Just to let you know, those books you listed, nor others by the same author, nor any other author of anything about the six yogas of naropa contain any actual training information. If you disagree list page numbers and book titles.

The guy burned me for a good bit, never sent me anything, never issued a refund, gave bogus excuses to try to make me feel sorry for him, was in a car crash, lost his job, aunt Bertha is dying, yada yada... Nothing has changed, still the same con man.

Correction, he made up a bunch of crap and calls it levels 1-5 lol. It looks as though levels 1, and 2a have been leaked online, nothing more than that is available anywhere that I am aware of.

I am just curious how you figured out the secrets of the mo pai school past 2a with no instruction, assuming you figured out up to 4 with guesswork, then you made it to level 10 when no one knows what anything past level 4 entails in theory even? You are able to live a normal lifestyle and blow through training with no teacher or even a valid theory of anything higher than level 4. Yeah sorry dude you sound just like someone else I know who runs a mo pai forum giving people fake instruction.

Naziri, Does Lin have a copy of the mo pai manual, and can he offer instruction past 2a, if so how far can he take a student? Also not to be disrespectful to you, but how exactly did you meet Lin, and how do you know he is who he claims to be?

walking barefoot outside is good also relaxing in the shower and feeling (not visualizing) this energy draining away with the water will help as well, a large protein meal also is grounding as is sleep.

My advice, stay away from benzodiazepines, caffeine, alcohol and pretty much every other drug. Eat a large protein meal, if you are vegetarian make eggs and cheese. Take a lukewarm shower and feel this excess energy draining, do this till the water becomes too cold for you. Make a cup of chamomile tea. Do basic emptiness mediation, and get a good nights rest. Don't do anything too stimulating.

That's a good observation. There are many types of love. I love my friends and family in a platonic sense. What I am saying is that if I can't find my soulmate, someone who shares my dreams then I want to be alone.

I love my family very much, and I love my friends very much. If I could I would love to meet a woman who shares my dreams and fall in love with her. I do not think such a woman exists on earth however. So all this interest in fusing the yin and yang minds/spirits is about preventing reincarnation. Stopping rebirth is the end goal.
