It also says that woman are 11 times more sexualy potent than men, does this mean woman should have 11 times more orgasms? How does this work?

Choosing Life by Michael frost has STELLAR lung-expansion qi gong. This is a great pre-orbit/meditation practice too, as it opens a lot of chi flow!

I know a Sundo master and Healing Tao Senior instructor who now loves/teaches pilates. I gone through a couple videos I have on my computer and I would agree that they do some very nice things for the tan tien....very good to do once in while. Being a huge fan of tao yin, I was about to order that new book by Chia. irkk, is it REALLY that bad? Chia wrote the same book twice? What is different? I have a hard time beleiving its really the same as the first book...even if there is a few small points perhaps it is worth it...I shall order it now! (sorry for talking to myself)

How empty is no emptiness meditation?
GrandTrinity replied to thelerner's topic in General Discussion
I would agree about the dimensions. The emptyness if effortlesness, non contrived, wu chi, pure. For example, the mind and body and breathing will take you to emptyness. When a thought arises, label "thought" and return to the trinity. We have to remove the armor and just let nothig flow. Getting into Lotus Pose could be a true test for emptyness. But who here can get into a lotus and be empty? And not have their knees hurt? Anyone? -

Everyone here should look at the art/read the work of Alex Grey! It is really amazing alchemical, visionary healing art! I started an awesome book today called "Planet Medicine" by Grossinger.

Taoist Practice and Relating to Others
GrandTrinity replied to freeform's topic in General Discussion
Just to echo what is being said, or to put another spin on it: --- Neimad, in a pm to said this last night: I "joined" my friend last night as we were watching an old skate video, and seeing it through his eyes i was able to laugh the way he did and really enjoy it thoroughly.... whereas through my own eyes I would have gotten bored. ---- So, this idea of joining I intend to use, for example, taking an out -of-body experience and embracing it, as the perpective of your friend, trying to be one with them. Of course, you loose your center, but perhaps rather you are just expanding your center! -
The key is to open the orbit as you do it.i Just did an eight minute session, after kettle, clubbels, tai chi and some dance of shiva. I noticed that it was doing amazingly powerful things, it was almost scary. The hand mudra forces chi into your wrists, a great way to recover from kettles/clubbels! Also I felt like it was forcing my chi open in the entire body...I had to relax. So i did a little chi kung and returned, its a realllllly hard meditation, and that, I assume, is why it is so good! The chi in the shoulders also get opened. It is hard to stay calm and relaxed and grounded but this one I will keep up. Dont think of it as a compeition to get to 11 minutes. I forced myself to keep going for a minute or two then I felt a slight pain in my wing point which I had to fix with more chi kung. Now wheres my protein?

Winn once told me that the kidneys relate to the "will to be in the body" Surely it seems (for men at least) this is the alchemical lock that we must open to enter the door to the source of Singularity in the Work. It has yin and yang aspects. The tan tien connect to the ming men is rarely talked about, but according to my book, this connect activates the belt channel! We'll all have to meditate on that one!!!!!!!! SO far my experience with the Gate of Life has been very good. I didnt do it much because I had messed up shoulders, but Warrior Wellness had improved my range of motion a lot, so, now I can do the Gate of Life. Rarely, however, for the entire 11 minutes! Thats got to be rare to find some1 who can do that. I recall the once or twice times I did acheive the 11 minutes meditaion with my hands in that position, the chi was flowing maaaaaad smoothly and I had a GREAT time. I will have to try again soon--very deep state of emptyness/fullness and connection with yuan chi I did the gate of life once while listening to a tape of Mike's voice meditating...that was very good and smooth and enlightening/opening/grounding/flying...

Taoist Practice and Relating to Others
GrandTrinity replied to freeform's topic in General Discussion
According to that E-book I posted: Bodhidahrma the founder of zen studied the vajramusti Indian martial arts and yoga and combined with tai chi and taoism to make zen...that short e-book is a stellar read, and at the end it gives a great meditation too...Also talks about how to balance your eyes! -
"Generally, this is the key alchemical point for men, while the heart is more imporant for women." Extremely interesting. I am a huge fan of the Door of Life! yay!

Taoist Practice and Relating to Others

Zen is not taoism? hahaha "without idea of getting any credit for it" was the key point Confucios made. Without need for "fame or gain" I have heard it called. Its all about not taking credit for the teaching and being the student at the same time. And less talking and more actions. All we do is talk! When you TRY to teach someone something, you both FAIL. When learning takes place both teacher and student are enhanced. This, Buber would call an I-Thou encounter rather than I-it dialogue. "Buber's writings about what he discovered by living life in relation to others have profoundly influenced all of us who are interested in interpersonal communication." I think this dude's philosophy is on point here. http://courses.washington.edu/spcmu/buber/ And I also like Keith's point that it it important to have people who you can regularly talk to who are on your level with all of this 100% and in real life. Finding that is not easy, but I am lucky to know at least a couple friends who are as interested in this stuff as I am. Thank god! Although nobody is 100% on your level! That would be impossible! No? -
This book says A LOT of things about the mingmen importance. I suggest you check it out for youself because it also has a lot of other secret achemical tips, for example, it says that the liver balances all the other organs! The ming men seems to have a fire quality whole kidneys have water....its where primordial qi connects to postnatal/prenatal/cosmic controls digestion spirituality, martial arts....etc...etc...etc

Taoist Practice and Relating to Others
GrandTrinity replied to freeform's topic in General Discussion
Great topic as I have been dealing A LOT with this issue lately. I moved in with a couple girls in this apartment. This one, is very much cool with meditation and yoga--but she is (and this is my opinion) STUCK in inferior system of Indian yoga! Meanwhile she is busy as hell and doesnt have time to learn the true stuff, or even have time to make progress! Meanwhile every time I mention it, its like she gets offended! I gave her the Spiritual Qigong book by David Twicken a few months ago but she didnt even read it and she is such a good person (and talks about how she hates "the system") but it is as if her energy is being wasted. Meanwhile she doesnt want to stop taking classes because shes "doesnt want to waste her parents money" and its like a spiritual mess! That is, being torn between freedom, practicalty/money and spiritual study. People catch glimpses of infinite bliss but cant put their finger on it! What distinguishes those people from a tao bum? It must be a hunger inside, a hunger that is has left us no other option but to become spiritual beings and worshipping "the way"...but we must not bring this way to other people who are not ready, or else we risk having our way of life rejected and shat on as if it were nothing! I am so fucken impatiant and self centered and full of myself for trying to teach people who are not ready--I tell myself. Even through what I want to do is good. Its such a fucken paradox. And even if I ignore the issue its like hell becuase we live together with other people and we see them NOT embracing the light. But maybe they are? And we are concerning ourself with death. I keep telling myself that when this girl and I have cosmic heaven and earth sex everything will be okay. Now, if we could just jump off that cliff asap and not drown when we come up for air! ahhhhhhhh! I am pretty distraught right now. So I guess my question is this? What happens when you go to bring up cosmic heaven and earth sex? What if you want to "liberate" someone, and they want that too! How can one possibly but that into words?!?! possible scenario: me "hey, lets have cosmic sex" girl "uhhhhh what?" me "you know like heaven and earth sex, where our energies combine and we have full body orgasms" girl "your crazy" OR girl "sounds good, how do you we that!?" me "just read 5 books by mantak chia and you should be ready" hahahahaha yeah right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FUCK! Is it possible to teach someone the microcosmic orbit then have cosmic sex in one hour? Or is cosmic sex something you have to work up to for months? Or does it not even exist at all in a blissful way, but more like a idealistic concept? Perhaps we shall see this weekend The fact is that girls have like 10 times more sexual power than dudes! We are the bitches!!!!!!!!!!! They dont even have to learn these concepts for them to have cosmic sex. Do they just have ti know about the chakras, perhaps the orbit? -
I found that maximology had some very good qi gongs in it and some cool insights. It starts off with him talking about how the Russian Feds gave him this system, and that they spent millions on it, here and in America: The COld War. He said our stuff (this, I assume) is now better than the Russians (dragondoor?) so anyways... He starts off showing a spinal qigong saying people dont need chiropractors. Thats pretty darn true! Next he shows some more qigongs, some of them were ones where he moves like a "freak show" as Scott is known for. Some of the moves, however, such as the "scorpion" (+variations) the "dog" and the neck roll (although very hard) are very interesting qi gongs. He stresses movement breathing and mental: the 3 intentful corrections we all know and love, its called qigong, bro! He starts dissing water saying how we CANT move as it, but in reality this is a flawed way of thinking I believe, gotta remember there is vapor and ice too...not all water is wet! I crack myself up. So one time he shows how he helped an archer woman. He tells her to release the bow mid-heartbeat. hahaha-what a dork! just kidding! Anyways, I find that what he is teaching is basicaly tai chi/push hands techniques although his version, perhaps watered-down from the the Chi-loving taoists. Although there are some very respectable points he makes, and his work is definetly worth checking out if you are serious about learning different qigong, fighting and even healing techniques. And how to put them in western-mind terms...

I find that these three practices are the #1 methods for developing yuan chi? Who does them every day? To elaborate further on my own practice: movement: deep, streching, kettlebell, clubbel swingin, moving yoga, qigong meditation: listen to audio with alchemical vibrations in it (guided meditation) or nothing massage: I have about 5 books on self-massage and I compiled them all into one routine, it kicks major ass! Order of the above 3 elements? Mix it up. How about you, all? You do the 3 M's how often? How often in a row?????????? How does this make you feel? More yuan chi?!?!

Please talk to me about relaxation, as this seems to be the essensce or an important part of meditation/spiritual practice. It is possible to relax too much? Perhaps this is a very delicate balance, at the core of spiritual practice?
