shaolin temple, wudang, hua shan, wu tai shan, lo for shan, omie shan all very spiritual places there are so many places in china that is spiritual its what you are looking for to connect to your spiritual path! Chris, No i dont know Max at all just what i have seen on dvds and what is written about him here! I do know a few people that know him personally though. Ive found out things about him from emailing people as well thats why i ask questions to get different feedback you gotta understand i come from a very traditional teacher myself and i also was ordained into Daoism at 22 yrs old im almost 40 i know somethings about daoism and traditions. The heels raised is nothing new as i have it in my own art and ive also seen it where the person is sitting with the toes raised and heels touching the ground maybe ill do a book in my Daoist robes and call it the upward flow of Kunlun>? Look at the end of the day im really done with this and have moved on i do like to compare systems and views on different systems , teachers this is what makes this forum good. People comment on other teachers here some good and bad but they dont get defensive as much as the Kunlunners. I dont understand that Max has taken the systems energy work and took out the B.S and made it better, i mean that just sounds so disrespectful towards his teachers and the arts he took them from. I hope he is everything you say and more cause after all the B.S and bickering would like to meet him anyway. If he is as powerful as you all say it would be a great honour to shake his hand or listen to what he says. I guess i dont get impressed that easy these days as there are many of cowboys around! SV, Ive countlessly explained why i questioned Max's practice and Mantras post i think you might want to look through all my COUNTLESS posting as you say and re-read why i question what has been discussed. It only took a few phone calls and emails to people to give me my questioning but people dont care here about lineage or history or if people just take others information and add there own and repackage it as there own system. Ive said all i had to say about the whole Kunlun and Max and wont start it all up again i wish everyone the best on there path! Bill, Sorry you not well, i would also try Chinese Medicine as well some core body exercises together with Meridian Stretching and deep breathing. I have some Traditional Kung fu formulas for strengthening the Chi which works on building the Kidneys. Its a soup or you can make it into a tea, ill look for them if you are near a herbalist you may want to see the chinese doctor and get diagnosed by him as you may have other issues that need to be sorted out. That being said if its true about Kunlun how it opens up the 72,000 nadis then that would be idea type of chi adjustment exercises too. good luck let us know how you start and what methods you use to get better? regards WYG

Hi Jan, Im really done with this you obviously havent been reading what i have typed ive said the practice is good its the marketing and the way the followers are betraying Max to be. Ive researched into both Max and Jenny and ask the questions so i can get a better understanding of Max's teaschings. This is what i do with all my teachers as well please dont take it that im just picking on Max. As Hup Gerk has kindly added which no one seemed to answer him or they spin the thread into another direction so they dont have to or cannot answer him. Like i said i am done trying to bring the light some of the things i see wrong and its obvious no one really gives a sh!t anyway they are happy listening to Max and Mantras words as TRUTH! So i would like to leave all this behind us and move on as you say. I do have some positive questions about MAX and His Kunlun system how he has created it by adding his Maoshan, Egyptian, Ninja (kuji In), etc. Anyway its all done on my side, i am free at last i know some of you dont care for history or lineage but it does with me!
