Ok, lots of talk on Kundalini, ive never practiced it but have some dowload books and watched clips etc. So far there is Kundalini exerices of twisting, and spiraling the spine and other things and there is meditation Kundalini where there is no exerices so which is correct? Anyone completed TRUE Kundalini here? Whats your views and stories of how you attained Kundalini? WYG

Ben, Thankyou for being very honest with your post i like honest people and there is nothing wrong with critisizing as you said. I posted earlier that i wouldnt post anything negitive again but my buddy came back. Oh and for the record i did post that if i was on drugs i would Gong Sau Max THAT is just a joke i wouldnt ever do that to anyone no matter how bad i thought of them. Just for the record that is a joke wasnt a real challenge! Anyway i do enjoy reading these Kunlun threads they do sound like a fairytale and i see why its spreading cause people are after that stuff. LOL Thanks BUDDY! Yeah, i guess i must be ok to run a school and teach kung fu, fight competition for the last 17yrs or so. Im not after learning MAX's arts im after this thing called "Chi" and feeling these speical abilities from people that claim it even if i have to die from the chi strike. Why not go on Randys 1 mil challenge get the 1 million open up a huge KUNLUN academy and go around world teaching this? If he can levitate, become light, die 3 times or whatever. Sean, HAHAHAH thanks but no thanks, i ask some straight up questions which havent been answered. I know people that know max and his training past, not all as it seems. But hey ill let you all jump on his bandwagon but as a forum and YES i appreciate you letting me post my concerns or thoughts to be better word on what i know and see. There are many different hand and arm positions or mudras in emptyness meditation, Kunlun holding a ball is found in almost every Tao and Buddhist chi kung, martial art also. The only thing different that i have seen is the heels off the ground and to be honest ive tried it and its not that high level compared to my cultivation methods which all have attained bliss, visions, seeing auras etc. I might call myself a bodhisattva? I think for the people that never felt bliss before i can see why they look at max as there saviour and follow him!!!

Hi All, Like to know what your view and experiences with Compressing breathing into the dan tian and around the organs. What would be the good points and the bad points of this practise? Some use it for Iron Body skills, some for health! Any comments? WYG

That was my whole arguement Mickealz with you over BLISS its not enlightenment funny how some people have to understand that themselves! You can attain Bliss from having a wank if you want bliss, but any good chi kung or meditation practice will and should give you bliss just relax and let go with any of it and it will come Kunlun is not the only art that leads to bliss! Great marketing there website has, i wish i could make a website that gets peoples attention like theres. Hmm all i need is to include the words like "SECRET, ENLIGHTENMENT, LEVITATION, TELEPORTATION" should get some followers. WYG

Finding a daoist master in china doesnt mean you will get anything better then anywhere else, IMHO but living and training in china under a daoist or buddhist would be good as living in China you learn to understand the chinese way of thinking and ways of doing things that is not in the west. So you can grasp why some of the teachings are as what they are cause of the cultural differences. But if its Nei Gung, chi kung or kung fu finding a teacher anywhere is hard to find especially in the art you want to cultivate. WYG

Yes. It seemed like a decent seminar he can talk and explain his knowledge so lay people can get a glimps into his teachings. I am interested in feeling his energy and seeing what he can do as most of his information you can find online if you do your check. Phurba practice Chod practice Vajdra practise and Thunder practise all found online mostly visualization, mantra, mudra, tantra practice, Tummo. What he is saying is found in most books, so im after seeing and feeling him do his energy that he says he can do as well to his students.
