It's just not possible in regards to mo pai, it would have to be a private forum where it could be heavily moderated to prevent the ***hats from destroying any hope of actual discussion about it. Other than stopping all mo pai discussion on the board altogether I am not sure there is much choice. To be honest if someone comes up and says Mo Pai uses microcosmic orbits, can be done ungrounded and does not utilize a deep state of trance, I am going to tell them they are absolutely wrong and don't know what they are talking about. They aren't going to like that and a flame war will start. There just isn't any way around it, short of having a private community where the ***hats can get booted.

I say just sweep them into the pit and be done with it. There is no hope of any mo pai discussion being civilized around here.

Just curious as to why SonOfTheGods and lots of low post noobs are resurrecting every single mo pai thread ever on thetaobums all at once. Is there some particular reason for this?

Proposal: Create a "controversial topics" subforum and sweep any mo pai threads in there, and have it set up so that it doesn't show on "view new content". I think the main complaint from everyone else is that mo pai is in their face nonstop. I think it would cut down on the trolls when they know the arguments they cause won't be as popular.

I actually think that is a great idea for a sub forum in the pit for neikung to keep it out of the public eye here. Most people here have a real sour grapes mentality about it and don't want it in their face all the time. Perhaps in the pit it would be less of a distraction for... well whatever it is they do.

They should just rename the pit: "The Pit and Nei Kung Discussion."

Sure we could. We'd need unlimited energy and unlimited intelligence, both of which are in our grasp, but we spend more on duck dynasty merchandise and bush beer than we ever would to fund their development.

I think all things magickal are absolute BS, and the only power they have is to lighten your wallet and your brain. Immortality, the only school I know that leads to that is mo pai, but only level 2a is known to the west and level 30 is required as a minimum for that goal. That doesn't mean you shouldn't pursue it if your heart is set on it however.

I have absolutely zero ability to work with or even feel chi, unless in a profoundly deep state of trance. Assuming that others who claim to easily feel, work with and project chi, are actually telling the truth and not self deluded, then I am way below average level in ability. Any abilities I've ever experienced have only manifested during the deepest depths of trance and I have no ability to instantly enter this state, and it takes sometimes 5-10 hours or more even to really get into the zone for me. So no I am probably not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to being gifted with natural talent.
