Seth Ananda please teach me about kundalini
Mokona replied to RongzomFan's topic in General Discussion
I've heard that until an internal source of chi develops through seated meditation and belly breath not much happens with some other techniques, would anyone care to comment? I don't know for sure either way - i'm a beginner who hasen't noticed any chi being built internally yet and can't say.. -
The way i can tell - i ask a spirit to prove itself to another person. Pinches are the best, when they jump or suddenly go "ouch!"

Objectivity can be a b!tc. Consider changing your perspective. Answers from wihin so often are colored by our upbringing and work/home enviroment. I'm not disrespecting your view, i just wanted to let you know the the love and happiness thing works; even across dimensions to connect all our lives and timelines. Well, thats ny trippy exerience anyway. At least i see that the boh of us want things* to improve. Just go about it differently. I like to do volunteer work. Habitat for Humanity and he last thing was a christmas party for deaf children. Just do alittle. It helps alot. -
It can calcify? That ruins my night. I was really hoping to get a feel for all of my energy centers at some point during chi kung or when i finally have a kundalini awakening...

Fun conversation from www.gnostic-community.org
Mokona replied to John Zen's topic in General Discussion
-K-, I will always be in debt to a certain female practicioner for the help given to me and the actual fun we achieved through sexual energy practices. I also learned more about what is 'possible' through direct experience with her. I'm also glad others work this way too. -

Shen Chi Jing, I'm not following your posts. Is masturbation supposed to be unhealthy or sinful, in your point of view? Also, In your spiriual system, what does masturbation prevent a person from doing/attaining? My own experience has been the opposite of unhealthy and i don't feel sinful for masturbating. Do you have to be taught how to feel guilt for wanting to masturbate or have an alcoholic drink? The best spiritual and psychic experiences i've ever had have been sexual in nature - and opened up into love and full bodied bliss. In no way has this made meditation or chi kung practice more difficult for me. Please clarify what 'sin' means to you and why it is 'bad.' My only contact with Christianity has been through fliers handed to me or door to door Mormans and Jehovas Witness. It is starting to seem to me that it is so simple to leave out religion in chi kung and meditation. -
Twinner, A fairly adept friend of mine works mainly wih vibration - IMO being sensitive to energy opens many more possibilities to a practictioner of any art. He uses vibration to project, his felt sense while projected translates into information and sometimes visual imagery. Good luck with what you do. I have a question for you: do you work distantly at all?

Bump - love reading this thread. Post healings! Very cool stuff. -
I've been practicing rooting and grounding from a great fellow who answered a request for more information on the subject. I've been using his stance, stay relaxed and watch six different points(and smile) the 'golden triangle' not leaning too far forward or back, so the weight of the body drops through the center of the foot at the bubbling springs. pelvis tucked in 'qua' open - probably a misspelling back straight and suspended crown pulled upwards as if pulled by a string. jaw relaxed, tongue up shoulders down and relaxed (with armpits a bit open) and hands turned slightly outwards. Then breathing into the Dan Tien, relaxing and keeping the positive emotions running.

I respectfully request more personal experience be shared in this thread. I would be interested if Kali Yuga's method is the only method that has been used by the people of the forum that has "worked" beyond doubt. -

My personal experienced confirmed for me life after death, but it matters to me in an abstract fashion, as energy work and meditation allow me to experience that "other" side to things and enjoy benefits for this side too.

I met one guy with amazing skill and experience but no one on the forum he visited would take seriously the stuff he spoke about, he eventually became frustrated and left the internet scene. I'm glad I found him before he did.
