Try it and find out. Don't think, don't ask, do. Have fun.

These are mostly self-generated, as are tigles and various other phenomena. People must know that it is they who are in control. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN EXPERIENCES. Own up and quit being so afraid of yourself. Create beauty and flow instead. You can. The beginning will be the greatest challenge for those who practice Kunlun. It is during that time that most of the "demons" will come out of you. After this period as your body adjusts, your truth will unfold beautifully before you.

Um,....this is a practice from the East, so they started it dude.

The spiraling is just a suggestion. If you are feeling movement you should just go with it. Spiraling clockwise will create the downward flow. Spiraling counter-clockwise will bring the energy up. Clockwise is what is recommended for Kunlun. Side to side is good too. For our friends down under, do the opposite. Just kidding. Don't be too concerned about the time. Do what you feel is best. This activates the energy. Your legs will begin to bounce and this energy will move up through your dan tiens if you let it. You must not think too much in Kunlun. Feeling is the key. Good luck.

Dakini, is a natural when it comes to healing. I have seen her spontaneously start working on people and she really helps them clear whatever is bugging them. She is a good example of someone who has been part of this sort of thing for many lifetimes. It is no mistake she found this practice. She is very modest, but I'll tell you she is a real powerhouse. Women are always going to be more powerful than men in these arts. This is one thing that may be hard for some men to accept. There is balance though; they help us and we help them.

That doesn't really have anything to do with Max. Sounds like ego-related scenarios to me. Boston may be a possibility. Who knows? We'll see.

You are slightly off; he is known in the Native American tradition as the coyote. The trickster. He will teach things one way and then next time teach the opposite, just to keep you formless and to show you it is the essence of a practice that is most important. Actually it was his dakini that had the book. He can eat anything and it doesn't change his drive. He has an overabundance of energy most of the time.

You're funny. You know, Max has your book. I saw it at his place in Hawaii.

Yeah, Max really isn't interested in going to New York. There is a possibility that we might do something there if our Europen trip departs from NY, but no guarantees. I'll keep you posted. Look further down the list. I have posted a revised schedule for Europa.

A student recently asked Max about losing weight. He told him that his excess weight is a reflection of his excess mental/emotional baggage. As he started to let things go his body began to change. Attachment and the fear of emptiness are security issues. "If I have nothing then I am nothing." Common with Taurus types. Freeform, you seem to have a very clear mind. I enjoy your posts.

Hey you. Welcome. Interesting how your past abilities come out too, eh? So incredible and truly magical.

One thing to keep in mind is that traditionally this practice was given to the student and then they were told to leave and come back in seven years. They were left on their own to discover their own truths and to fight their own demons. We have the luxury of asking questions along the way. One way to think of Kunlun, is that you are activating a dormant, foundational body process that does its work in an efficient manner. The function of this innate process is to clear obstacles in your path. Just as your body has other built in processes (like fighting viruses, etc.) you activate the "enlightenment process" by practicing Kunlun. You fight the virus of self-ignorance. You have been led to this practice. Your soul wants to understand itself. Your body knows what to do but your mind and fear can stifle your progress. Take it slow if you want. Take a break if you feel you need to. The internal alchemy has begun and it will continue to work on a more subtle level. Go deep and trust yourself. Everything comes from you.

My experience with this practice, in terms of central channel energy, is that the spiraling motion that grows magnetically in the lower dan tien mixes the left and right channels and rises up through the center. This process creates a very blissful feeling and magnetic expansion, but it also starts to dissolve and release that which is other than divine bliss. This includes: emotional blocks, trauma, and mental illusions. Many of us identify with these things (even our darkest demons) and rely on them as if they were the foundation of who we are. So, beginning a process that quickly eliminates them can cause some serious lash-back from those parts of self that have been created to protect you from experiencing past pain. This is the writhing and screaming and crying and ultimately laughing, that you will witness at our seminars. The whole point is that most of us have SO much crap to release that in order to attain emptiness we must let go of the deep inhibiting patterns that keep us from true emptiness. Nothing I have found does this as effectively as Kunlun. I believe you need an ACTIVE practice to get at the deep stuff you hold. I can't imagine how long it would take me to experience what I have, if my practice consisted of simply staring at a wall. Don't get me wrong, it might work for others, which is great, but not me. As you move along in Kunlun, there is less of a bliss sensation and more emptiness. More of a feeling of openness and neutrality. Divine flow. At times during practice, my central channel has been completely opened by Kunlun allowing the experience of transcending the many layers of self and experiencing the vast, unknowable Tao directly. I can't imagine a greater experience of emptiness. One person described the experience of Kunlun as, "becoming holy." That is because of the pure divine (rather than ego generated) expression that flows through you and becomes your modus operandi. It is like you become your "higher" self. Void and compassion. There is no price to pay except cashing in your past anchors. Why create such fears? Fear stands directly in the way of your own awakening.

Just to be clear, I wouldn't recommend anyone emulate Max's diet. He is an advanced alchemical wizard and he really can convert everything he eats to usable energy. I mention his diet only to show that at the highest levels, matter doesn't really matter. For us mere students though, it still kinda does...
-
Yes. One of his more controversial claims... He also chows plenty of Cocoa Puffs.

Max is who he is. He is all of those things and much more, but despite the fact that he is a high-level Boddhisattva reincarnate (who has held off his final evolution to stay here and helps us poor schleps figure things out), he refuses to put himself above others. He just doesn't see things that way. He understands and teaches that we all have the potential to gain full awakening in this life. Hey, I'm a Tao Bum. Good company. Feels like my first initiation.
-
You can call him what you want. He prefers "Max."
-
Careful Cam. Max would never want people to say this about him. He wont even let people bow to him. He does not even like to be called "teacher." He just doesn't see things that way. He truly sees us all as equals with equal ability and potential.

I can appreciate you thinking all of this is bullshit, but the truth is that when you start to experience the Tao directly, things do get weird. Regardless of your skepticism (which is encouraged) and regardless of your (or my) opinions, these things are real. The experiences people have are real. The truly bizarre nature of reality is part of the reason these things never left the temples. Remember, Max simply taught the method, the resulting bizarre experiences are accounts from people who have just started this practice. He mentioned none of these things in the seminar. They are reported from self-discovery. This is what Kunlun gives you: the ability to perceive the higher realms on your own terms and allow your own interpretation. You will eventually find out for yourself.

Hey Cam, I just spoke to Max about your situation and he says to walk on the earth bare foot, or dig into the earth with your bare hands. Do some gardening or something. Also he says to take about two weeks off and come back to the mundane world for a while. We are getting lots of reports of people seeing little Chinese men while they practice. These are Max's old teachers. They are drawn to those who are opening themselves up using the old ways. Sometimes they will come into you or someone else near you and start to teach you things. This is normal within the Taoist tradition. Visions of serpents and what not, are from reconnecting with your reptilian brain and past. Many things are happening right now. There was a negative pattern of energy over the last few weeks and now it is shifting to a much more powerful positive flow. Solar flares are going off for the next short while and things are only going to get more intense. This is a trip down the rabbit hole. It gets weird, but we are just seeing a bigger reality.

One thing we are finding is that people are opening WAY faster than ever before. We didn't expect that. I guess it is just time for these practices. We will focus on grounding and more of the after effects in future seminars. Take a break from the practice and just try to flow. Be empty. Eat a lot of meat if you can. You need it. Please do not discuss the method of Red Phoenix. Like I said, whole armies died for that practice. It is that powerful. I am actually surprised he taught it. Go easy and don't be afraid. Take care bro, Chris

Hey Cam, There is an interesting level to Kunlun that we have not revealed too much about and that is the physical changes that happen in the beginning, as your body adjusts. In Kunlun, your spirit (magnetic body) expands beyond the usual physical containment. Channels of energy open up that have been closed for many lifetimes and you start to clear your own path. It's like erasing your path, in a way. Sometimes this can be quite uncomfortable afterward as these things you're clearing are the things that have defined you for a very long time. Spiritually and physically. Before you know it you are operating from a way more pure and true expression of yourself. People will know quickly if this is a path for them because it takes you through enlightening insights so rapidly that you may have to take a breather to sit and contemplate. When you see how close we are all to true enlightenment you have to honestly ask yourself "Do I really want this right now?" For many people the answer is, yes. They have an understanding about their own level of attachment to the things of this plane, and can see the potential of Kunlun to facilitate the transcendence of their own self-generated limitations. But it is important to always maintain balance. You don't need to practice everyday. Sometimes the greatest changes come on days when you are doing no practice. You have started a true internal alchemy that continues to work, even when you are resting. It is recommended that you do exactly what your instincts dictate. If you need grounding you should do it. Trust yourself. Kunlun is about trusting yourself. Remember, Max was given these practices and told to go away for seven years to "face the wall." This meant: figure it out yourself. You must do your own work. I will make sure we touch on this aspect of Kunlun in all future seminars. Normally in class we do many standing postures. At the first LA seminar he taught 5 elements standing postures. He taught Red Phoenix instead at the second one. Take care. You are right on. Chris

Max eats hamburgers, french fries, pizza, and drinks Coke and Mountain Dew. His internal alchemy allows him to convert everything to usable energy, so he eats whatever he wants. An average person can become like Max, if they do the same practices. You can learn how to fill yourself to over-abundance which can then be used to heal others.
