They'll have to face Obama's own army of loyal child soldiers then.

Well, their point is that all those deities/prophets refer to the same root mysticism. Probably the oldest religious belief systems is based on observation of nature - heathen if you will. Every new belief system that wanted to gain influence (which were usually male-dominated - the new breed so to speak) had to respect preexisting beliefs and incorporate them somehow into their system. This is why Christmas, which is regarded as a Christian celebration, ironically contains so much heathen symbolism. The Catholic church tried to weed out those part of paganism that were too much in conflict with their doctrine. Modern ideas of satanism with its goat-rich symbology, blood rituals and nudism and all that, that is Catholic hate-propaganda against nature-religion. Same thing with the witch hunts. The whole thing is a religious rivalry of male vs. female (maybe order vs. chaos applies, too). I mean, come on, the whole point that God is defined as having the male gender is just too obvious. Compare "our Father in heaven" to "Mother Nature". Father commands and rules, mother gives birth and nourishes. Father is up there, mother is down there. (Christianity says down there is hell - another part of hate propaganda.)

Yes, and the brit Steven Fry states these things on TV, and I hope he's just dumbfounded because it's happening right now. I mean... one word: Australia.

One interesting bit I found was (and I'm adding wikipedia info here) that about US detainees - people having been imprisoned for repeated minor stuff that was classified as felony in certain states - fortunately no longer applicable now. But the fact that prisoners are being used as cheap labor and thus the government has a strong interest to create more prisoners, that's tough stuff.

I was wondering: Do blind people perceive psychedelic trips just like anybody else? Do people who were born blind, too? Do the latter have visual dreams? Has the amount of visual experience before someone becomes blind an influence on how much they dream visually? I'm curious about all those connections.

Horrible presentation in so many ways, I don't even know where to start. Messy, muddled, annoying. Opens with the worst poetry I've ever seen, and the creators can't even agree on how their label name is spelled. Audio quality through the whole video is horrible and doesn't match the 128 kb/s AAC of the file. Also, why is there a "HD" label in the corner when it's not even Youtube HD standard? This is a good example for how not to make a convincing video. Had they called themselves "Bushwacko", it would at least be acceptable as a parody. I recommend checking out some of the sources used for this video. They probably present the stuff in a more convincing way, with solid evidence instead of personal sloppy interpretation. Sorry, at some point I started skimming the video because I couldn't bear it anymore. The whole topic of admiralty law is so profoundly relevant and extremely complex that it can't be conveyed in a video like that, unless it's alright to be totally not convinced after watching.

The two opposing philosophies of the 'worldshapers': Eastern merit-based and Western bloodline-based. I think both can be corrupted by their power and thus prefer more power to the people, but I am seeing more wisdom in the Eastern philosophy. It is more in touch with reality.

That sounds like a misinterpretation. As far as I remember, the movie doesn't claim a person like Jesus is reincarnated every 10000 years. It claims that Jesus is an anthropomorphization of the sun, which goes through an annual cycle of 'rebirths' at winter solstice. They also mention the astronomical precession through the zodiac signs which takes roughly 23800 years for a full cycle, roughly 2000 years from one sign to the next. What do you mean by "too much of a coincidence"?

Experiencing it is probably the most useful, because when your mind is confronted with something it cannot possibly comprehend, it leaves no doubt and you stop wanting to understand that stuff. It's an end-of-the-world like scenario - the mind encounters its own limits by getting a glimpse from the beyond. Beyond the attainment of knowledge about truth lies the creation of truth, and that concept can put the mind into an existential crisis. This is healthy, because an overreaching and overcontrolling mind is a common problem, and realizing that can help toning it down.

That statement keeps my mind busy. It's bothering me. There's an apparent original definition of what compassion is - com-passion - having feelings/passion with other people, being emotionally affected by others' emotional state, a kind of connection - having an understanding of their feelings. Closely related to empathy, maybe including acting on it, like a natural consequence. - You know, kinda unnecessary to discuss. Like, if you are in distress, you feel pain. Of course you want to help yourself. Then you learn of someone else being in the same painful situation you are in, and compassion makes you realize that and naturally want to help them, just as you want to help yourself. Now someone puts great emphasis on being skillful in all areas of life and comes up with the statement "Compassion means skillful action." What the hell is going on here? Mincing words? Replacing meanings? Either there's supposed to be a deeper meaning implied and an unwillingness to say it without making cryptic statements, or it's an attempt to feel compassionate about oneself without actually acting compassionate, by replacing one meaning with another one. I consider it mental clarity to be aware of the simple and obvious truth: "Compassion is compassion and skillful action is skillful action." Skillful action is action that leads to reaching a set goal, whatever that goal might be. Unskillfulness means wanting to reach a set goal, and failing. That's totally different from the meaning of compassion - it's neutral towards it.

When a heart attacks, it leaves nothing but bliss in its wake. Better not make it happy! You have been warned.

Standard cudgel that AIPAC and its followers swing. It's among the lamest accusations on earth. Part of Zionist propaganda. Hell, the majority of people don't even know what semites are, thanks to all the disinformation. Most semites are arabs, and those 'Jews' who make up the powerful part of the Israeli government aren't semites, but descendants of Eastern Europeans, Khazars.

Maybe Cryptome was there before its time, you know? Before stuff like this tends to get public attention. Before MANY people actually become aware of websites like that. Could also be that cryptome emphasizes security so much that they avoid publicity more than wikileaks.

Multi-layered logical fallacy here. Your friend TOLD YOU he saw it. It might not be true. Or he saw something that wasn't there. Or he briefly saw someone with special contact lenses.

... we're not in the Ming Dynasty era. What's global warming without ming? .... Global war. ... Sounds about right I'd say.

This is the voter tragedy. Presented with something that sounds completely reasonable, but then the people deciding what applies to the definition have all the power. Why does that thought not even cross people's mind? The poll description was very vague. Seems people like to write blank cheques.

Oh well, I guess since the joke has been made, the thread has served its purpose. After all, forum discussions are fun, no? Ralis, I observed nature recently. I noticed that nights with clear sky coincide with a severe temperature drop from the daytime compared to overcast nights which have much less temperature drop. Clouds are water vapor. A cloud cover is a massively effective heat trap. Also, not having to observe nature, but merely using common sense, I realize that the Earth's ecosystem is not a closed system. Everybody who thinks it is should turn off the sun for a while and see what happens. Two important facts: 1) The sun supplies the ecosystem with heat. 2) Heat escapes into space. Without these principles, an aquarium couldn't work or would be massively more difficult to balance. The aquarium is the half-open ecosystem that gains more self-balancing potential the bigger it gets, and our planet is a freaking big ecosystem. An aquarium usually has lighting and heating, and those would be a pain in the ass if the aquarium wasn't able to release excess heat through its glass container. The fact that there is energy transfer in both directions all the time makes it stable/controllable. Greater temperature differences tend to even out quicker. If you supply a certain heat per hour to an aquarium, you get a certain water temperature. If you supply twice the heat, don't expect to get twice the temperature increase. The aquarium will dissipate more heat to the surrounding air. But this is just of minor relevance compared to the way clouds work.

You say that to ralis, but you're the one who started tuning a joke thread into a clone of the many other global warming threads. You can't really expect to convince believers, so why are you still trying to?

Quite obvious what he says there, nothing eye-opening. I'd comment though that 'the capitalist system' is not dependent on those crises. Capitalism is one thing, a monetary scam is another. The banking system is fraudulent, and through corruption this crime syndicate has become too powerful to just eliminate it. A bit like the mafia in Italy maybe.

Can I get a TL;DR for that one please?

Yeah, just focus on whatever bothers you. They have a certain religious belief, so what? Clearly, as stated in those texts, they want to right a wrong - to go back to their sovereignty. There are many cases of illegal annexation of sovereign territory by the USA, and if it all begins to come back and bite them in the ass, that's karma. You could as well condemn the Iranian Islamic government and ignore all the illegal action of the USA against them. Actually, if someone connects clearly righteous/lawful actions with the will of God, that's not such a bad thing to do. It helps to reassociate morals with ethics.
