    Thank you for the replies guys What about leaving through the crown? I SWEAR I heard a "pop!" then I starting seeing multiple bright colors and objects around a person I was experimenting with. What got me was how much it really seemed like an audible "pop" I almost lost my concentration becuase I started giggling. When I finished viewing the woman in this experiment, I leaned back in my chair and took a breath, and felt a heavy mass hit me in the chest - I think that may have been my projected double. - I don't know for sure, but it was cool anyhow!

    Look around for something that vibes with you. I wasn't practicing a system at all when I started showing strong chi, it was all from my own experimentation and meditations. don't let that other BS stop you. There is no "One excersise that is better than any other excersise" it all comes down to what works best for the INDIVIDUAL.

    It sucks, though, since we use different termonology from those who've taught us, or the books we've read. When you guys start talking about alchemy I can see from your posts that it isn't the same thing i'm thinking. Makes some reading completely irrelevant. Rarrgh! I bet Sinfest's legs are crazy strong from horssstance. Sinfest, Do you think horsestance also helps strengthen your lower back? Thanks.

    Sure, but you want to also provide methods to fix that. Funnily enough, my last chi kung class came with several self help methods and links to relevant material online to helpheal emotions and issues since the chi kung brings them up. Sum peeple tink a-head. Lol. So I totally agree with you. I have a range of issues that im transmutting myself.

  11. Had planned to attend a different workshop but couldn't, my jeep needs expensive repairs, so I understand the frustration of not being able to attend an awesome seminar. I suggest stepping up your own practice and seeing who is willing to practice online on MSN or Skype. Right now im looking for even more online partners! Don't Stress The Cash!

  15. What do you dislike about yourself?

    I'm currently overweight 6'2" 216Lbs. For the past two weeks i've been working out hardcore, I have a goal to lose 51 lbs, 10 lbs a month. I'm doing "Foundations" Lifting, and cardio everyweek, excersising 5-6 times a week. Also, my mind attacks itself. It will simply come up with an angry, or very sad scenerio, and I start to feel the emotions, even though these scenerio's can be ridiculous. I meditate and do Qi Gong(KAP1), and do the Secret Smile, but my new excersise schedule has me exhuasted so i've missed a few days of meditation and qigong becuase I go to bed and sleep to my next morning, normally asleep by 8PM awake by 0415AM. I don't know how to stop my mind from attempting to make me feel negetive. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas. These scenerios are totally made up - Example: I can be driving down the road, and my mind superimposes me crashing, then my family mourning. I then feel sad.

    Sounds like a badass - I hope i'm still climbing mountains in my 90s! Strange though, I thought it was chi development that helped with physical tasks like that, she must have just been very physically fit.

    SFjane did heal herself with the water method, she even wrote a book on it. may be worth the read - or you could just start B Frant's water methods and see what happens.
