Mal, I have some of Osho books, i also had all his video footage once of his talks his western disciples or students where like a cult. He arrives by a Merc and the crowd starts singing and praising and he walks in like he is off his guts. But i agree he has some very good information! WYG

Max mentions that Kundalini and his Tibetan Thunder Breathing shouldnt be mixed as its more powerful as its dealing with Lightning which is stronger then Fire (kundalini). He says its a bye bye Trip and you will bring on the fire! Has anyone of you done his Thunder Breathing? Hello Lei shan Dao people, Has anyone ever seen Wang Li Ping do any amazing feats? Does he perform what the other masters do with sucking the chi from pulls etc? Any stories real life that is not in the book makings of a taoist wizard? Regards WYG

Yeah Lin, would be good to see something of these abilities that intrest me maybe not you though! Does it mean anything to others probably not but i would like to witness these feats myself.....

A friend lent me Mantak Chia books on Kan Li - greater, lesser etc but why is it so confusing? Can you discribe the workings is it like mantak chia or is it just what is going on inside regardless? Just finished nightshift so if im not making sense that is part of the reason the rest is im confused how Kan Li works during Chi Kung! cheers WYG

I read that you should practice the heart sutra is that a buddhist or taoist sutra and where can i learn it? regards WYG

Hi Dao Zhen, What order are you doing your studies, mind/heart med, 8 piece of silk, etc? Just you have given so much information maybe start a complete new thread with the order one follows in your wudang sect. My meditation practice is on stillness, emptiness i have a very long internal form Hun Yuan form, standing meditation etc. What order would you do these? cheers WYG

Thanks Taomoew, i suppose i have something similar with different levels called Dragon body that is based on spine. Possibly dragon could have the relationship of Kundalini serpent up the spine?? Thanks for the breakdown! WYG

Thanks Lin, ive been trying for many years to start being a vergitarian. The weird thing is i really dont like the taste of meat unless you cover it with different sauces and stuff. Maybe its time to change huh? WYG

Is there any material on sleep med and chi kung? WYG I did read that Wu Tai Shan was a sacred Taoist mountain untill the Buddhist started and took over it, do you know Taoist sects belong at Mount Wu Tai? sorry for the questions brother! One WYG

Hi Dao Zhen, Just a quick reply on a question about wutai shan, my system comes from there a very old taoist system called Hun Yuan Yi Qi Zhuang -primoridal chaos One chi palm. Do you know of any Primordial sects in wutai shan or china of Taoism? Im looking for information as the gate keeper lives here in Australia and i am looking for anything or connections?
