Anything related to the seminar is fair game (aside from discussing actual practices). The desert night trip (and all info) was just for you homeys. We had a great time with the Bums de Tao. Peace out!

Thanks for your words guys. My approach reflects the position of service that my teacher embodies. If I can take a few moments to chime in here then I am happy to do so. In keeping with the actual topic of this thread the next LA seminar will be on January 12-13. See you there!

Yes Max is very direct. He doesn't believe in wasting time when you don't have to. I honestly don't understand the ego stuff though. He is the most humble person I have ever met in my life. He takes no credit for the things he does when the things he does are insanely powerful. He refuses to let people bow to him even when they realize who he really is. Any dramatic presentation is my fault not his. My enthusiasm got the best of me. Don't worry guys, from now on we will be more careful as to what is shown.

Not everything. You must allow a certain amount of room for unique experience. That is, the individual has a fresh experience, even if it is a challenge. If you explain everything you would create an "expert" mindset. Then the possibilities become limited. No one is going to get hurt by being given the freedom to explore their own infinite inner world.

Right on Xeno. All good, bra. And yes, Trunk is quite a brilliant fellow.

Thanks for your input. I have had some time to think about these issues. One place I saw problems was with giving people direct answers to things they are ideally supposed to discover themselves. IMHO a good teacher presents clues or even opposing ideas around a truth (or method even) and it is the student's task to determine the essence of the thing in question. Max does this and since I know his process, I enthusiastically take up the challenge of self-discovery. The result is that my satori moments are MINE and so much more valuable to me because I have worked for them. In that light, people coming to you in a very impatient, aggressive way demanding answers to things that you know are best discovered personally, have a hard time with being encouraged to internalize the desire and look within. Can you imagine if coming up through school, your instructors just gave you all of the answers to the tests you were taking? When Max says he is not a martial artist yet he has mastered many martial arts forms, there is a simple truth that would explain this contradiction: he is only interested in the enlightenment practices these days. Like if someone told you they were an alcoholic yet they do not drink. The logical conclusion is that this person has quit drinking but still has the history. As to the flow of energy in Kunlun, it is the downward water flow that draws up the fire to be met and then cooled at the heart creating the steam of bliss, or two polarities merging to create a third magnetic potential. Now if you are a very literal person you will reject seemingly contradictory statements as false rather than to consider how they can be true. I can go line for line on any questions if necessary, but I prefer to suggest the following: Unlock your own mystery I look at this whole quest for understanding as solving a series of puzzles. I think you really have to like solving puzzles to finish the path. I am very fortunate and infinitely grateful that I have a teacher who understands the process and can take me the whole way to Dragon Body. He knows when to give direct answers and he knows when to respond with a shrug and a look that tells you "this one is for you to figure out." I am thankful that I have found a method that gives me the ability to unlock my own mystery. That I have been able to convince my teacher that people other than our small group would like to know these things and to then begin sharing them and him with the world has been like a dream come true. I am so happy for all of you who are benefiting from the book and the people who are able to come to the seminars. You know from direct experience how wonderful this practice is as you discover for yourselves your own amazing true nature. I will continue to be as supportive of your efforts as I can.

Jeez guys, things are getting crazy up in here. Been busy with the seminar. Here is your simple answer: Max learned Kunlun from his "sis" Sifu Jenny Lamb.

I am referring to the closing down posture in terms of hand position. The starting posture should be right above left. Once you feel the energy open you can forget the hand posture and let it go. Spiraling clockwise draws the energy down while spiraling counterclockwise draws the energy up. Do clockwise for the cooling effect. It will merge with any rising fire to achieve balance in the heart. Sheng Zhen, you are correct. Energy trapped in the joints can release suddenly. Good luck boys. Chris

Wow, what can I say? My instincts were spot on with you. Good luck dude. Good luck with your standing postures too. Oh wait, those are too hard. Never mind. Anyway, you seem to know what you are doing. After all you have "outed" a big phoney like Max. You are right and everyone else (including the Dalai Lama) were wrong about him. Hundun knows best. Kan (another "nobody") too failed to see your "power" that isn't there. Fools. I drop my guard to try to be nice to you, you see it as a chance to attack. Sweet. You will make a great teacher. You are an inspiration. In fact, I think I'll go pick up a day laborer to help teach me how to build a free energy machine. Why not? Those who can't do, teach. Amazing.

You should wait at least 6 months before trying level 2. Your nervous system needs time to adjust to the increase in current. If you try level 2 too early it will be very uncomfortable and you could hurt yourself.

Hundun, even you and I would (and did) get along in person. If we've clashed online that is unfortunate but it would not be so face to face. My attitude is very light, supportive and encouraging. We have lots of fun with everyone in our meetings. I don't believe I have turned the masses away from this practice at all. I help everyone I can and they dig it. I get lots of thank you letters and wonderful testimonials. It is all good. So, let's be realistic in my roasting. I am right now answering to two people who have had issue with me (Hundun and Trunk). With Hundun I didn't like what you said about us because it seemed unrealistic and unfair and completely individual to your interpretation. Trunk didn't like the way I handled it so he took issue with me. When I felt I had been too harsh I apologized. One moment with one individual (out of hundreds) where I lost my patience. Pretty good I think for having come from a warrior clan. Also, I have since tried to mend fences with you Hundun. We don't need to disagree as we have. I know we are closer to agreeing than this forum and words will allow. As to contradiction: "we are taught that if phenomena occur to just ignore them and not become attached in any way. They are just side effects." There is no contradiction here. If you suddenly develop a siddha and then want to use it to help people through healing or simply to demonstrate to others what is possible, there is nothing wrong with that. It is the attachment to phenomena we are referring to. That we have shown some of the more dramatic applications , does not contradict this statement. There is much more than this that I chose not to show. Additionally, Max has said that what he has shown me is only a small percent of what is possible. People just wouldn't be able to handle more. If this kind of talk comes off as arrogant that is unfortunate because I only speak the truth of my experience. When looking for signs of enlightenment it is best to not have expectations of what enlightenment is. It can come in many forms. Kan is there, Mari is there and others in our group are close. I personally have a way to go to get to their level of understanding and ability. My actual progress with Kunlun is much slower than some of my fellow students, so I am extremely humble in that regard. You see, I was on my own for 4 of the last 6 years and was pursuing business projects. I got myself so busy that I neglected my practice. I have recently experienced a more rapid progress from spending so much time with Max again. All of you are helping me too. Thank you. Peace, Chris

Trunk, I am OK with everything you said. It is all good and I still appreciate and respect your opinion. Patience can be hard to come by, true. But when I consider the fact that we are all deep feeling sensitive beings that basically want the same thing, patience is found. I humbly admit that I only know a little and sometimes I only share a little of what I have learned because I want to encourage people to teach themselves. It is only then that they will appreciate their truths. In my personal life I am quite a silly guy so excuse me for taking this subject so seriously. Loligagging is not something I have time for as many people feel an extreme urgency in breaking through into their larger self (which I understand). In order to make myself available to try and help on a large scale my energy needs to be high. Although, I believe there are only a few instances where my intensity has flared. I have since had a deep internal tempering of my approach to all of this, which is nice. On a side note, do you ever get sick of saying or writing the word "I"? Me just did. "I" am this and "I" think that, and you are different from "I." Kinda all seems absurd. So from now on me will just say "we" or "us", or "you", or "one." The self-important "I" after all is really not very important. But if "I" can help you to see "we" then that is good, me guess. Me (I) really feel like a wave on the ocean. Individual for a only very brief moment, then back to merge with the whole. Maybe me will try to mix more talk of video games and porn into our future posts. Then me will be more like Wii (ha! there you go). Again, the written word is a challenge. In person we would all get along just swell. Love, Chris

I did correct the closing down posture in the book. It is photographed as left-over-right and we had initially written it as right-over-left. The fact is that this is one of those times where right-over-left/left-over-right doesn't really matter so much as centering the palms and holding your hands over the lower dan tien. Max will teach it one way one time and then the other the next time. Both work.

Keith, I have considered your comments carefully over the past few days. Honestly, I didn't realize that I was so annoying to you and it caused some concern. First I must say that I have no desire to "sheriff" anything or anyone around here, so that assessment of my motivation is off. I have responded honestly and always in the spirit of service. I have given much of my time and answered a bunch of questions for people. I know that my enthusiasm and drive to connect with other spiritual seekers is appreciated by at least some of the people here and that is good enough for me. So, I looked at why you might have that impression of me, especially after I have personally extended a genuine concern for your health and well being. But each time I read your post I kept seeing a large, angry, intimidating ape delivering the message from the left side of my peripheral vision. Suddenly I understood that perhaps it is this big bossy ape (the avatar you chose to represent your voice) that has the problem. Because I have met you and you are a sweet guy (sorry to out you) but apparently you feel like the "Silverback of knowledge" in this forum. It makes sense then that my presence might be perceived as stepping on your toes and that you would naturally encourage me to LEAVE "your" forum. That's a shame because I have been quite clear that I respect you and I personally think it is great that we have different perspectives on similar things. It helps create a more complete picture and that is the whole point. So you might want to think about what drives your inner alpha-monkey and I'll think about whether or not I need to create a heavily armed, bi-plane avatar. Smell you later Kong. "When we point our finger, three fingers point back at us."

As you continue with your practice you may find yourself having clear recall of events in this life and others. You are unlocking what is inside of you good and bad. It only gets better.

I hear ya boys. Just trying to help. Probably care too much but I learn a lot too. Interacting with the folks here gives me a great deal of insight into how to deal with people of all types. I only want to help share these wonderful gifts. If there are flaws in my approach then I learn and adjust. It is all really good. I am used to sitting in the mountains with my teacher and a few others learning and practicing esoteric energy methods and watching the stars, so the public thing is new. Drawing from tradition only helps a little when trying to share these things because the world is not a temple environment. Perfect communication is necessary. I see misunderstanding as poor communication and I want to right it. As you have seen, I have tried to give what I could in every case. Different people require a different approach. Sometimes you anger the impatient, other times you have something well received. Bridging gaps is a great challenge and also very rewarding. I put myself on the line without fear, because I believe in everybody. We all have the ability to unlock our own mystery. If I get put through the grinder with some people that's OK, because I am not afraid to stir the pot to spark debate on the subject of awakening. The fact that I haven't been sick in the six years since starting to practice Kunlun (I used to get sick several times each year) is reason enough to fuel my drive in bringing this info out. I have seen things that I can't ever talk about because no one would believe me. Realities that I believe we will all soon share as our world accelerates further into a higher vibration. Who we are, what we are, and where we come from is much different than what we have been led to believe. It will only get more interesting. Cheers!

Glad you are having a good time with your practice, man. You are right on. Also, please keep the details of the Red Phoenix practice to yourself.
-
Keep the title "Master" in quotes when referring to Mr. Toledo. I didn't say he was a rebel. To each his own.
-
Again I will reiterate that we have provided a luxurious experience compared to the traditional way. With much support and blog-blabbing. Much better that being sent off on your own to figure it all out, as was done since the beginning. Max knows exactly what he is doing. He is constantly connected to the upper realms and the information he provides is right for the situation. Also, he has HUNDREDS of practices, methods, mudras, mantras, healing techniques and physical forms to teach, so he really tries to give people their money's worth by teaching at least three or four of Earth's highest secret evolutionary practices at each seminar. We have provided special care for our good friend Cameron and will continue to monitor his progress. See you next week man.

I am referring to the state beyond the initial realignment phase. Divine void. We actually prefer not to "talk" at all, but suggest you go for the direct experience. I really encourage you to give this practice a chance. Regardless of what you have read and despite whatever was said between us. I promise you will understand what I mean. You already have the knowledge transfer; the seed is there. If you do the practice you will cultivate the seed and gain much. What do you have to lose? Don't underestimate the simplicity. The highest practices are even simpler in method but incredibly powerful in effect. Do the practice and you will be surprised. Walking is a simple thing, but once you learn how to do it you can go anywhere.

He was doing something he was told not to do and he paid a big price. He must work to regenerate and recover as best as possible to bring himself back to normal. The higher level stuff is going to be much more difficult for him to achieve. You have to be very careful of who you open your energy to.
-
Beware of the "Master." Max does not approve of what he is doing. He has been selling Max's old tapes without permission and without giving him any royalties. He also sells "chi-packed" audio tapes of all things. "Listen to my chi!" WTF? If you believe in such a thing, then by all means sign up with the man. Don't say I didn't warn you.

The male and female channels close down when you take the posture. The yin and yang energy merge in the lower dan tien and activate the central channel. As that unified energy expands you become aware of its non-dual magnetic essence. The more you let it expand the more you realize that it is in fact your own non-dual essence. The core of what you really are.

We must respect everyone there. Some VERY personal things happen at these seminars and if people find out the whole world is watching them as the "processed" their deepest emotional trauma it won't be pretty. An environment of trust is much more important to us than satisfying the curiosity of the world.
