    Think i over reacted a bit to something when i wrote the op. Was just a certain society gave some kind of attunement without my permission after enquiring about a workshop they were running.     Hi, Go to each point i mention, and using your mind, dissolve the point so its energy drops down.. . its a concept taught by Bruce Frantsiz amongst others... if you can find his book opening the energy gates of your body, then that has a good explanation in.. maybe someone on here has copy they can write the description down from...i don't have one nearby sorry!

    Thanks Cheya, i'll check out those links. I hope it helps your patient, but i'm not a doctor and i don't know if it will help your patient 100% but worth a try! have also found in the past that when meditating and this happens, the best thing is to ignore it, focus on the breath, and when the inner self connection is made with the mind, the neck seems to be then easier to keep still in straight position,.. it's something to do with the calmness of the energy in that case, i think.     I've had EXACTLY the same issue, in fact, the optician sent me to hospital for a check up,, they found nothing. . Someone on here who i am a patient with for Chinese medicine told me to dissolve the crown, then the eyes then then the gates behind the eyes, followed by whole face and drop energy down to dan tian or below.. it works for me.. hopefully it will work for you.. peace

    I'd say from experience that if you tell someone about your realisation straight away, it dilutes the strength of it by a long way. This i'd say is because you haven't had time to live the realisation and consolidate it into your way of life and thus make it knowledge/gnosis, and also there will be an association even if unconscious with the person you shared the realisation with, which can divert the energy of it to your internal sense of that person.     Hi sshubh, I hope YaMu doesn't mind me adding my two cents to your question... it's possible to come into contact with these external entities, but YaMu in his book and teaching gives a good method to be prepared for this, and for it not to affect you. Also remember there is a law of resonance, so if you are taking in higher vibrational energy its likely that if any being came to you, they would be closer to that vibration rather than a lower one. That being said, if someone has a low vibration lifestyle or indulges in low vibration activities, they will attract low vibration entities. If you practice with these around you they will become more noticeable, but you will be prepared and it wont bother you if you take his advice in the teachings, and at a point the light/high vibration energy will drive them away because they are scared of it. YaMu's book explains everything you need to know. I don't speak from solid experience in all that i've said, but it's from what i've read and been told and some experience. The key point is that these beings are always here, it's a question of if we notice them or not, and our vibration having influence on what type of beings are around us.   9. Once about 13 years ago, i felt an extremely strong motivation to meditate in order to show i was sorry for something i had done. It was one of the longer sessions i had during that period, when i had good focus/motivation (not like now!), lasted about 3 hours. Anyway, first of all i saw a nomad in a desert, then deep space and then from this space appeared 3 beings that were seated on buddha like thrones. But they had turbans tilted to the side on. They looked asian to me. One was in the middle and the other two were either side of him slightly behind. They seemed to be alive and after some time i got hit by a bolt of energy that struck me ramrod straight and really woke me up. I dont know who they were, but they had a peaceful sense about them.     Glad you like it Aetherous, i feel the same way. I do feel the method can take us a long long way, it seems the good impulse of the heart that Christ taught us about, is our own personal continuation of the original pulse of existence. If we follow it, i'm confident we'd find the right way for us personally and fulfil our destiny, as well as learning all we needed to know.     Salaam123, i feel for you man, i remember you writing about your worries for the past few years. My feeling is the saying ' where attention goes, energy flows' is important for you. You have a preoccupation that something is wrong, and this has caused your mind to become 'stuck' at the chest level, you are breathing shallowly as a result, and this is causing a negative feedback loop, you associate the shallow breath with the anxiety/worry that is associated with your belief that some thing is wrong with you. My advice, go sit a comfortable non esoteric posture such as sitting cross legged with hand resting calmly on knees, elbows relaxed, and just have relaxed gentle focus on the posture, what you are doing right then and there. You will notice your breath, it may be in your chest, or it may be at you lower abdomen, or it maybe somewhere else. Whatever and wherever it is, just allow it to be and dont worry, your body is very intelligent and knows whats its doing. If you allow it to do its thing without you worrying about it, then anything that may be wrong will re-balance, it will fix itself...... that's a great thought, and also a great truth. Trust your body, and allow it to fix and readjust itself, you will thank your body for it after you have done this for a few days at once or twice a day for no more than 15 mins. Don't worry about what happens, your body knows what its doing, if you have a really good expereince with it, and then the next time it isn't so, your body still knows whats its doing, and it will be the best thing for you. Back to the original topic (sort of ) with humans we have as far as i know the unique capacity to harness one of the elements that other beings don't seem to: FIRE This is interesting to me because fire is seen in some shamanic traditions as the living face of Spirit. It's also connected to Archangel Michael, who is a protector, and we humans have used fire to protect ourselves from predators. As well as misused it by reversing the role. It's also connected to kundalini, the divine fire element within us. That brings another question: Do animals have kundalini energy? Peace

    Hi Mind to Loud, my mind is probably as loud as yours, so take what i say with a pinch of salt mate 1st of all when i said it just occurred to me, i meant i took from the prior discussion that it would be a very effective method, and secondly i'm not experienced enough in self - examination to verify what i said... so apologies if ive given you the wrong impression! Do you have a tradition at all? if you follow christ for example there is already a kind of blueprint of behaviour, in which case Daskalos has this to say: http://www.researchersoftruth.org/teachings/introspection and follows with the exercise: http://www.researchersoftruth.org/practice/daily-introspection There is also a method of whilst lying in bed before going to sleep, you view in your minds eye your day starting from now back to when you got up. Dont judge what happens, just view as honestly as possible. Over the day, weeks, and months you will notice things over and over. Maybe someone else who has done self examination can chime in.. im not the best person to ask. ps, you have trouble meditating.. have you tried counting breaths, 1 to 10 and then back up from 1 again? count on the outbreath and everytime your mind wanders, dont judge yourself or what happened or attach importance to what you were thinking about, just start back at 1 again. See if you can do 10 rounds of 10 first, using beads or your fingers to keep track of how many rounds you have done. Then when you are comfortable with that, try adding 5 rounds at the beginning of the next week until you comfortable again with that and so on. Keep determined but not to the point of tension, be relaxed with it, easier said than done! Someone on here gave me a good exercise to just sit in a chair and see how long you can tolerate the calm- just sit. Do that for a while before you do your thing with meditation, your way or counting breaths and see if that helps you. Sorry i can't be more help with self examination, i shouldn't have written it the way i did. But i know counting breaths helped me in the past get from quite a shitty place to a very tolerable place.     We should stop trying and just be ourselves. Trying is really an attempt to do something, to become something different. Honesty on all levels is required, probably is all that is required, to be honest with oneself and express that honesty fearlessly and honestly. Edit to add that it just occurred to me that the most powerful method is just to examine oneself, ones behaviours, reactions etc in a relaxed way without effort except to stay there for a period of time. Then we will access that deep part of ourselves that is close to tao, and when we are honestly expressing ourselves, it will be from that place. With the state we are in now, we have to do, to come back to naturalness. My take on it anyway

    Animals do cultivate chi, just look at cats and their purring/healing vibrations, that not only effect themselves, but also those around them. But whether they are intending to do it is another matter.... i'd say no, they just do it as part of their naturalness and being-ness, and themselves, as animals....

    Animals just do and just be, what we say they lack in fact is actually our lack, our capacity for self deception, corruption, selfishness and deceiving others. In a way they can be said to be on a higher plane than us, because they are natural, but then with our extra faculties if we were to bring those also into harmony with the Light/Spirit, then we have capacity to be natural on an even higher plane, in other words our extra faculties can take us lower or higher than the ones we call animals. Just my opinion. Slight derail which i apologise for! Peace

  24. Hi Liminal, That's good he is doing ok with it. I was lucky with oanzapine, i had no bad reactons except for weight gain. Someone i know had the reaction you described with olanzapine, he kept on doing a slow jog on the spot with one leg, he couldn't stop. Be careful with ssri's, they can work, but you gotta be careful, took me a very long time to get to grips with seroxat/paxil back in the day, had some wild behaviour at first to say the least. Epsom salt baths replenish sulphate which the pineal gland needs to produce serotonin, and detox heavy metals etc as well as de-calcifi the pineal gland. Thats something to try if you are not already on an ssri. The thing with anti-psychotics is that they dampen down the limbic system which is like the energy source of the circling thoughts. If you take the opportunity to regain control of the mind by meditation and concentration exercises/physical activity, then you can get to a point where you can come off, because you can come out of delusion (as far as deluded thoughts of the mundane variety go). So, it's a great opportunity to build a stronger awareness and come out better off than you were before. Try and get him to volunteer at a park as a gardener if you can, thats always a very good way of getting grounded and focused whilst creating a space of awareness. Cheers
