"Feeding your chakras" food list.
DalTheJigsaw123 replied to Encephalon's topic in General Discussion
Great list! I should adapt most of it to my diet. However, I simply eat everything, but in smaller amounts and in moderation. I also eat meat a few times a week. -

Very good post. I have some experience in this department. I used to be heavily influence by Hip-Hop. I would listen to it nonstop. However, soon it became a burden. Most of what I was listening too, was negative. Most of the lyrics in Hip-Hop community are negative. I then started listening to more electronic, meditation and classical music. I been noticing a difference in the way I approach live and how I communicate with my girlfriend. I do believe that music is definitely a powerful tool. You can use it in any form. If you know what you are specifically going for, it could benefit you.

I do enjoy Paulp Coelho. I also enjoy Charles Bukowski for the simplicity and the complexity of his writing. Jack Kerouac is also a favorite of mine. -
No need to rename the forum. Just post more Tao topics. I have been trying to do just that. Maybe get another category where we can put Buddhism? Instead of combining all the topics together?

What about white tea? Everyone speaks off black and green tea. I usually, drink green tea, but sometimes change it up and drink black. However, I have never tried white tea, but heard it was better than black or green tea.

Definitely interesting.

What an amazing video. I saw this video a few years ago, it has truly changed my life. Thank you for posting this.

Usually, 6 1/2 hours or so. Sometimes 7 if needed.

Never was a fan of coffee! But I do drink a lot of tea. I would say 3 or 4 cups daily. Usually, green tea.

Wow, what an amazing review! Thank you so much. Yea, articles are just for me, I simply put them together for others who are interested on a path of some sort or see me and go, "wow!" I am on the same path as he. But, yea>.. Poetry/Short Stories and Novels are my main source of focus right now. As with that I can work at it in an Abstract way. The articles are more of journaling and for myself. Seeing how I am progressing:) Thank you so much once again! -
I'm sorry for not paying attention, but what is the link? Or where is it? On the main page on top? I cannot buy the book, you think I could download it or find it in the library?

I Want To Learn Everything About Qi Gong! (Where Do I Start?)
DalTheJigsaw123 posted a topic in General Discussion
Hello, it is I again! I have so many questions; I hope you all do not mind. I believe I have found a practice I would like to pursue. I want to start practicing Qi Gong with a combination of meditation. I would like to know more about Qi Gong. Resources, Books, Thoughts and Opinions on Qi Gong? I will be looking for a teacher for now; to learn the basics. I do not have much money though, so I might begin with YouTube/Google Videos and then see if I can find someone to give me the basics; maybe a few lessons? I have been watching YouTube videos all day on Qi Gong and I find it amazing. I can practice it every day. 1. How long does one need to practice if practiced daily? 2. Is there a particular diet involved when practicing Qi Gong? 3. Should I start with meditation first? 4. Can it be used as martial arts like Tai Chi? 5. Morning/Evenings/Nights 6. Can it be done evenings and nights for now and then later on mornings? 7. How do you know if you are doing it right, if one is doing it by self-teaching? Thank you all again! Forgive for all of the questions. Not sure who else to talk too. -
