perhaps mountain pose, just standing upright with feet closer together than in horse stance/wu chi
-

Cool! The one on the mudras, that will come out, should be awesome. I seen a cool mudra on one part of the site: just cupping the hands like you were to drink water. Anyone, let us know if you get into any of those book!? As for the second site, yeah that looked very questionable. The other one did have interesting titles, but didnt float my boat--a book on chinese money secrets? how to marry into money, start a secret society of money...the one on military prophecy was real funny in that it talks about how we will live under water! hahaha

Both for a Taoist Summit in CO. http://www.wudangtao.com/seminar/calendar....=2006&myMonth=4 And a partnership with the capital of Texas at Austin. http://www.healingtaoinstitute.com/ WOW! Jampa just posted a 4 minute video of the monks, to the second URL listed above.

So about how much does that cost per serving (day?)?

Keynote Speaker is Ken Cohen, there will be hundred of Qigong Pros and many masters giving teachings all weekend. After, Ken Cohen is teaching a week course on Wu Chi qigong, as is Jampa Mckenzie Stuart, on Chi Nei Tsang. http://nqa.org/conference.html Anyone plan/hope to go? I think I will advise my parents to attend! It would be an awesome way for them to get some great wisdom and healing! And then teach me what they learn. Unfortunetly I dont think I will be able to attend as my college residency is this same week! Although I might be able to... Anyways, hopefully the Tao Bums can go there and learn all the skills and organize to teach each other them, elevating our community to a mugh higher level of Gong!

I dont think it mentions specificaly. Althought, it is a very balanced form and thorough--not a whole lot to it. This is something I do not practice much at all, but its components are very universal--pushing the chi out.

Very cool! Amazing how energy is underlying so much religion...I remeber when I did this tafilin at the wailing wall in Israel and my arm and hand were pulsing for hours after.
-
So how much does that cost per serving (day?)?

This little tip seems to help it A LOT. I have the first revision of this book, but some weird energy has been telling me to avoid look at it much. Does the seconds revision have any major changes, you know of? Also, the way BK does these swings rather fast seems pretty wild, perhaps it should be done slower? He goes so damn fast on the Wu Tai Chi video, I said forget this! If he did that Wu Tai Chi video real slow, it would be awesome!!!
-
I checked out that book and video, they were pretty good! He advocates tightening the muscles to energize, I dont know about that...
-
So you can use this for all your oil needs? Where do we sign up?
-
Csan you give us more details about your teachings? Perhaps explain how to correctly do that twisting chi kung B.K. is popular for? Thatd be great.
-
Hey I got nothing against balanced brains and effort, but I think there is better qi gongs than this. I would not say this is better than qigong, no doubt. I think this video is over-the-top. No way perhaps 5% of the people who purchase it still use it much! Although the scenery in the backround in real nice, the practices are a bit much, unless of course you are shiva!
