Some would say the heart, some the brain. It so interconnected. Is the Lower tan tien #1? Then middle then upper? Perhaps? Oh, and whats the deal with yogis who teach people to do chest breathing, doesnt that take away their spiritual freedom? Shouldnt people be taught to open their C.G. (center of gravity) in yoga?

I seen the latest harry Potter movie. Now THAT is some black magic right there! Kids who see that must be scared out of their fucking minds. I cracked up at the funniest parts even though the rest of the audiance didnt find those parts funny, like when the dragon jumps up and makes a noise. Also, the evil dudes name is Aleister! Sooooooo much black magic in it....white too I guess, of course, I mean, it seemed to be balanced in the end, I hope.

"Mastering others is strength. Mastering yourself is true power." -Lao Tzu When you fix your heart on one point, then nothing is impossible for you. -Buddha -
Two Trees, you Tao Wizard! I feel a magnetic pull to meet you in non-cyberspace time continuum Your how old? I am 20 years old, I feel like we are the youngest TaoBums.

Very simple. You just conect back and forth between each toe and the heel. Back and forth back and forth. Also, connect with the meridians, of course, that flow through each toe and circulate that chi, combine it, you can even grow a pearl in your foot this way! My feet are tingling. This is great if your fucking around with higher kan and li formulas or have a lot of chi in your brain for some reason. Remember, big toe-liver/spleen second toe-stomach third toe-whatever you want fourth-gall bladder fifth-kidney Thats right, right? What do yall think of this here meditation? Anyone invent their own? That seems to be the best part of being a taoist...try putting the three treasures in the pineal and the 5 shen in the crystal room?...Also, I been enjoying meditating on the back of my throught, at the roof of the mouth! Seems to balance the brain.

Now that I have the tapes of Kan and Li it clears up a lot...for example, the booklets does not talk about concentrating on the sole of the foot, but this audio does! Gotta love the tao! "Normally when I close my eyes to do stuff there's a tightness there. But with this thing I can just look into the dark and after a bit the eyes close on their own, gently." I was thinking about this last night. It seems perhaps those of us experiencing this tightness need to strengthen our ring muscles. It helps to use the lower ring muscles to make the other ones stronger, mouth and eyes, pulse with heart...everything...strengthening eye ring muscles...then they close without tightness.

That was friggin hilarious! If anyone is worried that you might be an alien, you can check out the book The 4 Diemnsional Art of Life by Dirk Oellibrandt, highly recommended: "By seeing all parts of your being and all experiences as they really are, and by living this in the world, you'll come to the deepest fulfilment in the true experience of 'being human'." ...has a lot to do with the Power of Now times infinite.

I enjoyed this quote: "Nothing is new, you know. Our ancient ancestors knew of these things. Much of it was written down. But communications were poor, and people lived so much in superstition. It is different now. We can find any information we want. There are so many doors of knowledge opening to everyone. The old wisdom is becoming new again. The human nervous system hasn't changed over all this time. It has been waiting patiently, like a treasure chest longing to be opened. It is time. " http://www.aypsite.org/149.html I was distressed for a while as a yogi told me to get to the higher realms of meditation, first yama and niyama had to be in place. However, reading at AYP, it seems more wise to first put in place the LAST limb of yoga in order for the first limbs to arise naturaly. "In fact the best way to achieve progress in yama and niyama [ethics, the first 2 limbs] is by going straight to samadhi with deep meditation. Then harmonious behavior comes naturally from inside, rather than having to be enforced from outside."

Right now I am the high bidder. I will sell/ship/share price of it with you, freeform, after I check out a few of the dvds becuase I already have all of them except the guided sitting, chi self massage, cosmic inner smile, healing sounds, fusion one, and all the sexual (4) dvds. Also, I noticed Chia has a new book out, low key, called A touch Of Sex: "Taoist foreplay: shiatsu secrets for love. Are you aroused more quickly, your partner more slowly? Knowing the psycho-sensual secrets of shiatsu helps you become a better lover, however good you are already. Taoist traditions combined the study of sex with medicine: certain pressure-points and meridians were found to stimulate and sustain sexual desire, for longer and more pleasurable sexual encounters. Peak moments can be prolonged beyond bliss, into ecstasy. YES YOU CAN BECOME A FAR MORE EFFECTIVE LOVER" http://universal.startupthailand.com/detail.php?pro_id=B34 And also they are selling a cd on EMDR which I am attracted too as well: http://universal.startupthailand.com/detail.php?pro_id=CD7

"The taoists eat the universe" -Mantak Chia, Greater Kan and Li booklet -
It seems to me like maybe all these people doing yoga are going to find that Warrior Wellness and such really "tickles their fancy" a lot more than whatever they are currently doing. At my college the people are sick of hatha yoga. People want spiritual science not spiritual half-sciences!? Where is the tao when we need it? This Rmaz training sounds too good to be true!? "CST is exploding across the international scene, represented in more magazines than any other fitness system of its caliber. It is becoming demanded in the health club industry for public classes across the United States and throughout the world. Professional and amateur sports teams are demanding qualified CST Instructors for high dollar contracts to prepare athletes. Law enforcement and military agencies are searching for CST Certified civilian contractors to train their men and women. Fortune 500 companies are looking for insurance breaks by including wellness team workshops for their employees. It's a wide, wide world of potential for a CST Certified Instructor. With the right positioning, you'll be in supreme demand. " (From http://www.circularstrengthmag.com/forum/v...opic.php?t=7945 )

The electromagnetic energy is activated by the creative sexual energy of the universe...I think thats what activates them all. Or, at least, offers a path of least resistance for all of them to open.

chi kung? how abut chi king!!! jing? maybe thas really spelled "king"? try to meditate on that! how does it feel?

I was thinking how we taoists can really be full of ourselves, we think the entire universe revolves around us! The sun and moon and stars are all about us! Like we are destined to save the universe, and nobody else can! WHAT THE FUCK!? Sorry but I am frustrated with the tao a little bit.

I am getting zafu+zabuton cushions (zazen type style) this week, and so I am thinking about having perfect posture in order to sit in nirvana for a good time! I did a search for posture and didnt find anything too interesting. When I sit, I can force my back to be perfectly erect, however, I am concerned that this is NOT the best posture as it should perhaps also be balanced naturaly as per the curve we are born with in our spines...yes/no? So looking for a way to make that balance/alignment, I was thinking perhaps, that by aligning the 3 tan tiens energeticaly, other components of posture should fall into place; including but not limited to the balanced spine, shoulders being not too much foward, neck/chin alignment, etc. Another thing that should help is Mantak Chia's rocking? See Awaken Healing Light Appendix. Any other comments/suggestions/experiences?

Been reading Dan Reid's book which talks about squating as you shit. What do you all do for meditation during #2s? I enjoy the squat-shit now, standing on the edge of the toilet. Sorry for the grossness of this topic, but I felt someone had to bring it up!
