Right, anything you can't burn off fast is questionable - Love the sugar in my morning tea, but have it black (or green or red) unsweetened rest of the day. Don't cook with much, either. Excess to be avoided... A lady dietitian back in the 50/60s, Adele Davis, was keen on the different sugar sources for different times of day, she made sense, and still does.
