I don't think you'll find any teachers in your area, most likely you'll have to learn from books and dvds or travel to them. My advice is spend some time figuring out what it is you want from your practice, otherwise you'll just be a spiritual impulse shopper for the rest of your life. If you want to call it kinetic power waves I won't argue with you I don't care what name you attach to it. It does power LEDs and multimeters though, and shocks the **** out of people. If kinetic power waves do that, then it's kinetic powers waves I guess.

One is a mental realization, the other is a physical transformation. It's like asking if bench pressing 400lbs means you have a PhD. in physics. I am sure you could be both, but being one has nothing to do with the other.

Enlightenment as I understand it maintaining a state of nondual awareness till your death. It has nothing to do with ending rebirth, or immortality. You could live in a state of nonduality, and you'll still die like a dog and be reborn like the rest of us. I think perhaps it might be possible to reach a state of Taoist immortality and become an immortal spirit, perhaps it would also be possible to retain a non-dual state of awareness too, but the two have nothing to do with one another. You can be just one without the other.

Your ego has to die to become enlightened, enlightenment is not equal to immortality or liberation from rebirth.

The first step should always be to define your goal. The second step should be to find teachers that have accomplished your goal, and learn from them. The third step should be to ignore the advice and teachings of everyone else who hasn't accomplished your goal.
