The nail board has been proven to be a trick/hoax for many many centuries and is nothing but some guts to lay down on all the bed of nails where the whole body is evenly placed and not taking all the force. Non chi kung and martial artist have proven this from time to time. Like i said lay on one nail that would be impressive!!! No disrespect intended!

Sure, i will share with you some basic training of sword finger for healing in my Wun Yuen system. Stand or be seated have the swordn fingers pointing forwards allowing the chi to reach to and past the finger tops. To enhance the chi you breath deep and fast like a bellows and you should heat up fast and feel the chi travel down to the sword fingers. Then as practice for feeling the chi you hold out your palm left or right and you draw circles or lines on the palm with the sword fingers and also stabbing through the palms. I was told this belongs to Thunder and lighting training using the sword fingers! WYG

Hundun, Yeah mate saw the trailer although i wouldnt mind seeing the members on Tao Bums that are claiming they are getting this same bliss and shaking, screaming, and stuff. Since everyone that bought the book here and been to Max's seminars have transmissions, i thought some of you might be able to let your video run and capture your Bliss state for all of us to see. Not to prove anything to people but to see how it all begins and turns out. I myself would like to learn more about Kunlun but live in oz and we dont get the transmission so would be good to see from you guys that say you are getting shaking and screaming, crying, getting stuck to poles etc? Can the tao bum members perform it rather watch max's trailer, that would be a real eye opener!! WYG

Not to mention people will get to see there dick again cause they will have no belly!!!

I agree with Lin, even after one gets the transmission they still need to train there practises and there is no guarentees they will ever get there abilities from there practises. One needs to sit and meditate or do there pacific jongs without wanting or expecting this is the WAY of heaven. Sometimes you will get information from your teacher without being taught what it is for because if he or she tells you one simple may not attain the skills because the power of suggestion. WYG

BJJ anyday, plus if you have a Catch Wrestling school or gym near you i would go for Catch as CATCH Can as they have very good strength and conditioning workouts completely different to BJJ. But BJJ is great as well!!!
