  1. Bias against New Age

Sure there are tons of nuggets of wisdom and great philosophies to be found everywhere. Is the point of our lives to keep ourselves entertained with collecting new nuggets of wisdom till we die however? Or is there something fundamentally wrong about the situation we find ourselves in? If you reflect on it and come to the conclusion you are not happy about the situation you are in, then you have to actually find some method to change the situation you are in. This method has to actually do something as well, it can't be just more newage gobbledygook. For many people this isn't a concern as they make up stories to help divorce themselves from the reality of the situation. The biggest problem I have with all this, if I believe x, then y occurs is the magical thinking. What you believe doesn't matter to reality. You can believe you can jump from a plane at 75,000 feet without a parachute hit the ground feet first and walk away, no amount of belief has anything to do with reality however. I meet many newagers who believe, ooh "if I just charge my crystals in spring water under the new goddess moon", or "if I just recite this spell" or "draw this sigil or seal", and "chant this incantation", or "brew this potion", or "do this ritual", or whatever then "I will be able to change reality in some meaningful way". That is just make believe newage magical thinking. Reality doesn't work like that, never has and never will. The real masters who actually get real results don't believe anything about the situation, they just observe what is. They spend their lives in meditation to store, extract, and fuse together real and tangible energies in the environment. This is more akin to science and technology, than it is a belief system. The results they get are obvious and not founded in belief or faith. Newage is about believing things, I don't like newage because I want hands on practices grounded in reality, that actually do something, a spiritual science and technology with no faith required.

Ending rebirth is the end goal of true schools of neigong.

  6. Nei Kung?

Real nei kung is about the fusion of both yin and yang energy, and utilize profoundly deep states of meditation to do so. There are 10 or less such schools remaining in existence on earth, mo pai is one of them. Everything else is a yang only system. I don't care who tells you different. Neikung/neigong have become popular marketing buzzwords with the insane popularity of mo pai, you can expect a monthly neigong magazine, and neigong flavored Ben & Jerry's ice cream to be out on the market soon. Everything is called neigong now, yet worldwide there are 10 or less schools that represent valid paths to fuse yin and yang energy which is the point of true neigong.
  7. Bias against New Age

Imagine this hypothetical scenario: Imagine how absolutely infuriating that would be, to find yourself in scenario like that. This is why I hate newagers, occultists, and other such silly people. They chase methods that don't do anything, and because of their overwhelming numbers they make it impossible for those who pursue a real path to be taken seriously, via guilt by association. They also drown out the legitimate methods that do actually get real results in an ocean of disinformation and bs, preventing new generations from finding anything real or meaningful. The whole situation makes me retch.
  8. John Changs 1st Westener Student

[email protected] is his email. I am unsure if you will get a reply from him, he's very ill. Some ***holes leaked his private emails on torrent sites and all over the internet, leaked his book as well. Between this disrespect and his illness I would say he has probably had enough of the BS that goes along with trying to help people. I haven't had much lucking finding others like myself, most of the western people who seem drawn to this more often than not turn out to be the worst sort of newage, ADHD, DBZ, roleplaying ***hats imaginable.

  13. Evaluate my financial plan/ future

Amy Lee I think is one of the most attractive women (to me) that I know of.
  14. Evaluate my financial plan/ future

Just for the record I think holly sonders isn't very attractive at all. I am sure it's possible to land a mentally stable, down to earth girl, she might not be a super model but finding a good person is more important I think than finding a good looking person. Finding someone who shares my dreams, goals, interests, in life is much more important than being with some bombshell.
  15. Evaluate my financial plan/ future

    Maybe...
  16. Evaluate my financial plan/ future

Is it really so hard to imagine thinking someone is hot physically, but a shallow ***** with an obnoxious, selfish, and entitled personality. It's an odd combination to be physically attracted to someone, yet simultaneously repulsed by their personality but that's how it is for me.
  17. Evaluate my financial plan/ future

I'm not any more, and that is why I am alone.
  18. Evaluate my financial plan/ future

I know man, but I can dream can't I? I imagine that somewhere out there is woman who shares my dreams, passions, interests, etc., someone I would really connect with on a soul level, who didn't have any sort of mental problems or personality disorder, who was good in the bed and had a high libido, who didn't want children ever, who worked together with me financially instead of expecting me to support her, who pursued my dreams with me as they were her dreams too, someone that worked together as a team towards a common goal. That's my idea of love.
  19. Evaluate my financial plan/ future

If I wanted to support someone so I could get sex I'd hire a prostitute. I've been trying to find someone I could at least be friends with on some level, and have good chemistry in the bedroom, and who wasn't a bipolar, with some personality disorder or something. Seems like trying to win the lottery however.
  20. Evaluate my financial plan/ future

99.9% of the women I've dated have been really awful people, most who just want a free ride. I've dated people who were wrong for me because they were good in bed, but it makes me feel really hollow inside to fake a relationship with a really fake person. I am just tired of playing that game of pretending to like someone I really don't like at all just to get sex. It feels wrong on many levels. I've never dated someone I thought was a good person, and that is what I think is most important. Beauty fades but being a succubus, drama queen lasts forever. That's why I recommend valuing finding a good person over a good looking person.
  21. More Pie Guy's Tips On Saving Money

Who doesn't like saving money? I can't see why any of these things would make you depressed. Also I dress nice, expensive button up shirts, nice khakis, nice shoes etc. I pay a fraction of a percent of what these clothes cost new. My car is laughable but it's mechanically sound, if having a good looking car is your priority you should rethink your priorities. Who exactly are you wanting to impress and why? Girls? Any girl who is attracted to you because you have a nice car is a gold digger bro, and not the sort of girl you want a long term relationship with. The point of being alive for me is to break free of rebirth before I die. I still splurge on eating out, or a good massage, or some other form of entertainment every once in a while. It's nice to be financially solvent and debt free, and living below your means. Life is awesome when it's simple.
  22. Evaluate my financial plan/ future

So far I've never met a right person.
  23. Evaluate my financial plan/ future

I would rather be alone than with the wrong person though. I can't explain how empty it feels to be with someone you cannot relate to on any level.
  24. Evaluate my financial plan/ future

As long as you are friends with yourself then I'd say no. I have some good friends I actually care about, a few I've met here on this forum. Ultimately you have to care about and look after yourself, if you can't be your own friend then you can't expect anyone else to be either. Right now I am single and have no plans to date anyone romantically in the future. Relationships require a large investment in terms of emotional, and psychic/spiritual energy. Relationships are also very financially draining, and have usually no or very low return on investment(for me at least). I've got a few girls who call me every now and then for some company but mostly I keep to myself. I don't want to get romantically involved with anyone unless they share a carbon copy of my psyche, and we are on the same frequency and wavelength in all respects. Finding someone like myself might make the sacrifices worth it, but not something I am actively seeking.
