    Perhaps our definition of enlightenment is a bit different. The world I envision is where we all realize we are all one being, like cells in a body. Where we all know beyond any shadow of a doubt that all life on earth is one organism in which we play the exact same role that the cells in our bodies do. We would come together like neurons in a brain to contribute to a world where nothing was beyond our power. We would become immortal and god like, and colonize the universe, and unlock every secret.

    1-8. Yup, but only if it applied to future generations too. 9. Yup, so long as it could support some of humanity till it recovered and this enlightenment thing applied to future generations. 10. Yup, assuming that there was another planet all of humanity etc could migrate before I blew it up.

Get an introvert talking about something they are interested in, and they won’t shut up for days. Myth #2 – Introverts are shy. Shyness has nothing to do with being an Introvert. Introverts are not necessarily afraid of people. What they need is a reason to interact. They don’t interact for the sake of interacting. If you want to talk to an Introvert, just start talking. Don’t worry about being polite. Myth #3 – Introverts are rude. Introverts often don’t see a reason for beating around the bush with social pleasantries. They want everyone to just be real and honest. Unfortunately, this is not acceptable in most settings, so Introverts can feel a lot of pressure to fit in, which they find exhausting. Myth #4 – Introverts don’t like people. On the contrary, Introverts intensely value the few friends they have. They can count their close friends on one hand. If you are lucky enough for an introvert to consider you a friend, you probably have a loyal ally for life. Once you have earned their respect as being a person of substance, you’re in. Myth #5 – Introverts don’t like to go out in public. Nonsense. Introverts just don’t like to go out in public FOR AS LONG. They also like to avoid the complications that are involved in public activities. They take in data and experiences very quickly, and as a result, don’t need to be there for long to “get it.” They’re ready to go home, recharge, and process it all. In fact, recharging is absolutely crucial for Introverts. Myth #6 – Introverts always want to be alone. Introverts are perfectly comfortable with their own thoughts. They think a lot. They daydream. They like to have problems to work on, puzzles to solve. But they can also get incredibly lonely if they don’t have anyone to share their discoveries with. They crave an authentic and sincere connection with ONE PERSON at a time. Myth #7 – Introverts are weird. Introverts are often individualists. They don’t follow the crowd. They’d prefer to be valued for their novel ways of living. They think for themselves and because of that, they often challenge the norm. They don’t make most decisions based on what is popular or trendy. Myth #8 – Introverts are aloof nerds. Introverts are people who primarily look inward, paying close attention to their thoughts and emotions. It’s not that they are incapable of paying attention to what is going on around them, it’s just that their inner world is much more stimulating and rewarding to them. Myth #9 – Introverts don’t know how to relax and have fun. Introverts typically relax at home or in nature, not in busy public places. Introverts are not thrill seekers and adrenaline junkies. If there is too much talking and noise going on, they shut down. Their brains are too sensitive to the neurotransmitter called Dopamine. Introverts and Extroverts have different dominant neuro-pathways. Just look it up. Myth #10 – Introverts can fix themselves and become Extroverts. A world without Introverts would be a world with few scientists, musicians, artists, poets, filmmakers, doctors, mathematicians, writers, and philosophers. That being said, there are still plenty of techniques an Extrovert can learn in order to interact with Introverts. (Yes, I reversed these two terms on purpose to show you how biased our society is.) Introverts cannot “fix themselves” and deserve respect for their natural temperament and contributions to the human race. In fact, one study (Silverman, 1986) showed that the percentage of Introverts increases with IQ.

    Feeling heat and vibration is not 100% certain to guarantee a full LDT, only JC can tell for sure. I would rather be safe than sorry so I will continue till I have gotten 4000 hours per dan tien, and there are three total. Wang Liping (Longmen Pai) told us the order in which they should be filled is lower, upper, middle. It is my understanding that the actual compression is done in meditation level 2b, and level 2a is a supplementary exercise.

    I've gotten heat like molten lava, physically painful, full body vibrations like earthquakes during meditation, and during normal activities, and clear vision of the room I am meditating in while blindfolded. I plan on continuing till I have accumulated 4000 hours in my log book to make absolutely sure that my LDT is full. I also plan on filling the other 2 dan tiens as well.

    You must be both awake and asleep, and neither awake nor asleep. In between both, and neither. A state where you no longer experience the outside world, nor your own existence, yet neither do you feel as though you cease to exist. If you cannot maintain that state you aren't where you need to be for this type of meditation. It also involves a huge reduction in oxygen metabolism, heart rate, etc. You would be pronounced clinically dead. You must also be grounded to the earth during meditation. There is also more to it, but it's not something I can comment on.

    Many people understand meditation to be "just this one thing". There are thousands of meditations, thousands of different states, not all do the same thing. Saying: "I meditate" doesn't tell us a whole lot about what you actually do. The state of consciousness and form of meditation JC talks about isn't widely known or taught. When you reach the state he describes and can maintain it; your ability to perceive, feel, and work with energy is increased many thousand fold compared what is possible in normal waking consciousness. Many people believe: "Oh I can feel chi strongly now and I don't have to be in a deep state of meditation", no you can't you are just deluding yourself, it isn't even in the same ballpark. Yes it is very basic, but what you are doing is a very basic and repetitive task in the optimal state to do it in. Imagine your goal was to fill an empty swimming pool with water, would you rather carry the water by hand with no tools at all, or would you rather use a cart you could fill with 5 gallon buckets? Lot's of people get into this mindset of: "this isn't an advanced technique, I want to learn the advanced stuff." Well you have to have chi before you can do anything with it, an advanced technique will not do anything at all if you do not have any chi stored away. This isn't magick where you cast a spell or perform a ritual, this is where you spend thousands of hours to extract real energy from the world and store it inside yourself for later use. It takes thousands of hours to fully fill your LDT unless you are an absolute master of meditation and focus.

  20. 9 to 5, Escaping the Rat Race

    The most plausible way to escape the rat race, is to get a bunch of other people to run the rat race for you, and pay them slightly less than they are worth so you can live off the fruits of their labor. That or win the lottery. Some jobs allow lots of free time at work, where you can goof off, I am studying for one of those jobs.

    Exactly what he says, you will not believe it until you experience it for yourself in the deepest states of meditation. I frequently challenge skeptics to GO and SEE for themselves. You will not be able to remain a skeptic for long when you see and experience things first hand.
