@LeonBasin To get a pretty good idea of the scam, watch "The Great Global Warming Swindle". It's only one piece of information, but pretty representative of what's going on. ... I mean, just as one example of Gore-propaganda, contrary to his claims, in reality much less than 2500 real scientists from the IPCC stand against a petition of more than 30000 scientists - in the USA alone. So much for scientific agreement and only a very few 'heretics'. http://www.petitionproject.org The economy needs big, scary problems to make money and the government for taking control and amassing power. Here's an interesting quote: http://www.john-daly.com/schneidr.htm

Not to be misunderstood, I know about how full of lies the topic is. It's just too confusing on a scientific basis to be convincing. As one example, we could not only talk about the global average of temperature change or sea level change, but about regional developments. When you learn that sea level is very different in different parts of the world, you begin to realize how futile the scientific discussion is while politicians and businessmen dominate with their agendas. And it's far easier and clearer to not believe an obvious liar then to argue about scientific details that are too complex to understand. If it's no lie that the other planets of the solar system are heating up, then that could mean that there's actually global warming. I mean, there could be, but caused by the sun. That would not mean that climate changes man-made, just that the sun's to blame and that we can't do much about it. Ken Cohen mentioned an anecdote about a very healthy elder who told him his four secrets of longevity, vitality and happiness, and one of it is adaptation. (the others are acceptance, simplification and wisdom of children)

@TheSongsofDistantEarth Your posting was with mixed-in satire, I hope. @LeonBasin I did some (broad and moderately deep) research on chemtrails and I'm under the impression that the "chemtrail presence" has become a mass excitement phenomenon and that many people tend to see all contrails as chemtrails. There is quite believable information about specific cases, but the more general it becomes, the thinner the evidence gets. So, not unlike in the case of global warming, it is nearly impossible to me to figure out what's really going on a physical/factual level. My current assumption based on my instinct and general intellect and considering of various counter-explanations is that most of the trails seen now are contrails. I mean... there are conflicting views. The orgonite gifting movement (towerbusting, cloudbusters) is said to have ended the threat from spraying. Now the NWOers are said to be highly intelligent, and seeing all the plots against the people seem to confirm that, but on the other hand they have to know that spraying no longer helps their cause, but it is said they continue it out of desperation. Sounds like self-affirmation of beliefs that won't stand a rational examination.

I guess in Asia they just go shopping at the local Dao Mart.

Some reports talk about cases where people allegedly get micro-implants (but not RFID, more designed to influence brainwave or body chemistry), small enough to fit through a syringe, through shots, without their consent. I guess some of it is made up, some not. There are some relatively believable accounts about secret services trying to keep psychics or victims of medical experiments under control. I mean ... the things that are proven and even part of historical record are of this magnitude, so it's really not in the realm of conspiracy >theory<.

That entertainer class sounds fascinating. These are details of creativity. There should be a lot more. I remember a time where not single ideas, but a whole game in itself was considered revolutionary and super-creative. I think it's always the marketing department that acts like a dampener on the developers' creativity. If this was allowed to flow freely into a project, I think it would have a very positive effect on the world. In LOTRO I really like the music idea and during my trial phase with the game I played a bard and was able to play a nice duet with someone. It sounded great and I don't know how to play an instrument. I just used seven keys and manifested a great melody that was in my mind. And another great detail: The bard heals by playing short sequences, and it actually uses the instrument you carry at that time, so when you carry a flute, you hear a flute playing when the bard heals. So the healer can alter this according to his mood or the setting/style of the action.

I built an RFID zapper from a disposable camera, but I don't know whether it works. Tested it on a badge and the field wasn't strong enough to fry the circuit. I used it on my shoes, because that's a very problematic area concerning RFID and privacy violation: There are RFID badges in shoes, under the soles! You would have to damage your shoes to get them out. When they're not disabled, you can be tracked. And disabling is a very defined process that can just be reversed. You can re-enable a disabled RFID badge. The antenna of course always works, so you always have a frequency-respondent marker in your clothes. About those mythbusters guys. Apart from everything else, just as one maybe interesting information: They are at least so ignorant that they make fun of free energy technology and made it look stupid. They toyed around with some cheap do-it-yourself stuff and invited a guy from M.I.T. that looks .. well ... not that virtuous. About that exploding-myth-video: I wonder whether that serves to make the implants look nicer. The style of the video is all too familiar ... 'hip lifestyle don't be afraid get your chip'. And the remark in the end sounded like mocking, but am not sure. 'Edu-tainment'. Says it all.

(I hope I didn't already post this here somewhere, but couldn't find it.) After finding another exciting example of how much redundancy/compromising there is in computing, I think it might be interesting to show you some masterpieces of mathematics and programming. They're called Assembler demos. Assembler is the very basis of computer language, so to speak. The first one I found after doing some research when I thought about the texture memory madness in modern games, and that it should be practical to generate landscape textures mathematically. And, boy, did they make a good job! Although here it's more the space saving than the memory saving, but a good example about how the thought-to-be-impossible is possible. The demos use a lot of CPU/GPU power and RAM. BTW there's already a technology in commercial use to generate trees in this way, called SpeedTree. If they didn't already do, maybe it will help in this area to learn from people like Viktor Schauberger about how processes in nature in all sizes can be explained by mathematics, by natural constants. Landscape with music in 4 KB: http://pouet.net/prod.php?which=52938 flashy 64 KB: http://f.denkerhardyg.de/it/bc_phantom_eye_syndrome.exe abstract beauty in 64 KB: http://f.denkerhardyg.de/it/HEAVEN7W.EXE city scenes in 180 KB: http://f.denkerhardyg.de/it/fr-041_debris.exe Should you get a virus warning with one or several of the files, don't worry, it's only because it uses a compression tool that is >also< used by some malware. It is extremely efficient, that's one reason why some of these demos use so little space. Texture compression taken to the maximum.

A Great Website/Forum Called: Why Work! Check it out!

I know. And what rich elitists don't like is that there are too many of them. Or too many people in general. Furthermore, if someone worked hard to get to the top (in a cruel system) and is proud of the achievement, of course that person would become jealous when others make it effortlessly. It's basically agents of fear (low vibe) trying to keep others from becoming agents of love (high vibe). Thesis: People who affirm the current system of fear do this out of fear, and people who reject it do it out of love. Even if sometimes it doesn't look that way at a first glance. -

And another website. Very interesting how you find this idea everywhere. Many of the smaller political parties here in Germany have it in mind. Of course there's massive resistance to such an idea, because the 'game' would no longer be fun for the elitists. Not having to worry about basic life necessities defeats the purpose of the current system. -

So you're karma-mining. Seriously... probably very enlightening. And the texts are short enough that I should find the time to read them. -

Thank you! Could you please upload "Scribbled Voices" in that way, too? -
Initially I simply had the idea of the thread title's joke, but then it grew. I once found out that by mixing a certain peach-flavored ice tea and ginger ale in the right ratio, I could produce a beverage that is virtually tasteless. I mean, even water has a subtle taste, but this stuff didn't even have that, and that's especially crazy considering all the ingredients that are part of the two components. I called it "neutral lemonade" and guess what: the Swiss guys loved it! Now one could sell this beverage in bottles, give it the trademark "Tao" and add the slogan "The Tao that has taste is not the eternal Tao." Addendum: The commercial could go like this: Taoism... an ancient philosophy revolving around the Tao, the naturally undefinable source of all that is, having no attributes, incorporating existence and non-existence and being beyond any understanding. ... NOW AVAILABLE IN BOTTLES!!! Including amongst others: sugar, acid, salt, tea extract, aroma, fruit concentrate ... symbolizing everything that exists in the universe. And you'll never forget the sensation, because it tastes of ... NOTHING!!! You've heard right! How could it be any other way?! The Tao that has taste is not the eternal Tao. ... Now available at your local chinese food store. P.S. (pun scriptum): This is all my owln idea!

I can understand why you really urge everybody to download this. Because it's not free. You have to give a company information (e-mail adress and probably mined data). If you put it on a download site like rapidshare (there are also numerous others), then I'd be happy to download it. -

Found it years ago and really like it! Requires an open mind about what's possible. Of course this would only work when the people partaking are ready for it, but, well, there are already people voicing their demand for political concepts that stop work being mandatory. (like a basic unconditional income for everybody) To say it metaphorically, at some point you realize that most of the energy that people employ in their lives is just lost through friction that generates heat. -
Dear Dr. Hata, while I clearly see a lot of virtue in your writings, I also get a sense that apparently martial arts (almost always) has a powerful ego-boosting effect, or poses a serious competition for the development of humility. You stress your masters as the source, the original, the pure, real thing, and maybe you don't notice so much that you step in a trap there by automatically seeing Max in a strictly traditional hierarchy, because you take your lineage very serious and think in this hierarchical way. I also am a bit confused (after I saw your videos trying to convince people of the amazing art of spirit fighting) that you are so sceptical of the Golden Dragon Body phenomenon. Please look deep inside you and at least consider that while Max might not be valued highest in your ranking system, he probably has superceded traditional Mao Shan in certain aspects (by combining techniques), or to say it in another way, developed in a different direction that has the potential to even amaze you Mao Shan martial arts people, and that this creates a conflict in you due to your (alleged) view I described here. Although you seem to agree that it's about some of Max's students having trouble, you occasionally fall back to cheap shots against Max, a typical sign of inner demons speaking. You should not only invite 'Kunloonies' to learn more about Mao Shan, but you should also do an effort to learn more about Kunlun, for your writings sometimes show that you simply lack some insight into or deeper knowledge of its current state. (Like when you mention Max's fancy clothes. You apparently don't know what Max himself said about the clothes thing.) Tradition has its place in the world, but innovation has, too, for it serves evolution/development, without which humankind would stand still forever. I in parts derive this thesis from history's accounts of even allegedly very enlightened (more likely just very skilled and revered) masters who still show basic fears as motivation for their actions and thinking. We all can only evolve spiritually in steps and can't immediately see all our deepest fears/demons, so we should always practice this awareness. So naturally I think that you still have inner demons (or attachments) to deal with, as has Andrew Lum, as has Patrick Moon, as has Max (that's why he is suffering), and of course certainly I have a whole lot of them, too.

Good video, although clearly the maker takes one of the two 'sides' and thus I'm curious whether he himself is close-minded. Doesn't have to be, but he takes the role of an advocate. He could for example say that blindly believing in what scientists say is gullibility. Also to help watchers not to fall into the trap. The example about the court is a bit naive, actually. Evidence is sometimes hardly considered by a judge, who is easily convinced through personal reasons, because of a lack of integrity. Also, when he mentions "science", he seems to mean the theory or the ideal of the idea, not science like it is practiced as an establishment.

I wondered whether there's an 'alternative' explanation for a phenomenon that I occasionally (maybe once every few months) experienced years ago and now very rarely, or whether it is well known in common medicine: What happens is that in bed - as far as I remember typically in the state between waking and sleep - my whole body (pick a word, am not sure which applies best) winces/cringes/flinches/jerks once, like I was scared or touched something hot or unexpected, you know. Very abrupt, very short. Also powerful, but due to the shortness of it not at all violent or problematic. If I remember correctly, usually there was no mental imagery running when this happened, so not triggered by a vague dream or something.
-
That could use some explanation.
-
RLS seems to be a different thing, because there's an urge for movement. Before a hypnic jerk the body is completely relaxed and fine with it.
-
I guess this would be something to be investigated by someone who can not only see energy, but spirits. Maybe it could then even be seen in a video of a Hypnic jerk.
-
On further pondering, I can at least develop a vague theory about my personal experience: The jerk could very well be a reaction to something that is frightening because it's unknown. Like when you make completely new spiritual experiences (like death experience that scares one shitless) or wake up from a nightmare. And/or maybe the border-nature of this state between waking and sleep doesn't get all things running the way they should, doesn't get all factors in sync, like, just as a theoretical example, when you fall asleep the conscious mind is supposed to be turned off and then right when falling asleep is turned on again for some reason and goes: OMFG! I'm sleeping, but I'm experiencing it! Emergency wakeup! Or ... maybe the body registers (almost too late) a sleeping position that's somehow intolerable for sustaining sleep and jerks to make you adjust your position. Although I can't imagine a specific case for this, considering that it even takes for an arm under your head to become totally numb before you wake up from it. (BTW I wonder how bad it is for the health of your arm when blood flow is blocked so much that it's totally paralyzed.)
-
Through the link, I found it. Apparently the Hypnic jerk. The theories there sound extremely lame. (Who'd have expected otherwise with school medicine?) In my case the jerk is contracting in nature, and it happens shortly after going to bed, no irregularities. And as I said, no mind-based perceptions beforehand. So let's talk about what could cause a hypnic jerk.

Following the thought of what to eat when leading a simple life, I wondered whether there might be some plants that unite many advantages: - multitude of (vital) nutrients - easy to cultivate, grows under difficult conditions - high yield - easy to harvest / perennial - resistent to various harms and any other point that you can think of. Summed up: From the pool of possible food crops -> eliminate all redundancy. When talking about a combination of plants, maybe they can even support each other when cultivated together (soil biochemistry). What would sustain a healthy body while taking very little time?

I wondered whether there's still trouble for healers with the law. I mean... isn't it in many countries necessary to get an authorization for practicing healing? Many people's life was destroyed because interest groups didn't like what they were doing. Or is this no problem as long as healers don't become too known/popular? Do you officially state your profession as a healer and are authorized to practice? And how - if applicable - do you deal with the matter of income tax?
