SeanD, In Foundation training at what stage does someone learn the real or so called Lei Shan Dao system? I think i read the foundation training is mixed and is more of a primer for the REAL Thunder path can you confirm this at all? I was hoping to go to the Ozzy seminar but lack of funds, i would be interested in knowing more about how its set up and what the out come of the foundation exercises do for you. I read the website though on how it opens up the channels etc. But love to here your view on it all and if certain abilities can be attained from foundation training rather the "Real" Thunder Path system? Thanks Drew, is the material that Chunyi Lin teachers the same that he learnt from his teacher or did he create his own system from all previous teachers? Does everyone learn the same thing from him level 1,2 springforest manuals and moon, sun, rainbow meditations? Can Chunyi lin light fires with chi, levitate, shock people? If so that is awesome i just thought he was ahealer of laying of hands or from a distance!!

Wasnt Pao Quan or cannon fist a shaolin system or form that the chens used as well the openings of the taiji form uses shaolin movements? Thats what i read anyhow!!

Ok, heres a question a healthy body usually looks fit and strong, so if a areobics instructor works on here fitness she is healthy, doing lots of deep breathing, weights during her workout would she be building dan tian energy or power OR is Dan Tian only developed by meditation? There is fat chinese internal masters that look very unhealthy but have dan tian filled and there is old athletic wellbuit man that looks healthy. Does building the Dan Tian make you live longer then people that no nothing of dan tian and internal energy but the masters are dying young these days?! just some thoughts!! WYG

Wouldnt all qi kung fall into magnetic energies anyway and not just kun lun since the magnetic pull on the earth anyway? I think its just a way to promote kunlun saying its kunlun energy which is not correct its Chi DEVELOPMENT from Kunlun practice that may feel magnetic. Has anyone attained any abilities yet from there Kunlun practice apart Max? WYG

You saying that the Chen family takes the credit for Taiji then ZSF? Who has the most authentic Taiji chuan closest to ZSF OR the same? WYG

In the dvd Thunder Path -Light of the Dao the master can see inside the person, clearn blockages ect. In ancient times these abilties would have been so needed cause they had no CT scans, x ray machines and masters like that would have been the Immortal to help the people. On top of that herbs, accupuncture, exercises, meditation was given to the sick to rebuild there body. So all these special abilities do have a real purpose back in those days and today its a lost art well dying art. WYG

I think some Buddhist meds are visualizing the deity and buddhas with the moon crest etc would this be bad or falso or egotistical? What about Kunlun cloud med and water visualization med, red phoniex? Since the mind is avery powerful tool is it better to use it or just be empty? My practice is mostly stillness and dan tian, i also have a cloud meditation when doing some certain chi kung movements. WYG

He starts off with a Tibetan Deity then switches it to Lei Kung (Taoist Thunder god) statue. The storm intensifys as the lighting strikes you and the storm around then spirals back in towards you at this time you have wings and flying in the storm. Not bad but im not sure what it would do for you, possibly energize and break up obsticle as thunder and lighting does in the sky. WYG

What do you study Spectrum? Max says that Thunder Breathing was before Kundalini came to tibet or other practices and not to mix it with kundalini as its a fire practice and Thunder brings down the lighting!

I guess the thing with visualziation meditations is depending on how imaginative you can make the images and feel it happening it will become REAL to you! Worth getting for the money or you could buy Tai Chi for enlightenment from Mr Winns rpimordial chi kung which someone is selling for 20 bucks! Max also mentions that the Thunder breathing was created by the Tibetan ancestors if you look them up it will give you something to think about.

YES, i forgot to mention during the thunder storm u do like a bellows or fire breathing 12 breaths x 12 sets and call on the Thunder god "Om Vajra Kilikilaya sarva bing nam hung pet" 3 times. Its all done seated on the earth full or half lotus, but he mentions he has down it in his bath tub as no one is to be near you. And that after it the cool down there might come some lighting or glowing spheres called Tiglas (spelling) that you created from your mind. Why you ask spectrum?

Visualizing the Varja spining in the heart center Visualizing a storm spiraling from you you becoming a Thunder God purfication mantra long life mantra bringing the storm and energy u created with your mind back into u That was a quick breakdown, although MAX WARNS on the dvd that if u @#%# it up u bring on the fire and says that its between you and the other side he will not get involved. ( so why teach it if you going to hurt people, mentally, spiritually, emotionally)? I thought it wasnt bad he talks alot and gets caught up in telling stories too much which was annoying! For the price though i think it would be worth having if you are a Max follower!!! WYG

I have watched his Thunder Breathing dvd from a friend that bought it! He says its the Highest practice he has apart Phurba!
