  1. Mixing Practices

Mr. Hundun has become such a big fan of Kunlun in my absence. Now he can readily answer all questions for you. I wouldn't be surprised if he is even teaching it. In his mind, I'm sure he knows more about the subject than Max ever could. "they smile in your face..." There's that song again. Just like I called it. Here is the reality: Hundun has no idea of why Max is teaching the way he is, what this practice can really do nor how to apply the energy, and he has absolutely NO IDEA of who Max really is. He missed it. I left this forum to allow things to develop and as I suspected Hundun has become an expert proponent of Kunlun. He has "softened" his view of Max and myself because we "are actually really nice people" (and out of the picture). His flash judgments of Max and all of us only served to present HIMSELF as an authority so that he could assume the role of teacher. I personally am not going to let him get away with it. Don't get me wrong, having a difference of opinion is one thing. Kunlun is not for everyone and Max is not for everyone but this is a completely different beast. Those of you who might say that I shouldn't be bothered by these type of people do not understand the kind of damage they are capable of. It is very important to make people aware. Anyone who tells you they WANT to become a "teacher," as Hundun has, is to be avoided. As to the title of this discussion: Those who want to mix other practices with Kunlun: you are on your own. Why practice the "flowers" when you have the root? Kunlun will give you everything you want. Those who want to mix Kunlun with drugs (after being told not to): you are on your own. We are not using reverse psychology here. If you want to "self-discover" the reasons why we say this, you may not like the result.
  2. This post and this man are your best new teachers. The Bums have the practice now and can more brilliantly analyze it than I. You know enough about me, Lama Max Dorje Thunderbolt and Kunlun to get everything you need. You guys are amazing and I have enjoyed writing you but I think my work here is done. I'll bop in once and a while to check up on things or keep you posted on upcoming seminars. See you around.
  3. The reality of Max Christensen

You would be surprised what starts to affect you when you open up. Why do you think all of the masters in the past would isolate themselves? It is because you start to feel everyone's stuff, I mean, shit. I don't use that term lightly, people are constantly oozing shit-energy. Shaman are basically shit-eaters. If you aspire to be a healer, get used to the taste. The positive aspect of this is that you can more accurately tune into them to help them heal and balance. Also, junk food is not to keep him grounded, he eats it because he likes it. He is a sensitive guy. I don't control what he says and I don't pay him to say it. I wish everyone would talk nicer to each other. I am really tired of all of the emotion. I like bliss. In person, we would all get along. So much doesn't translate well through the written word.
  4. The reality of Max Christensen

Max can give you all of the substance you can handle and then some. As I said we were all a bit scrambled in San Francisco. It was intense and just plain weird. He didn't feel like doing the talk to start with but pushed through anyway. We were very open with the people there about how we were all feeling so they knew what was up. The seminar the next day was great though. Many people opened up and all seemed pretty much back to laughing and having a good time. We ended up turning things around. Our free events in LA were much better. Lots of good info and yes, many clearly articulated answers. Way different experience.

Good experiences. The bouncing legs is your body trying to balance. If your right leg bounces you are balancing yang, left leg is yin energy. When they bounce together you are generating. You are doing good. Seeing the eye means your third eye is opening. The pressure in your forehead is another symptom of this process. Check out Max's (aka Smile) new post. It's goood and should inspire many.
  6. Nice post man. I have been waiting for your report. Well articulated. You are an excellent example of what Kunlun can do.
  7. The reality of Max Christensen

Gosh xeno, I didn't know it meant so much to you. Finally someone cares about my thoughts, my ideas. Finally I can get out of the shadow of that Max guy! Just kidding. Is there something in particular you wanted to ask me? I never shy away from a question. Be specific and I will do my best to oblige you. I actually feel like I have said enough. I co-wrote Pillars of Bliss, in which I included my story in the forward of the book. This is available for all to read for free here.
  8. The reality of Max Christensen

Just trying to help. If you find it boring feel free to explore the billions of other web pages on the net. No one makes you read my bullshit.
  9. The reality of Max Christensen

To venture into the world of strangers and try to teach these things is a learning experience. There are many challenges along the way. One of them being that Max has the history that he does, and yet is presenting things on his own terms: removed from the trappings of the past so as to make things as accessible to others as possible. It is important that we consider any misinterpretations of what we are trying to do and address them. He has earned his titles and his robes. He has the experience and the mastery and the right to present himself this way. He is now choosing not to for the reasons I have stated previously. Some people can't wrap their brain around that. They think that when you get to a certain level you maintain the position and accept all of the adoration and relational imbalance that comes with it. He rejects that and remains humble looking only to empower others. The images (formal attire) we have available are the ones we present on the website. In person (note: I said in person) he will not appear this way. We are going to change things all the way around eventually when we get the time. We respect everyone and yes it is important to consider everyone's opinion. When I first read Hundun's response I was taken aback. I like Hundun and I know that he only wants to help others. I wish we could have talked more. Despite the rough beginning (we were all pretty scrambled and made it known to the crowd), San Fran turned out to be a really great experience. Almost everyone there had major openings. I know you can't please everyone, and we will never try, but because we do things differently feedback is important. We don't claim to have a monopoly on enlightenment practices, everyone has their own path. And no, we are not insecure, we simply care. P.S. I just registered www.lamadorjebums.com
  10. Lama Dorje

Max liked the article and will interpret the cryptic story presented at our next few seminars. Everything is in there. To all Tao Bums, Max says "thanks for all of the support." He likes the idea of a special get together in Phoenix. He says he will teach you some special things on the side as a thank you.
  11. Lama Dorje

Good article. I am surprised that info is there.
  12. max and the SF kunlun workshop

Hundun, I wish you the best my friend. I really do. I hope you got something out of the seminar that can help you later. These methods are sound and very effective. Good luck, man.
  13. max and the SF kunlun workshop

Compassion is the real point to all of this. While Kunlun is powerfully effective, "power" is not the goal. Opening up to a greater understanding of reality is. Because once you work through all of your own stuff you will be at a place of compassion and void. That you may have to go through chaos in the process is dramatic and intense. I realize that this information brings up many questions and reveals many perspectives, so it is vital that someone who is involved puts energy into trying to explain what it is all about. As to the reptilian stuff, what people are experiencing is only what is already there. Google "nagas" and you will find info on these beings. At the deepest levels of all mystery schools on earth, these are some of the teachers that come when you are ready. Actually, many forms of beings come to you when you start to open up. Some are very human some are quite different. This is very shocking to some people, but it is what is, so there it is. People from all over the world experience these things and they always have. Exploring the Tao gets weird. The truth is much different than people have been led to believe. For me the most important aspect of all of this is what it can do in terms of healing others. Other things are less worthy of focus. My motivation in responding to people is to try to bring clarity to something that I feel is very important and something that most everyone here are trying to understand. I have maintained this approach from the beginning. As to the speed of opening: you can go as slow as you want with Kunlun or as fast as you want. It is up to you to decide how much you are willing to let the mind go.
  14. max and the SF kunlun workshop

Kunlun energy is used in the demonstrations with Kan and others. He even had a blind girl perform the same thing on Kan after passing the energy through her. She had already opened her Kunlun and so it worked. The energy required to nail the guy who challenged Max is different. It would not be Kunlun as he clearly stated. This guy's system was not open to Kunlun so it would be a different type of force. This type of energy would have hurt the man. Max refuses to hurt people, especially for this type of situation. He is a Boddhisattva. Truly. You missed it Hundun. I am sorry things looked so wrong to you. Perhaps things were presented in a way that you didn't understand or you simply expected something different, I don't know. The rest of the group had a great experience. No one teacher is for everybody and no one system is for everybody, but there is no question that when it comes to opening human being to their greater reality, Max is a master. When you start to travel into the Tao he is one of the best guides you will ever come across. Period.
  15. max and the SF kunlun workshop

This is inaccurate. I was there. The parts you failed to include are the parts you failed to hear. What I told you was that chi is electric and the magnetic energy is harder to explain. It is harder to explain because it is an extension of divine will; your own. When that didn't really register with you I said "ok maybe Max can explain it better to you, so I pulled him from another conversation and he basically told you the same thing. You claimed to understand, but apparently you didn't. As to Cameron, Max knew exactly what he was going through. He prescribed a remedy. Hundun, the arrogance in this paragraph perfectly supports my impression of you. The spirit you approach these things with is just a bit skewed, friend. This is: "He failed to see my brilliance, so he must be an incompetent fool." Nope. You are getting a full refund. We don't want your money if you are that unhappy with things. This not about money for us. We have to cover our costs so money is in the equation and we need to charge something so that we can continue to try to reach the people who resonate with this practice. So, we have had to become somewhat organized to handle the amount of people we get. So what if we're not experts at it. We are doing our best.
  16. max and the SF kunlun workshop

The practice stands the test of time. Opinions are as vast as the universe. Everyone is entitled to their own. Kunlun is not for everyone. That is OK. The two people who had no response gave bad reviews. That is unfortunate but very understandable. Had they blasted open into the absurdity of the Tao, they might have a different review. In time I hope they experience the things the rest of the group did.
  17. max and the SF kunlun workshop

Gordon, you did. You were at the seminar experienced by the clear mind. It was good to see you. Now you see the challenge we face in trying to present this stuff to the masses. You get all types. The reality is that this stuff is not for everyone, but for those whose sole interest is healing and/or enlightenment this is as good as you will find.
  18. max and the SF kunlun workshop

Hundun, You little stinker. One song keeps rolling through my head as I read your ka-ka: "smile in your face, all the time they want to take your place, backstabbers, backstabbers..." Wow. You know after your first email in which you "announced your presence" to me I thought "oh great, another egotistical healer-syndrome-chump." Then when I met you, you seemed like a really nice guy. Now we are seeing the first guy again. Here is the problem with Mr. Hundun: ego. When you do Kunlun it is always the people who have the air of pride about them that get NO results. The problem becomes compounded when they look around and see everyone else is opening up. The ego cannot deal with this and the reaction is not good. In this case it was a quick exit on day two right before the dreaded Kunlun failure was about to be faced again. Honestly man, you don't actually have much ability at this point. The ego makes it very hard to develop the real thing, because the real thing is all about feel. When you feel your way, you have to FEEL all of the shortcomings that cause the creation of a imbalanced ego in the first place. After you left (mumbling about parlor tricks and how you could do all this stuff yourself) the group really opened up. It was awesome. The Tibetan Buddhists that were in attendance had amazing breakthroughs and they understood the fullness of what Max has to offer. They know who he is and how very rare it is to find someone at his level. Again, from the outside, this stuff looks like a different bird. If you are sensitive or have had some experience with these types of energies, then you see the value.
  19. We plan to be at the Courtyard. Nice beds. San Fran tonight.
  20. Kunlun Level 1

They should call it Stevie Wonder Nei Gung. Stevie does Kunlun naturally. He pumps his Kunlun into his music. The swaying, and smiling with his head back. Perfect form.
  21. Sharing Kunlun with other people?

Be chill bro. If someone shows an interest then by all means share your experiences. Discretion is the key. Most people are not going to be able to relate to what you are talking about and the blank look in their eyes, polite smile and empty nod, as tell your tale, will be quick indicators that it is time to wrap the conversation up. We are officially announcing the Phoenix seminar for November 17-18 at the White Crane Kung Fu Sport Assn. in Mesa.
  22. Kunlun Level 1

Here's one that helped me in the beginning. If you don't feel any spontaneous movements start swaying side to side. Imagine your spine is a snake and that your tailbone is the head. So, the snake is moving downward as if it is driving itself into the earth. The tail will obviously move much more freely than the head which translates to the upper spine moving freely. This helps align the neck and shoulders and release a ton of tension. Let everything go. Keep this visual going when you do Kunlun and before you know it the energy will really flow. The waveform you create will provide a path for the magnetic energy to rise.
  23. Kunlun Seminars

We are working on the details of a possible trip out there. We would love to come. We need help (and are getting some) finding a venue and places to stay. Also in spreading the word. As you may know we, pay our own way for all of these events, so it really helpful to have friends in target locations, posting fliers and generating interest. If we can get at least 30 people signed up that should cover our costs (we are now traveling with a group of 6). A friend mentioned the possibility of renting a Buddhist retreat for the weekend, which is really cool because they have places to stay for usually up to 20 people and they provide meals. Plus it is a better learning environment and people get more time with Max and the rest of us than they would if we were at a hotel. Anyway, all help is appreciated. Thanks. Chris
  24. Lama Dorje

    Simplify. Self-generate. Self-fulfill.
  25. Kunlun Level 1

The thing about Kunlun is that IT WORKS. If you are interested in a spiritual path that cuts out all of the fluff and B.S. then this is for you. The method itself is like the path of enlightenment: free of that which is not needed. You are a great example of a typical Kunlun practitioner. You are doing your practice and immediately getting results. You are stirring your own pot. All of the things you have within are revealed. You must be brave on this path because you will have to face yourself. The good, the bad and the ugly. This is why so many fail on the path. Some people can't handle dealing with what they have created. I personally look at my own stuff in a very detached manner. I have directly experienced the Tao and in that moment could clearly see my obstacles. In a way I got mad at myself for allowing such a separation from source, so I have become somewhat fearless about kicking out the illusions of the past. When practicing, do not bring the energy into the head. Allow the downward flow to cool the fire and merge at the heart. With Kunlun, you have activated a "reset" function of the body. It is a process that knows what to do. It will continue to work to straighten you out and eliminate the "extra" things you have created. What remains is the bliss. The visual changes you are experiencing is your own wisdom eye opening. This is common. Max and Kan and others see the world in a completely different way. They see the energy that is around everything. It takes some adjustment, but you will be fine. Store everything in the lower dan tien. You are correct. Also, congratulations. You are doing great.
