  1. When someone says: "spiritual cultivation" are they talking about an intellectual understanding or opening and strengthening energy centers? maybe developing awareness of chi and spirits? I have no idea here.. Help me out.. thx.
  2. Reiki

Oh Seth! My spirit guide did the second one, she spoke through me, it was a riot! A fun night.
  3. ...

Mixing drugs with what practice? Dance?
  4. Empty Force

Why wouldn't you want to laugh?
  5. Empty Force

Can you share first hand experience of chi cultivation that lead to a student's health becoming unstable? I'm curious becuase i've yet to hear of any first hand accounts, but hear often that it "happens all the time." "Many things can go wrong." "Watch your ass."
  6. This Video Just Punched Me in the Face

He must use Proactive. He said nothing. Lucky, What exactly is he talking about?
  7. More cardio might help? No expert here, but my G/f's hands are always very cold unless she is about and moving around; they then warm right up. Look into P90X or Insanity. Maybe start running. If these suggestions don't work for you try for meditation and the relaxation response. My body tends to heat up during meditation sessions.
  8. Misread due to speed reading. I was being sarcastic, thought you were blaming pork eaters for murder. I apologize, but am not sorry! lol.
  9. strong energy cultivation

Whenever you passionately practice something for a long time you get results. How hard is that? You can develop chi from just sitting and practicing chi breathing and relaxation response. I'm no John Chang but it worked for me. Boom.
  10. I eat pork, and have never killed anyone. What the F is wrong with me, then?
  11. The importance of the heart

It just depends on your goals, dawg. Of course different centers have different effects. Hey! Just practice and practice and practice.
  12. Past lives

GP - That was cool, thanks. my Girlfriend has been having Deja Vu almost everyday we've been togther since we started dating. Maybe i'll pay more attention to those moments. Even happend at work the other day with a coworker. Hey if it's fun its fun I say. (I say this is fun!) I've been told there is a past life connection with my spirit guide, but my skills suck - I need more practice going inward and sensing my energy and subtle things before i'll be able to verify. (But my SG is so sweet anyway) Ever see a very practical use for learning a past life? Such as learning a skill that past life knew simply by channeling it or something?
  13. Past lives

It's cool though, can you explain how it works for you? Lets just conversate about benefits rather than knock it!
  14. Past lives

I'm just asking where the past life discussion went. Christian morals are BS anyway. Did you just question a T-rex? your the first to have been eaten! :-P
  15. Activating Kunlun Energy Without the Posture

The connection sounds right to me, when practicing tummo a few years back that area always seemed to bliss out when the energy circulated back up, or sometimes even drawing energy through that area caused bliss on its own.
  16. Past lives

What the hell are you guys talking about? What happened to the past lives discussion? DON'T YOU SEE THE T-REX COMING IN MY AVATAR? RUN FOR YOUR F`N LIVES!
  17. Don't you worry Adept, I just kicked his ass. Forum win! WINNING!
  18. I need to powder my B-slappin hand.. Here we go - *POOF* http://www.westonaprice.org/traditional-diets/guts-and-grease The diets of the American Indians varied with the locality and climate but all were based on animal foods of every type and description, not only large game like deer, buffalo, wild sheep and goat, antelope, moose, elk, caribou, bear and peccary, but also small animals such as beaver, rabbit, squirrel, skunk, muskrat and raccoon; reptiles including snakes, lizards, turtles, and alligators; fish and shellfish; wild birds including ducks and geese; sea mammals (for Indians living in coastal areas); insects including locust, spiders and lice; and dogs. Price interviewed the beloved Dr. Romig in Alaska who stated "that in his thirty-six years of contact with these people he had never seen a case of malignant disease among the truly primitive Eskimos and Indians, although it frequently occurs when they become modernized. He found, similarly, that the acute surgical problems requiring operation on internal organs, such as the gall bladder, kidney, stomach and appendix, do not tend to occur among the primitives but are very common problems among the modernized Eskimos and Indians. Growing out of his experience in which he had seen large numbers of the modernized Eskimos and Indians attacked with tuberculosis, which tended to be progressive and ultimately fatal as long as the patients stayed under modernized living conditions, he now sends them back when possible to primitive conditions and to a primitive diet, under which the death rate is very much lower than under modernized conditions. Indeed, he reported that a great majority of the afflicted recover under the primitive type of living and nutrition."6
  19. Do you guys like Awolnation? Wait, one more thing: B!tch SLAP - The Maya recorded time in a series of cycles, including 400-year chunks called baktuns. It's these baktuns that have led to rumors of an end-of-the-world catastrophe on Dec. 21, 2012 — on that date, a cycle of 13 baktuns will be complete. But the idea that this means the end of the world is a misconception, Stuart said. In fact, Maya experts have known for a long time that the calendar doesn't end after the 13th baktun. It simply begins a new cycle. And the calendar encompasses much larger units than the baktun. "There were 24 units of time they actually could have incorporated into their calendar," Stuart said. "Here, we're only seeing five units and they're still really big." In one column, the ancient scribe even worked out a cycle of time recording 17 baktuns, the researchers found. In another spot, someone etched a "ring number" into the wall. These notations were used to record time in a previous cycle, thousands of years into the past. The calendar also appears to note the cycles of Mars and Venus, the researchers said. Symbols of gods head the top of each lunar cycle, suggesting that each cycle had its own patron deity. "There was a lot more to the Maya calendar than just 13 baktuns," Stuart said. http://news.yahoo.com/nevermind-apocalypse-earliest-mayan-calendar-found-180438279.html Don't be sad. Jehova's Witness have to change their apocalyspe date all the time, too.
  20. I've never had a chance to experience the spontaneous movements, sounds cool though.
  21. Activating Kunlun Energy Without the Posture

During Kunlun, do you focus on the internal sensations or the feeling of chi between the hands? I don't practice, i'm just curious.
  22. I actually found the movements awkward, my buddy Chris loves it though. I prefer chi cultivation when I think of a teacher, as opposed to a philospher. Not knocking anyone in particular, just that the exciting stuff is in the energy. Or sometimes in the moving of conciousness. It's so much fun! Ah! I can't stand it, I want to practice. Wish I was off work already.
  23. I'd suggest adding more information. EX: I give my dog 5 stars becuase he taught me Tummo, and it was free. I now practice every day and entertain the inner heat and bliss with no effort whatsoever. Or if you just gave your dog 5 stars becuase you like to pet his little white paws.. Then well....
