I did not give out mo pai instruction, but instead quoted from other teachers methods to correctly meditate to fill the lower dan tien. One thing I forgot to mention is that while zinc pyrithione and nizoral work in a similar manner they each have pro's and cons. Zinc pyrithione causes hair to become thinner, but it is much much much cheaper than nizoral. Nizoral is much more expensive but doesn't seem to cause the hair diameter to shrink. Both seem to have a marginal effect in preventing actual hair loss though.

If you can pull it off you are a genius that can do what it took thousands upon thousands of researchers dedicating and dying as a direct result of their experiments to create and refine into a system so powerful it is beyond human comprehension. Maybe me being skeptical, cynical and jaded is misguided, but I can't help but look around and see all the millions of newagers and occult practitioners doing exactly what you are doing, and I can't help but see what results they get with it. I wish you the best, and I hope with every fiber of my being that you figure out a way to make it happen, and you rub it in my face like dog **** when you reach level 72, no sarcasm.

Edit: Sorry I missed your sarcasm, I thought you were being serious, my bad. Yes most of the LMP methods I learned were what I would label qigong, but that doesn't mean there was no valid methods being taught either.
