Just doing I-Jong is sufficient. Bend knees so that you can't see your toes. Tuck tailbone to remove curve of lower back. Tuck chin to remove curve of neck. Imagine a string is pulling up the top of your head to straighten spine. Middle fingers touch side of thigh (seam of pants), elbows slightly point outward. Everything relaxed. The deeper you relax the longer you can stand. Try working up to 40 minutes with NO movement. ...Oh yeah, don't forget to smile.

It is the holding pattern created by the form that does the work. By not moving. The other way is really more like exercise.

Hey all Kunlun enthusiasts, We are starting to get things planned out for our trip over there and can really use help. None of us have been there before so we are trying to work out some final destinations and lock down some of our current destinations. Things are going well with regards to Scandinavia and we are getting help in Switzerland, France, Spain and Italy, but Amsterdam and Hamburg as well as possibly England are unclear. I like to take a hot-as-I-can-stand bath for an hour and drink a whole gallon of water while in there. I alternate the gallons between regular water and water with a lime squeezed into it. Ooze out the jive. It might help to cool yourself down with colder water before you stand up.

Max doesn't want a bunch of followers that is why he is doing what he is doing: to empower individuals to follow themselves. We charge $300 for our two-day seminars where you will learn the most secret Moashan practice and also Kunlun level 1, among other rare methods. This fee allows us to pay for travel expenses and keeps the boat afloat. Anything extra goes into paying for the costs of the next seminars. I have heard of other teachers charging $10K or more for their classes, but I don't understand much beyond that. I think we are priced well. Max has no car and rents a small house in a poor area of the Big Island of Hawaii. He is supremely simple and humble. More importantly he wants to keep things that way. Yeah, you are pretty sensitive. You resonate with who Max really is. One way to think about this kind of experience is that you have been reconnected with him. He has been a teacher for many lives with many of us as his students. The book is a ways off (maybe two to three months) so if you are interested in learning the method you might try the current version. You can take this practice at your own pace, so don't worry. I like the idea of a private forum for those who are actually doing the practice. We have been through enough defending of Kunlun that now it would be good to just focus on the issues that come up and the shared experiences without all the noise from those outside of the experience. Maybe charging a small fee would be good. It could keep Sean supported and create a real sense of value in the minds of those who are participating in the in-depth discussions.

With Kunlun you cannot lose anything in terms of opening up and understanding your relationship to the divine. Understanding cannot be taken from you, only forgotten if you allow it. In order to have this human existence we have all allowed that in varying degrees. You do create your own reality and when you open to the higher levels you become closer to the creator and much more effective as a co-creator. Divine mind is the core of what you are. When you are beginning and experiencing siddhas for the first time, you are still in a kind of testing phase. It is here that another's will can be imposed upon you and a pattern imprinted that you will follow unless you know how to counter it. What this guy did was to open himself up to someone who did not have good intentions and also understood how to absorb his higher vibrational energy. She then dumped some of her accumulated crap energy onto him to carry as a burden. Not a win-win situation. If you understand anything about this sort of thing you realize that she didn't get away clean. There are repercussions for this kind of thing and she will pay in her own way. Here is where we start getting into sorcery. There are many groups who practice this form of energy accumulation. Most of them use virgins or children as their food source because they have a more pure essence. We have had some girls in our classes whose children have been subjected to these vampiric sexual ceremonies and let me tell ya, you don't want to be there to hear the kind of screaming rage that comes out of them when the Kunlun opens it up. It is a different level of outrage than most of us can know and it makes your blood curdle. I still shudder when I think about it. Evil sucks. Just do Kunlun and you can tap into your own divine pure essence. No outside source necessary.

I talked to Cam recently and he is doing really good. He is having some real good insights and is focusing on his own evolution for a while. As you regulars know Tao Bums can be quite addictive and sometimes it becomes necessary to "go on the wagon" for a spell. All good.

No, it isn't hurting you. What happens in the beginning with Kunlun is that your body begins to balance out, so the energy you may have had concentrated in one area gets dispersed more evenly throughout the rest of your body. This would cause you to feel that lack. Don't worry, it is only temporary. Think of it as if you have just moved from a small apartment into a mansion. While you had an over abundance of "stuff" for your small apartment your new mansion seems practically empty. Soon enough it will fill to an over abundance as well. You will love it! Sex after opening the Kunlun energy is incredible. It is like your whole soul feels it and the energy is magnified 10 times. Also, your partner will notice too.
