Yes wong kiew kits book is sweet, although I havent had a chance to read it yet - very very good I can see. It is the most poular Chi Kung book on the market Also, bro, consider attending a "Healing Dao retreat." Although many talk trash about Chia, Michael Winn's fundamentals course coupled with further study of this "money back gauranteed" system will get you off to a nice start. You would make a lot of progress spending 2 weeks at tao mountain, (what i did initially 3 years ago.)

I noticed these esteemed teaching is being offered in upstate NY this summer. Can anyone knowledgeble in it please explain some about its relation to Tao Alchemy? Or in general? I know a lot of info is on the web already, but I am hoping to get a Tao bum take on it - if (I hope) one exists yet (I would think it does).

hi bud, glad you joined us. Google th healing tao instructors association or check out universaltao.com to find a live teacher in you area. Other than that, you might want to check out pacifictao.com and also a good book, such as Awaken Healing Tao. With a book, video and most importantly a live teacher you will be off to a solid start in tao practices.

I notice the the 4d people are always evolving.. they have a porgram called "being in business" and a new program also, geared for (mostly business it seems) leaders... Anways, I started this thread for discussion of the 4d work - have you gotten a treatment? What do you think? Do you plan to get a treatment? Or do you have relugar bodywork treatments in a specific modality? Whats up?
