Or maybe details of the guy who was one of the authors/translators Michael Wurmbrand? I have heard the rumours that he did some courses in US several years ago...

After reading really good article "How to Open the Sushumna Central Channel" by Bill Bodri on his blog (http://www.meditationexpert.com/blog/) I decided to try finding connection between chakras and mantras.. thats what I have from it: Sahasrara Amitabha's mantra("Namo Amitofo") Ajna Zhunti("Om Ah Vir Rah Hung Chit Ohm Zhurlee Zhulee Zhunti Soha") Vishuddha ??? Anahata Vairocana Tathagata mantra("Ohm Ah Vi Ra Hung Chit") Manipura/Swadhisthana ??? Muladhara Lotus Buddha Mantra("Ohm Bei Mah, Sha Rah Ru Pei, Nai Bar She Naga Nai, Dai Ah Tai, Zahr Wa Ray Rudha Hana Hana, Bar Zhar Nah, Ruh Ka Ruh Ka, Soha") could somebody help wit missing mantras for vishuddha and Manipurna/swadhistana centre? also what about Kuan Yin's mantra "Ohm Mani Padme Hung" ? is it related to one particular location or it going through all chakras ?

I did it for 3 years. It is really good BUT nothing really out-of-this-world.. mostly two parts: lots of standing and lots of sitting meditation. The more you put in it the better you get results. in a form as it is now it exists around 50-60 years and it has been compiled from various systems. 7000 y.o. is selling point for stupid us (westerners)

Interesting enough that he was doing a lot of "standing meditation".. standing immobile for hours in a marsh areas tolerating multiple mosquito bites as redemption for his sins..
