Probably the easiest to do by yourself is spooning, at least in some regions that are easily reachable. Just take a spoon or fork (edges have to be slightly rounded so this won't injure the skin) and stroke with pressure over muscle areas, on the arms or legs, shoulders, neck. Whatever you can reach. AFAIK when you feel stinging, it means that region needs this treatment a lot. Bruises will occur there quickly. Ideally, rest, drink warm water and don't eat after that. I did this on my arms, and after a few days when the bruises were gone, I did it again and no bruises were forming.

Defeating the Galactic Empire all by herself, Twiley drained her magic quite a lot, so I sped up the recharging process for her with some appropriate music. (Best to read the video description before watching the video. I find myself telling a story lately.)

I can't believe how much I rock. And it's still nothing compared to Twilight Sparkle. As usual, interesting background info can be found in the video description.

I love how the whole symbology turned out. First time using visualizers, and right away I wanted to do something special. The waveform that looks like an electric arc combined with the chiptune's buzzing and humming, the coils flickering and looking like seismographs at the lower end. And the coils have Derpy's color scheme, and the right coil is sending current to the left one, which glows brighter because of that. Creativity was flowing well during that one. I kinda regret a little that I didn't keep the project files, but first time experimenting with new stuff is messy and I like it tidy. Besides, re-uploading to Youtube nullifies all comments and such. There's always a next time.

Haha, another video of that type is already in the making. Pretty much same story. Saw a fun animation, awesome chiptune was playing in the background. Have to combine it. This time perfectly synched though.
