and mustard gas ect became pesticide. Then what they have left over after that goes into your shampoo, detergents and household products as well as food dye and cosmetics. www.localharvest.org

eXistenZ...a 2 hour metaphor for anal sex, come to think of it most things belched forth from the dehumanizing cesspool of the Holy-Wood "priest class" are metaphors for anal sex and veiled references of pedophilia with little scraps of thought provoking art thrown in here and there. have a nice day

eat fat
-
give your metabolism a few weeks to shift from sugar/carb fuel to fat fuel on a moderate to lowish carb-high fat Paleo and you will do great. If you are not trying to lose weight then dont be afraid of starches like potatoes and make friends with coconut milk because it is awesome on a bowl of half frozen blueberries.

things I've noticed so far -increased sexual energy -rapid healing of shoulders and back,hip/retraining neural pathways to let go of old trauma and regain natural, relaxed movement -feelings of bliss -Buddhist imagery during MSW meditations, odd since I've never been interested in Buddhism in the least bit -sometimes "spontaneous" Qigong movements during the day -hot,heavy feeling in hands -desire/ability to practice for much longer time than any other system I've practiced So basically everything that a great system is supposed to do. I send my gratitude into the ether to close every session

the way I now deal with this issue is to simply use my cultivated spirit to uplift others...I try to be the giver of energy and not the receiver

the title of their show is an apt description...Bullshit! It's like the ultimate straw man argument on every one of their shows. I find the way they generally mock people in the voice over distasteful to say the least. The editing is very heavy...seems like a producer goes out in the field, films people and then P&T mock them from their studio...I call bullshit! and its not very entertaining either, laughing AT people at their expense is NOT funny...it promotes the same attitudes that still cause people to make "Bruce Lee" noises if they find out you train Kung Fu. -

DanC-depression is something I had 20 yrs experience with.believe it or not,in my case it was mostly related to diet.Once I got my gut healthy the depression vanished and I became like a new person.Everybody is different but I wanted to put that out there. FP-I've only been at it for a week but I love it!It really suits me. here is where I'm at I do the 3 standing and Bending the Bows for 10 minutes each. Then I do 7 reps each of the Monk serves wine series. When I do Monk Gazes Moon,I feel the MC Orbit open in about 10 seconds then after a few minutes I start salivating. In MOnk Serves Wine I feel it in the lower, middle, upper but mostly in the heart.

Just to add, kettlebells are good but you probably need someone to show you how to use it properly.

I loved it...the 20$ version

After not eating dairy for 8 years I recently got started making kefir with real kefir "grains" and it is amazing.Over 30 strains of probiotics in the trillions per serving. I am going to pick up my raw milk to start using now. -
