  3. Kunlun Practice

    yeah what ever
  4. retention and Sexual Health

If i remember correctly you are only 18 right? There is no reason for your testosterone to be low in the first place so there is no need to make sure it is high.Just enjoy what nature has givin to you in a natural way how it should be enjoyed. There is no need to deprive your self of these things when your young. All these methods you find in mantak chias's book's will make you into an obsesive sexual fiend as you grow up and in the long run will most likely leave you impotent But if you really must follow this path then just go celibate while avoiding all those dick pulling scrotum massaging techniques
  5. Choosing a Practise

Nahh i was considering it for a while but decided to move to melbourne to pursue a diffrent path.I will surely check him out next time im in brisbane though just to see what he has to offer Have you ever met/heard of Brynn Orr?
  6. Choosing a Practise

This may be just what your looking for http://www.3treasure.com/ here is what someone had to say about him And apparently a student of John Chang has learnt from him
  7. Kunlun Practice

The only way to get a real answer to your question is to experiance it for your self, it doesnt take long.Personally it took me 2 weeks to be able to validate the existence of chi and from then on it has been an amazing journey
  8. Kunlun Practice

Has Max ever talked about wether or not his system is related in anyway to the Dayan kunlun Pai?. Normally when i hear the word kunlun, dayan qi gong is the first thing that springs to mind. This is the only school as far as im aware that has been documented to have orginated from the kunlun mountains.
  9. Chi Gong for Old/arthritic People

Allot of negative crap was created back in the 80's to discredit xiang gong and to make it look like a cult because it had become so popular. Millions of people practiced it due to its effectiveness in bringing about health of body and mind. The government didn't really like these type of schools/movements as you can see with what has happened with falun gong and prolly many other practices And Tian Rui Sheng dying from cancer a few years after he introduced xiang gong to the public didnt help that at all heh.But maybe his destiny was nothing more than to spread Xiang Gong to the world, which he did very well. From what i have experianced my self from practicing Xiang gong and what my teacher has taught me about it i have come to the conclusion that it is the real deal
  10. Chi Gong for Old/arthritic People

I would reccomend level 1 of fragrance Qi Gong (Xiang Gong).Level one is very easy to learn. There is no special breathing involved, the mind is kept in a naturall happy state through out the form, not focusing on anything in particular. Each excersise is done 36 or more times and are well suited for elderly people The purpose of level one is basically to bring your body to a optimum state of health and balance and to lay the foundation for level 2 which is a little bit more strenuous and deals with alot more energy http://www.taichi-qigong.net/qigong/tuition.php This DVD looks pretty good Sheng Zhen Healing Qigong looks pretty good to
  11. meditating at certain times

My teacher always tells me to practice at 3am.He says 3am is 100% function 5am 80% and after that you get little function But thats easier said than done
  12. Taoist Music

  13. I am back

Hell no..its to secret!!! ehh i mean...sure no problem Basically you have 1 hand facing up drawing in energy from the sky, other hand facing down drawing energy from the earth. You keep the hands at the Dan-Tien level. All the postures have the hands at the Dan-Tien level.
  14. Your views about DAN TIAN!

  15. I am back

Hi Li Jiong Could you share a little about where that Wuji posture originated from? school? etc. Are there other postures that follow that one that are practiced together? I have recently finished learning a standing practice that i have been told orginated from the Damo Shaolin tradition. The first posture is exsacly like your Wu Ji posture, followed by 4 other postures .Posture 2 works with the yang force .3 Yin and Yang together, 4 Yin/Yang together but reversed, 5 Yin Im just curious to know more about the theory of it since my teacher really cant explain it all to me with his limited english:) cheers
  16. Wizard Wang Liping?

This september/october there will be a group of about 15 to 20 of David verdesi's students who are going to meet Master wang liping and get direct transmission from him.Hopefully some of them share there experiances in this forum
  17. Your views about DAN TIAN!

Hi varja Since your knowledge and teachings far surpass that of David verdesi's and his masters , I don't want to miss this rare chance to know your views on the dan-Tien and anything else of relevance that you may wish to explain To be more specific, would you care to share what stages you must go through before you can say you have real Dan? I understand if all that stuff is to secret to reveal cheers Im not trying to be a smart ass btw just incase it appears that way.
  18. Iron Crotch

sure you could learn with out a teacher But the long term damage caused by doing so could be devastating
  19. Daoist Muscle Tendon Change classic

How is pietro going with this training? if he is still doing it I would imagining he would be having some pretty amazing results about now
  20. Daoist Muscle Tendon Change classic

I just did a pretty thorough search on the foundation forum trying to find any quotes of david's regarding Yi Jin Jing being Taoist.Failed to find any He does say that Xing Shen Zhuang does bring about the same effects as Yi Jin jing after extensive practice.Apparently it takes 3 years for this process to start And Sifu Jiiangs Lineage can be traced back to Damo.Jiiangs sifu being a strickt buddhist and his brother being labled as a Taoist
  21. bruce lee for strength

Hi varja Since your talking about bruce and his time in indonesia i want to ask your opinion on how Bruce Lee may have died.Maybe you know of this rumour, maybe not Anyway my teacher told me that during bruces time in indonesia or where ever it was, he had fought in many tornaments. When fighting he normally had a pretty brutal and ruthless spirit. This didnt go down well with some of the sifu's of the people bruce lee fought. So out of spite a master cast a curse on bruce lee which lead to his death and most likely is the reason brandon lee also died at a young age so what do you think? horseshit?
  22. Terve:) My teacher has been invited to finland (helsinki) next year to teach some Qi Gong and meditation.Around spring time by a friend of his who has a school in helsinki.Im not sure what kind of school it is but i can try get the details and pass it on to you
